Comida bastante mejor de lo esperado para un sitio de franquicia. Aunque el arroz con pollo y verduras tenía muy escaso pollo y mucho arroz, el combo de 2 modalidades de sushi vegetariano estaban muy buenas tanto en sabor como en textura. Raciones muy generosas en el menú de 13,90€ (me lleve una parte en un taper) con lo que la relación calidad precio es imbatible. La camarera que me atendió magísima y muy profesional. Local muy bonito y limpio.

We ate here as part of our "movie night" as it is a convenient location to eat before the show. As we haven't had sushi in a while, we chose this place despite the challenges of finding great sushi in a chain restaurant. I gave this experience 3 stars which in my system of rating means it was an okay experience but I would try elsewhere before returning. We were seated rather quickly. However, it took a long time to be served. We were the only ones in the restaurant at that time (about 8 pm). There were four serving staff who were having a great chat with each other behind the counter. So it is not like they were over busy. My take was that this was a typical chain restaurant where there is not a lot of professionalism or training for the staff. We were preparing to leave when one of the servers came and attended to us. What was a little disturbing was the smell of sewer as we entered the establishment. It wasn't intense enough for us to walk out. However, it was persistent through the meal. We raised the issue with one of the servers who indicated it was a general problem with the whole centre that nobody can seem to fix but that she no longer notices it. I am not quite sure I buy this as we were in an Irish pub a few doors away in the same building and there was no smell of sewer there. Unlike a great Japanese or Sushi restaurant where the chefs work in full view, everything here comes from the kitchen in the back. This leads me to believe that some of the plates might not be prepared fresh on site but trucked in and reheated. However, I cannot confirm this. It is just a sense I had. I personally didn't care much for the decor. However, it follows a "Miss Sushi" Theme (lots of pink) that I suppose some might appreciate. One very good thing was their wheelchair accessible support in the bathroom. Well done! We did have a good experience at a Miss Sushi in the Centre of Valencia. So I would return to the brand again, just not this particular restaurant.

Casi toda la comida estaba bastante buena, pedimos a carta, un arroz, unos tallarines, el dragón y estaban buenísimos, pero luego pedimos un barco de 60 y nada nada estaba fresco. Luego pedimos un segundo arroz y tardo tanto en salir que lo cancelamos. El sitio: muy mal, necesita un remodelación. Y la atención: le dijimos a la chica que si nos podía limpiar la mesa y su respuesta fue: “yo creo que con este mantelito es suficiente no?”. Volveríamos por una parte de la comida, pero ni por la atención, ni por el sitio. :). 20€ por persona.

A miso soup with one piece of shrimp costs 7.20€. Udon with a few shrimps and a very ordinary Sauce (has nothing to do with Asian food) for 12€? No value for money.

I used to rate this as a 5 Stars until the new menu was developed without customer focus and with the purpose of improve restaurant profits. Dishes are being prepared with less and less salmon and in smaller portions than before. It might be time to look for another restaurant to replace Miss Sushi. This is how you start to kill a good business

Vergonzoso. Pedimos dos pokes y lo que llega es arroz blanco hervido, sin apenas salmón y sin la salsa solicitada; tan básico que ni siquiera llevaba sal. Un producto muy por debajo de lo anunciado y del precio que cobran. Al llamar para comunicarlo, no solo no ofrecen ninguna solución, sino que el trato es fuera de lugar y claramente condescendiente, cerrando la conversación con un “gracias, guapa” completamente inapropiado. Falta de producto, errores graves en el pedido y cero respeto al cliente. El peor poke que puedes pedir. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

Hemos sido clientes habituales durante mucho tiempo, en las últimas veces nótanos que la calidad había bajado, pero hoy ha sido increíble, está todo malísimo, el arroz está complemente apelmazado, el salmón y el atún no sabe a fresco, nos hemos encontrado un pelo dentro de un maki con el salmón, y la ensalada de col que era nuestra favorita ha cambiado completamente de sabor. Nos hemos gastado 50€ para tirar a la basura, no volveremos más

He hecho un pedido a domicilio y ha sido lamentable, la mitad del sushi estaba reventado, y por 40 euros creo que lo mínimo es que llegue en condiciones aceptables, no volveré a pedir aquí, porque me parece una estafa PD: En algunas fotos esta abierto porque me he dado cuenta de que el estado del sushi era penoso cuando he empezado a abrirlo, ya que nunca me había pasado esto pidiendo sushi en ningún sitio. Encima de caro, servicio patético, nunca más.

Horroroso no volveré a pedir, sushi muy pequeños, el sanar no me gustó y para más inri me encontré espinas en dos, casi me ahogo.

Muy mala experiencia. Hicimos un pedido en Miss Poke indicando claramente SIN CEBOLLA, ya que la persona que iba a comerlo es alérgica. Aun así, el pedido llegó con cebolla. Al contactar con el local para que lo solucionaran, se negaron a rehacer el plato o asumir el error, mostrando una total falta de responsabilidad ante un tema de salud serio. Para empeorar la situación, no cerraban la venta ni el pedido, dando la sensación de que lo hacían únicamente para evitar que dejáramos una mala reseña. Muy poco profesional. Jugar con las alergias de los clientes es algo grave. No volveremos a pedir y no lo recomiendo.

Fatal, he ido a comer con una amiga y por 63€ de comida que ha estado buena he salido como una limosnera sucia. Encima me han Tratado de loca un trabajador comprobó que los asientos si que manchan la ropa blanca. Así que nada de ir de blanco sino quieren tener gasto en tintoreria extra y compra de vestuario para no parecer un animal revuelto en grasa de taller. A la final me he tenido que ir a comprar ropa porque sino me fastidiaba mi sábado por la noche. Porque parecía un cuadro mal pintada. Ni descuento ni nada ni disculpa.Me deben 19.95€ y una lavandería.

Horrible experience! I was waiting for a takeaway order for nearly an hour! I have ordered at the counter and nobody told me would take that long! The restaurant had two tables with clients and they could only respond with excuses. As you walk into the restaurant you can smell the strong toilet smell by the way.
