Easy to order online only difference is waiting 2 hours for pickup vs 15 minutes if you were ordering in store for a custom cake, but I didn’t mind since I ordered ahead of time! They followed instructions & it came out pretty good :)
There's no moon behind the counter with extremely nice. Really good personality you can tell he was a people person. My cookies were delicious.

This is the best Great American Cookie location I have ever visited! The staff are super sweet and professional, and the general manager Jackie is AWESOME! Also, it’s always super clean in here and a great vibe!
Great experience. Ordered online about a week in advance. Cookie was exactly like pictured, pickup was easy. It also tasted great and was a great price.
Great customer service and the cookies taste SUPER fresh! They never disappoint with their treats. Yes - there is a sign to wear a mask for service. Everyone may not agree with it…but it’s what this place of business is asking customers to do. Businesses have suffered a lot during the pandemic, it’s a simple request to grab a tasteful treat then head out.

Literally walked in for a cookie slice and they gave my girlfriend and I two free pretzels because it was National Pretzel Day. This place is also sells pretzels, and they were good as heck. Thank you! And I will return soon!
They are good but pretty expensive and they never have the sugar cookies ready! Like wouldn’t it make sense to start baking more when the other ones are halfway out??? Obviously they are popular New review on 02/24/2026 @ 1:05 pm The 2 signs on the door says come on in but the doors are locked…..the store hours online and on the door say they are open so why is the door locked?
i’ve been to this location twice now and both times the pretzel bites were hard and not buttery. literally just hard bread with burnt salt.
non existent service. one person went through the motions of bagging up items…no box for cookie slice (thin as 5 sheets of paper), and the other person on their phone…likely busy resolving a world crisis. will not return.

The most awful experience ever. I got one slice of cookie cake for my child. We got back to the car. She said it’s so hard and old tasting. We went back to the store. The lady started to panic and said I got it from an old tray. They are selling old and dried cookies. We paid $5 for one slice of old cookie. She handed us another piece which was not any better. We just left. Won’t ever go back in there. Terrible customer service. Selling you old cookies.

Horrible and makes no sense. I wanted to try it with my mom for the first time today, went inside and the lady said we still require to have masks on or we can’t serve you. We are both FULLY vaccinated. We even got our boosters recently. Everyone’s practicing social distancing including us. I won’t come back again.
Trash service Don't greet No speaking Just all 3 employees staring into your soul like hurry up and pick your cookie Then the cookies taste left over Won’t be back
Harassing me in the store to wear a mask. They had ppl holding there shirts or napkins over there face since the store ran out of mask. This is a cookie place you have no right to tell people there health options. Get with the times mask are not required in Texas. Would not let me buy anything unless I held my sheer shirt over my face. Disappointed and utterly appalled by how I was treated and others. Customers in the store felt the same way I did. My question to you is do you want to be in business? This company was established to bring joy and make people smile. Not to decided peoples medical choices and harassing people.
The cookie cakes are amazing but they are still requiring customers to wear a mask. When I went inside without one the girl told me to put a napkin over my face. Yeah because that will stop the spread 🤣
Wish I could give it zero stars!! Worst customer service ever! NEVER have I came in and pretzels with salt were made. I ALWAYS have to wait. Super lazy and unfriendly staff. Dr Pepper is always out as well and several times no ice was available.
Literally the only store in Pearland Town Center requiring masks. Even for vaccinated individuals. Came in with my son who was bummed about having to miss school only to be turned away. We were the only ones in the store. The girl working behind the counter told us that the only way she could serve us was if we covered our mouths with napkins. Lol Not sure how a napkin is going to protect people from covid? Went to Small Cakes around the corner and received great service! 👍🏻
Very dissappointed! We drove 30 minutes to our nearest Great American Cookies and as we were going in they told us we had to wear a mask. According to the State of Texas no bussiness can obligate you to wear a mask but Great American Cookies didn't allow us in their store becuase we were not wearing a mask.
I visited this location in October 27, 2024 with my child for a chocolate chip cookie. I was craving one and our usual spot was out of them. I looked up a place nearby that had them and cookie is in the title of this bakery/restaurant, so of course It should be good, right? My friends, these cookies are flat, underbaked, floppy, and gritty! If you want disappointment for dessert, visit this place! And don’t be fooled thinking they care if they respond to a review. It’s for show and they do not follow up!
DONT GO HERE!! Terrible handwriting on the cake and not enough frosting. So disappointed. This location skimped out on the amount of frosting used. The border dollops were so small, and the words didn’t take up enough space on the cake to the point where it looked awkward. Go somewhere else. :(
It has been months since I have been into Great American cookies and I went in today with my kids for a treat. This location still requires masks. I did not have one with us so we were very respectful of the 6-ft distance, even though we were the only people in the store with one employee behind the counter. As soon as we entered I was asked to please put on a mask. I stated that I did not have one and I was fully vaccinated. I was then refused in person service and asked to put in an order online for curbside. I have been respectful about mask mandates, but I feel like if you are still going to require it at your location when it is not required elsewhere, you should at least offer a masks in lieu of losing service.
Horrible service, the young man working refused to sell us cookies because we didn’t have a mask. Was going to use our shirts to cover up and he said no it had to be a mask. Also, I asked him kindly to sell me the cookies while I wait outside the store and he said no I needed a mask. Went to the car to get one just to come back and they didn’t even have any cookies. Not to mention there was no one else here. I even showed proof of my vaccine card. Will not give this store service ever again.
