Mocha cookie crumble tasted good. Ambience was nice. Baristas looked over worked which seems typical to most of the Starbucks in recent times. Starbucks is loosing friendly touch and become more professional it seems. Also there are not any vegeterian options.
Exceptional customer service truly elevated the entire experience, and every aspect of my visit was commendable. I'm already looking forward to returning to this location for another outstanding experience.

Great coffee try the matcha strawberry strato while it last!! I am hooked it taste like a strawberry milkshake. I like to add a shot to it in my personal cup. Thank you Starbucks crew.

The best part of this quick coffee stop was the young gentleman working the drive thru window. He was very professional and had excellent customer service. Keep it up young man, I'm sure you'll go far in life! We'll definitely be back by on our next grocery trip.

The espresso in my drink was a little burnt I could taste the bitterness. The people working today were slow. However they were friendly and courteous.

Stopped in today to ordered potato squares, large coffee and a dragonfruit lemonade. The food came first, then the coffee. By the time the dragonfruit drink arrived the food was already getting cold. Not a word was said, he just put the drink on the counter. Starbucks usually provides good customer service. This location was a disappointment.

Been here 2 times in a week. You wait at the counter to order. Then you wait for them on their cell phones talking and texting to make it then they finally bring you a cup of coffee.
Decided to ask for no ice because when I order light ice they put a bunch of ice, now they just half filled my drink
Went to drive thru and ordered just a simple cappuccino French vanilla small size and what a disappointment. I’ve never had that problem at any Starbucks. From a 12 oz cup I think 10 oz was foam , literally so disappointed. I called and the girl that answered said “ that’s how they come” smh This is Pecos location btw
Very disappointed. Was looking forward to a good coffee during our long drive. The coffee tasted as if beans were either old or overly burnt. The milk tasted sour and just ended up tossing the drinks since we ordered from our app. Hopefully it’s a one time occasion but just sharing so they’ll get their products in order.
Sat in the drive thru for a super long time with no cars ahead of me, when the girl finally took my order she was rude and short with me. Waited at the window for a long time the same girl opened the window didn't say anything and shoved the tip screen in my face then got visibly upset i didnt tip. $9 for a drink that was made wrong and attitude. Tips are for good customer service, not a expectation after you can't even say good morning. 12/23 at 630am

They said Breakfast sanwiches are out after waiting 20 minites of my order , wth is wrong with this miserable staff? Never coming back
If I could leave a zero I would do so. I stopped at this location waited in the drive-through for five minutes drove up to the window saw three employees staring at their cell phones. No one taking orders or even walking to the window, the door is locked. I saw a worker walk out to a white truck grabs her Wingstop order. She walked so fast to the door and didn’t have the decency to respond to me. My opinion, they should not be getting paid to stand around and play on their cell phones and dismiss customers. Starbucks Pecos you let us down. Customer service is horrible here!!!
CHANGE YOUR HOURS! We were driving through traveling from California on the way home to Arkansas and your hours online say 4:30 am opening time. We show up at 4:37 and there was NO ONE. Chairs were on the tables and the store was dark. Thanks for nothing.

Disappointed at this place cause they didnt give me what i want it cause it was not on the menu, but i ordered before thats why i like coming here. But this time he didnt wanna make it. Then i ask for my receipt and the printer wasnt working. 🤦♀️
