It appears the store itself is very under staffed. I remember whe. The store was doing well and a legit long wait time was 10-15min now I heard the cashier tell walk up customers over 30 - 45 min no matter what they order and thw drive-thru window. I did order online and my order was past my complete time by 30 min on top. I understand how difficult it is and it is not the staff's fault but corporate to help find more staff to be able to accommodate a very busy store before the staff gets burnt out if they haven't already. I pray it gets better. It "was" my favorite quick last minute pizza stop but I may have to change to another quicker better staffed pizzeria soon.

No sauce, barely any cheese. Just rolled up pepperoni bread.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Little Caesars. Multiple pizzas were made and left sitting on the shelf getting cold while several customers waited. Employees repeatedly walked past the counter without acknowledging anyone or letting us know they’d be with us shortly. Completely disorganized and unprofessional.

Horrible place fell off it was a bit decent from the other locations… I drive up no signs or their specials so I thought maybe they finally shut it down, A guy looking upset and pretty much giving off a bad vibe arms crossed and not courteous at all as I’m passing window up he signals and says just give me one minute one minute so I reverse a lil and he’s watching me and looks mad at this point so I wait I look over again and he print receipts at counter and just walk over mind y’all still looking mad and walk very slowly arms crossed looking straight at me very cringey and even pauses at this point I’m really regretting waiting and still nothing from him and looking mad like I’m a bother so I said signal and say never mind and then he rushes to window “mam mam” he says tries to wave me down but nope never coming back here horrible vibe !!!!

Worst experience ever. Made an online order and was told it would be ready at a certain time. I get there at that time and they said they hadn’t started my order. And hour later the app is telling me it’s ready. I go to the counter and they “lost” my pizza. The “manager curses me out and tells me “things happen”. I asked for a refund

I went through drive thru at dinner time 7:17 and they said they had NO PIZZA’s ready no cheese no pepperoni they had to make it that it would take 15 minutes to WAIT! Why? Are pizza’s NOT READY during dinner time? Is there main focus on online orders only!?! I had no other option but to WAIT as I waited MANY cars in the drive thru that came up behind me left. I’m the past when I’ve gone to a Little Cesar’s they’ve had back up pizza ready. As I waited people that walked in walked out with there pizza order so obviously there main focus is making online/carry out orders only unfair to have to wait from the drive thru

They definitely need to check who was working at the Night Shift on October 11 of 2024 at 9:50 pm I ordered a crazy crust stuffed pizza And I get the regular stuffed crust (is cheaper than the crazy stuffed ) And plus it has no cheese inside really disappointed at this worker Just lazy and if he don’t wanna make pizzas go look for another job He ruined my whole mood the main reason I ordered this pizza was to eat the crazy stuffed crust I highly recomend to check your pizza before leaving this place

This place is consistently just the worst! I used to love little Caesar’s but this location can’t get it together! A few months ago I tried to order ahead to have lunch with my daughter. I order 2 hours ahead of time and when I got there, it took forever for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and then my food was not ready. I couldn’t get my order because I would have missed my daughters lunch. I went last night to just get a cheese pizza as were in the process of moving. I waited 10 minutes for someone to even come acknowledge me standing at the counter. No one works customer service. Then they did t have a single pizza ready and it would be about 20 minutes but I know it would have been longer because there were people waiting in the lobby that were there before me, ordered online and were still being told their orders were like 3 orders down the line. It was a Tuesday night. Nothing crazy. This is just the norm there. I won’t bother trying this location ever again.

I always regret going to this location. Orders are always running super behind minimum of a 20 min wait even though I always place my orders online. For running late you would think my pizza would be fine but this is literally what we got after waiting 20 additional minutes from when the app said my order would be ready. The pizza was a mess! And no we did not drop it. They literally just threw it in the box.

Worst Place.!!! We ordered online around 7:30 pm they said our pizza would be ready at 8:00pm so we where in the drivethru for 40 minutes and when we finally received our pizza at 8:40 it was cold. It must of just sitting there ready while we sat in the window without anyone acknowledging us. Annoyed of the situation we had nothing else to do but go home and re-heat it the oven 😡This place has been horrible for a while now it should really be shut down!!
