I had a great experience eating at Smashburger! The service was excellent everyone was super kind and welcoming, and the restaurant was very clean. You can really tell they care about their customers. The only issue I had was how cold it was inside it got chilly enough that I almost decided to eat outside instead. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I’ll definitely be back, just maybe with a jacket next time!

Ms Harley has amazing customer service. She was super friendly nice and very helpful she knows the menu well . But her level of customer was super amazing I will visit again thank you so much for being and amazing person.

Very solid burgers. For about $12 dollars, I got the combo. I ordered a Carolina burger with double patties, fries, and a drink. The patty itself was very juicy. A bit messy but most good burgers are. The vegetables and sauces were fresh and flavorful. The fries were okay. They hard garlic seasoning on them but I couldn't really taste the difference. They were super crispy either. Environment was clean and staff were friendly. Overall, not a bad spot.

First time visiting. Service was spot on. Food was hot. Most tables could have been wiped for better presentation. They were not busy with only three tables in use when I visited. I should have taken more time to read the menu board because my burger came with melted cheese on it. I am not a fan of cheese on my burgers. I paid about 10 plus tax for a burger and fries.

I stopped by Smashburger today, and I have to say the young cashier was just lovely very polite, patient, and super helpful with my order. It’s nice to see such pleasant customer service these days! The food came out quickly and was delicious as always. My only small complaint is that it was a little too cold inside for my liking, so next time I’ll bring a sweater. Other than that, everything was great wonderful service and a clean, friendly atmosphere.

First off, customer service? OUTSTANDING. The employees were incredibly kind and attentive, my order got to me very fast and the food was fresh and hot. My only issues were that the bathrooms need a bit more upkeep, and food wise, it was a bit too over salty for my taste. Other than that, it's a pretty good place for a burger with a solid team behind the counter.

I had such a great experience at Smashburger! The service was amazing from the moment I walked in. The staff was super polite, friendly, and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Whoever was working the register that day did an outstanding job explaining the menu and helping me decide what to order. The food itself was even better fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The ice machine was broken and we were still charged $3.19 for a drink. Randall’s is next door. Couldn’t run over there and grab ice? Drink should have been free or half price. Dog wasn’t hot. Room temp. SB isn’t what it used to be. Won’t be back.

We always have a good experience at smashburger in Dallas. While on a trip, tried this location. Very disappointed in the service. We ordered a LARGE smashfries to share and so did our other family members. First they forgot the order, we told them and one worker walks over to check our table I guess to make sure we didn’t lie. He confirmed it to the kitchen staff. We are used to a full tray for a large, they served us a regular size and we paid for a large. They claimed that it was a large they just added it to the tray. Don’t cheat paying customers!! If you want a good burger, it’s delicious. But service here is poor and they need to work on their manners from start to end. Too busy watching a football game to properly serve their customers.

I know it's not fast food...but taking 34 minutes from order to food on the table for 2 burgers, tots, fries and a shake seems a bit much. My burger was good but my wife's was burnt, and the portions on the sides were pretty small for being over $3 each (10 overcooked sweet potato waffle fries and around 15 tots). We're Smashburger fans but will not be coming back to this location.

Second review: after a few phone calls yesterday they offered to try again and we decided to try again. This time everything was delicious! Fresh! Not super greasy. Thank you so much for getting in touch with us. Whatever you did, keep it up! Very tasty this time!!! Bring back the original fries and onion rings! Sometimes change is not for the best. We ordered first delivery last night. It's been awhile. I have to say that neither of us could eat our burgers or fries. Everything was greasy! They no longer have the thin sliced olion rings or French fries. My husbands Colorado burger was far from awesome and so was my double barbecue bacon cheese burger. My fries were a huge greasy disappointed as well as my husband's tater tots! Greasy!!! Greasy!!! Greasy!!! They need to go back to their original menu!!! We'd really like our money back for having to throw it all away!!!

Wouldn't recommend. Tables were dirty and there was a hair in my burger.. they acted like it was no big deal.. ughhhh
