Hungry Roads Pavia Reviews
The Chinese food and sushi were delicious and you won't find a more affordable restaurant in Pavia.
A friendly and well-maintained place. Very good food, with a wide selection of tasty Chinese dishes, including some homemade ones. Great for a quick lunch or a relaxing evening. They also serve excellent, reasonably priced aperitivo. A great choice in Pavia.
I ate well, the menu was very cheap, only 8 euros, abundant and tasty dishes, what can I say for families, I save with quality, why not, delicious
Good
The most delicious ramen with chicken which I tried. The soup 🍜 is very delicious 🤤 The staff is very polite and so lovely 😊 My favorite place here. And prices are cheap
One of my favorite restaurants in Pavia. They serve generous portions of delicious ramen at affordable prices! The location is also very central and accessible.
This is my third time eating here. The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and despite the language barrier, she's always pleasant. The food is always plentiful and delicious, and is handmade by the chef. Plus, the prices are absolutely fair, and I can't wait to go back.
So let's be honest. Ambience: when you walk in, mmmmmm, it leaves you feeling a bit sore, but... there's always a but. The service was very much like a bar-restaurant, but let's get to what we're interested in: the food. We had Cantonese-style rice (owners, don't scold me for calling it that), really good. The udon noodles were seasoned just right, but as the girl serving us said, they were slightly overcooked, but given the taste, I'll overlook that. Baozi were HUGE. The pork one was delicious, soft and flavorful, while my partner loved the chicken one (I loved it less, but it was delicious). The cauliflower and squid skewers were exceptional. I'll definitely be back.

Top music food and people
We had lunch at this ravioli shop and had a truly delicious meal. The mixed ravioli platter was excellent, allowing you to sample all the different options. The mushroom and Chinese bread skewers were also delicious. The Chinese piadina and the vegetable and shrimp pasta dishes are also recommended. The interior is lovely, and the menu options are also interesting.
Very good food; I tried the shrimp skewers, enoki mushrooms, and cheese hot dog (the breading was done with a little mustard, not the classic one in the photo). The ravioli were truly excellent; I highly recommend them. The only downside is the location and the staff. The music was very loud, coming from a single large speaker at the entrance where we sat (which was turned on later), and it was difficult to talk. I'm not against music in restaurants, but if possible, it should be more diffused and subdued. If you're sensitive to noise like me, sit outside or near the drinks fridge. I'm not sure if we had the wrong day (reading other reviews), but the lady serving was not at all helpful even though the place was empty. The waitress serving the tables was very courteous. We'll try again, or at most, takeout.
Very good food and excellent value for money. It's very cheap, and the dishes are delicious and plentiful. The service was good, and they even gave us free ravioli. The atmosphere is nice if you sit outside at the tables in the square, but not so much inside. Overall, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
It used to be my go-to spot during the week: low prices and truly excellent food. After the change of management, however, everything went downhill. No more properly made gyoza or ramen: in their place, generic Chinese cuisine and mediocre sushi, executed terribly. It's truly sad to see how a place that once had a strong identity has become yet another soulless restaurant: higher prices, lower quality, and no personality.
The noodles they used for ramen is very cheap instant noodles. Avoid this place. Ridiculous.
Truly disappointed... I ordered about five dishes, and there were only two of us. The wait was endless... 50 minutes for a single dish of Riavoli, on a weekday evening (not very crowded). My excuse: I'm a solo cook and my aunt is in Turin. I spent €10 like that and was left empty-handed.
