Parked in a nice spot this food truck sells some yummy Peruvian food. Love the outdoor vibes and the service is great and quick. Loved my hot yummy just made food. Faves for today Lomo saltado beef regular Mixed ceviche Empanadas beef Salchipapas And the 5 leche dessert wow 🤩 Note it is outside and covered space so it can get hot in summer weather
I have had fish, pork, chicken, and the desserts and nothing has ever disappointed me! I eat here quite a bit!! Enjoy the atmosphere and the people!
One of the best Peruvian places in the woodlands. The owner is very kind. He even let us order after clouds.
We stopped in today and were thoroughly impressed by the rich Peruvian flavors in every dish. The cheese bread, alfajores, saltado, and chicken sandwich were all amazing, each offering a unique taste of Peru. The portions were generous, and the gentleman working there was super nice and helpful. We are definitely coming back to enjoy more of these delightful Peruvian delicacies.
Best ceviche, chaufa and empanadas in North Houston (and DT) Definitely going back to try more!
This place has DELICIOUS food! the first time I gave this place a try I ordered the salchipapas and they gave a good amount of salchipapas I’ve also ordered the lomo saltado and fish ceviche & last but not least ALFAJORES! everything was good portions and so tasty! I give this place a 10/10!! you have to eat here, forget the other food trucks eat here!!
We stopped here for an appetizer and we ended up getting ceviche and lomo saltado. Both were so good! I will definitely stop here again.
We tried papas a la huaicaina and classic ceviche (which they adjusted the chili to my test as I don’t like spicy food) and it was delicious. Recommended 100%. Great service and atmosphere too … live music!
So happy with this hidden gem. The ceviche was delicious. I am peruvian I definitely recommend the ceviche from here. Looking forward to coming back.
GREAT Peruvian food. Our family loves Peruvian food (GF is Peruvian), and this food truck did not disappoint. Ceviche was excellent. Empanadas yummy. Salchipapas were plentiful. And as someone who doesn’t typically like alfajores - they were damn delicious!! They were like double stuff and the cookie part super crunchy/crumbly. Perfection. We will definitely be back.
No doubt is the best point to get Peruvian food 10/10 thank you! The ceviche and Lomo saltado were amazing. I’ll be back for the Chaufa amazónico
Great food, i loved their ceviche and lomo saltado! Fully recommended!
The Peruvian food here is very good. I've been 3 times and the lomo saltado and ceviche are our favorite. There are few options nearby for great Peruvian food.

Everything was delicious dont miss the oportunity and stop by
This is my go-to place for a nice and fresh ceviche. Having been to Peru several times and having been exposed to Peruvian cuisine makes you appreciate this authentic place
Great little food truck park, super clean, cute tables and covered. Best of all, amazing food. The ceviche was top notch. The mixed chaufa was one of the best I have had. And the lomo saltado was tender and delicious. Such a great find!
I love this place for real. I will have ceviche at least one time a week. I tell everyone I know they have to try this place. My fav are the ceviche and the lomo saltado, but you can’t go wrong here.

Visiting from Dallas had to try this place. Friendly folks, Lomo Saltado was just ok, missing the flaming flavor, portion on the smaller size, rice was hard and no flavor. Fish ceviche was right on, only suggestion is to cut the fish in bite size, some pieces were a bit large. Wanted to try Pollo a la brasa but it was not ready yet.

So why the 2 stars?? See picture. $16 for a few small chucks of meat , rice, and fries. Come on! Fun little place if you want to get away from The Woodlands franchise restaurants. I really enjoyed Pukara Peruvian. The pic doesn’t do the Lomo Justice but it was amazing. And this coming from a guy with a Peruvian mom. Don’t tell her I said that 😎🤫

The food came out undercooked, and this guy couldn’t even tell the difference between fresh and raw. That’s unacceptable in the food industry. To make matters worse, the server’s attitude was downright disgusting. If you can’t serve properly cooked food with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in this business at all.
