Never again. Well, I order pizza hut in this town first it took an hour and a half to drop off two items and on top of that the food came cold, but I still paid the driver though so I’m gonna take this as a loss. Pecos tx u need to step up your food quality standard

Worse experience ever first and last time I ever get pizza out here.i get pizza and it is all messy like they tossed it around dropped it and then delivered.they were out of bread sticks and I'm assuming the cinnamon sticks also but I did get a call for that ok no problem.Just very disappointed how my pizza was if you don't like your job I think you just need to move on to something else

Picked up two orders on 11/10/2025 around 9pm and it was the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. The two guys working there made me feel like I was bothering them just trying to pick up my food. They were rude and obviously did not want to be at work. They had forgot to give me my wings and sauces. When I said something, I got the nastiest look and treated like I was just being difficult. I even told the guy I would pay for the sauces again but he rolled his eyes and said he would pay for it. Honestly the whole experience was just bad and I don’t think I’ll be eating Pizza Hut from this location anymore.

They forgot to give us 24 pieces of wings and when we went to go get a refund this lady (megan) gave us attitude and refuse to give us a refund. I used to love pizza hut but now this place has gone to shit and keep getting worse. Please do something about this

This will have to be hands-down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Hut lol I waited 50 minutes for two personal pizzas I ordered over the phone and I eventually gave up and left. There was about 12 people in front of me waiting for their orders. The AC wasn’t even working and it looked like complete chaos I honestly don’t understand or see how this place is still in business and I’m not trying to be rude lol The place is completely done, run down and the staff didn’t really seem to care much. I guess it’s just normal here?? The building is way past its prime, and with no signs of any sort of repairs of any kind. the ceiling fans hang without any blades adding to poor air circulation. They also just closed down the KFC last week haha this town sucks 😂 I hate it here haha

No breadsticks available. Ordered large pan specialty pizza - pepperoni lovers. The cheese didn't even cover the pizza. Nothing but pizza sauce. Some slices didn't even have 1 pepperoni on it. Extremely disappointing. Wish we looked before we left the restaurant. I would have left it there.

This was my first time visiting this PH and I only did so because I had a family member from out of the country that wanted to visit a PH. This restaurant is gross and outdated. The walls, ceiling and tables look like they're on their last leg. The restroom was distrusting. My female family member had to use the men's restroom because the sink in the women's wasn't working. In the pictures you can see of nasty the men's restroom was. As for the customer service it was great and you can tell the employees were doing the best with what they had to work with. I've been to PHs all over the country and in different countries and this is hands down the most delapidated one I've ever visited. I also didn't notice a health inspection certificate. The owner of this PH is not taking care of this place and it shows. My recommendation is go somewhere else; I'll also be taking my own advice.

This has to be the worst place ever to order food from. I ordered 7 super supreme pizzas to be picked up at 11:30am. When I got there they haven’t even started making them yet. After they threw together the pizzas and delivered them to my customers I found out the super supreme pizzas were pepperoni only with very little of anything else. They wanted me to drive a hour back with them to make them right. My party was hungry being the order was already an hour late for lunch. The store said they would make it right and issue credit on my app but ended up putting the money on my company credit card without asking me. This is the second store in a row I ordered from that have had issues with. Sounds like Pizza Hut is following apart and going out of business. Good luck Pizza Hut.

Order from Pizza Hut in June and was told “the ovens were down” at that not by the store itself but the DoorDash driver. We called repeatedly and got hung up on so we attempted to call corporate and we’re told repeatedly it was up to higher management in corporate. Well it’s been 4 months and we never received a refund or anything. Now we attempt to get an order and we received a pizza with no cheese? I’ve never heard of a pizza with no cheese it’s comical. Pizza Hut in pecos needs better management and crew the store looks unsanitary and the employees and management don’t care about sanitation or how the order is prepared.

I will never order from this Pizza Hut again. There has been multiple times that I have picked up orders for family or for doordash and have seen the employees making pizza without gloves on. It is also very dirty. I do not recommend.

Worst Pizza Hut you could possibly go to, 90% of the workers don’t know what the hell they are doing. For this pizza we were told “we made 2 pizzas and this was the best one, the dough wouldn’t rise and it kept bubbling up.” What a joke 😭. 2 of the slices don’t even have anything on them. You want a decent pizza, don’t go to the one in pecos.
