Absolutely amazing in every detail ! Please do not change ! We had the black angus dip sandwich, potato salad , mas and cheese , Caesar salad , Browne , ham and cheese sandwich. Everything was spot on the perfect balance of freshness and taste

Nice variety of choices on menu, food was good quality, restaurant was clean, and staff was very nice. Anthony offered to answer questions about menu choices and cashiers/servers were helpful and friendly. We'll be back soon.

We love coming to Mcallisters for lunch. Rhonda is awesome along with the rest of the staff. Very friendly and attentive customer service and delicious food.

I am a Gainesville grad and when I saw McAlister's pop up in my town I had to stop in. Everything was PERFECT. The staff are super pleasent, the salad and sandwhich are perfectly delicious! I have to come back and get the sweet tea and a baked potato. Their are so many great options and a lot of old favorites. I highly recommend checking them out! Love that throwback feeling i got from my days at UF.

Ordered lunch from here yesterday and everything was fire. The potato salad slapped. My black angus club slapped. The soup I had slapped. The lemonade was soooo good even tho the ice melted it down a little. Still refreshing. I look forward to ordering it again.

McAlister’s Deli is consistently great quality. Every order is right on time. They have a very good app for ordering and they have a good rewards program. Their giant spud is unlike anything you’ll find anywhere. I can’t say enough good things about McAlister’s.

Very good selections on the menu.

The place was very clean and nicely arranged, the gentleman behind the counter was very patient as this my first time and their big selection. I order the triple cheese half sandwich and chicken tortilla soup. Even though I only was able to taste 2 cheeses, the sandwich was delicious, so was the soup.

The spicy southwest sandwich is out of this world. It hits every single time. The food here is made fresh and very tasty. I drive here from North Miami.

Great food and greater service! For those in South Florida unfamiliar with the Deli chain McAlister’s, it’s time to get familiar with your new favorite sandwich shop. The food here is fantastic and the sweet tea is the best! But above all is the great service from the staff, something that’s pretty rare in south Florida. I can’t wait to keep coming back again and again.

Best casual dining experience in Pembroke Pines and surrounding area. Outstanding friendly, accommodating and caring staff. When you enter the restaurant you are welcomed as family and friends. Get to know everyone's names and staff gets to know yours. Fabulous fresh and high quality food at low menu prices.

I've really only picked up from this location but overall I'm pretty satisfied with the food and service. Only thing is how much ice they put in drinks but other than that, it's great!

I ate a delicious garden salad for lunch. Very generous portion. It was fresh. Customer service was friendly. No wait at the time I went and quick service. Good lemonade. UPDATE: I've been coming there a lot lately... every time I eat there, the workers are so friendly, courteous, kind, and helpful. The manager is always very gracious, cheerful, and personable. He even goes out of his way to greet a customer by name when he notices it. He is alert and attentive. This is why I keep coming here. The food is always good and the workers are always so pleasant. I usually always get the Garden salad and I ask for no cheese on it. Thank you for your service! Your McAlister's is unlike other McAlister's. This place is special! I have brought my family here too, and they like it.

Fresh Favorites, Friendly Faces! it’s in their motto super loaded menu with tons of health in mind options Sandwiches Nachos Baked potatoes great music and environment to sit in and eat all of the staff was great with big smile’s especially Ms. Rhonda definitely adding this into my regular rotation!!

Excellent customer service. It's been a while since I had such great friendly service with a smile. Food is fresh and comes out pretty quick. I was so excited when they opened. I eat lunch there every Saturday when I get out of work. I always leave there full and satisfied. Even my kids enjoy going there and they usually dread when I drag them to restaurants.

Food is good and fresh. But Brenda makes the visit worthwhile. We love that she remembers us and always takes time to talk with us. It makes it less if a deli and more like family. Thank you, Brenda for being wonderful. See you soon.

Love it here! Lots of seating, friendly staff, delicious affordable food served in good portions. Wish there was a location closer to my residence but I’d happily make the trip to this one.

We have loved McAlister’s since our college days and were so excited when a location opened up close to home. The staff were all super friendly and service was top notch. Not to mention the food was just as good as we remembered. We will definitely be back soon!

I want you for the first time last night. The place is brand new very close to the new Publix in this plaza. Everyone was very nice the food was good and the owners came by several times to ask if we were happy with our meal. There are tables marked for social distancing and hand sanitizer was available. We will be back

Delicious sandwich, great service, great price. I actually got lost trying to find the trash can to throw away my garbage, but they don't have any! The workers will come and drop off your food as well as pick your trash up for you. Will definitely return for a great quick sandwich.

The service at this location is exceptional. The food is amazing. The office gets very happy when we order lunch from McAlister's.

Ok, so I heard about this new place in the neighborhood that served delicious sandwiches and decided to stop in. I was impressed with their selections, not too overwhelming, but just enough variety. I decided to try their Grilled Chicken Club Sandwich and was blown away by the delicious flavor. There's something secret in there.. also tried their potatoes salad which was great and their ice cold lemonade. Very happy customer👍👍👍👍👍

Wow!!! Monstrously delicious baked Chipotle potatoe! The cinabun cheesecake was spectacular. The best part was wonderful friendly service. The team here is exceptional!

The food was excellent. Customer Service was very professional and welcoming.

Always great tasting club sandwiches. Clean inside with glass walls that let in alot of light. Staff was courteous and helpful without bugging you. I plan on going back more.

Best lunch place around! Their sandwiches are always so fresh and their soups are great too! Their famous sweet tea is the best! I have never been disappointed here or at any location. Speedy service and a great atmosphere!

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting McAlisters for a dinner-to-go and was blown away by the incredible customer service. Rhonda, who assisted us, was an absolute dream to speak to—so friendly and kind. She went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect dinner for my husband and I. We mentioned that we were taking the food to the hospital to be with my father-in-law, and she packaged everything with such love and care. The rest of the staff were just as lovely, making the whole experience even better. The spuds were delicious, but honestly, the service alone is worth coming back for. Highly recommend this place!

We just had our OCC event at this location and we absolutely loved it! Their staff was super attentive and helpful and they were able to accommodate us in a semi private area. Although the music was a little loud, our event went great and the food was absolutely delicious!!! Great job to owner and management for hiring the right people for the job.

Their food and service is great! I order ToGo quite often and the food is always neatly wrapped and fresh. The quality and preparation of the food and drinks is top quality. They take pride in the food that they send out to customers. The food is always hot even by the time I drive home. The employees are always super sweet too!!! I continue to be a customer here at this location due to the yummy food and quality! My Oder is always correct as well! Highly recommend trying it even over Panera Bread!

The environment here is clean, the server is nice every time I've came here, and the food is ALWAYS top noche. In a tip hungry world, they are the only one that isn't asking for any. Plus they deliver your food, check in on you, and clean up after you. I really enjoy eating here. 😀

Though everyone's experience is different, this one is mine. This place is what I call fast food to another level. I feel a lot of people have not tried this location. But I can assure you, once you try. You will be hooked. A truly cozy feel as you wait for your meal to be brought to your table. The creators of this place I feel would like your stay to be an enjoyable one. Certainly a true break from the hectic world. Our travel distance to this place is about 6 miles.

This was our first time visiting McAlister’s in Pembroke Pines. Rhonda and Rafael were absolutely amazing, attentive, and super helpful. The food was delicious and fresh. I had the French Dip with a plain spud (no pic, I ate it too fast) and my boyfriend had the New Yorker with broccoli & cheddar soup. You can taste the quality in their product. We will definitely be back soon to try more of the menu!

Had my first taste in Mississippi found out they had one here in FL and decided to come. Food was just as delicious! The portions are insane, sandwiches were loaded with all meat and taste delicious. The salads are full of flavor and everything is freshly prepared and made. Highly recommend coming here!!

I love corned beef sandwiches and was so happy to see a Deli. But it's not a regular Deli but I was totally impressed. Staff was very friendly since it was my first time there they were very patient why I read the menu over and then picked up three items and left it up to them.

My Neighbor John visited McAlister’s Deli, at 10620 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33025. My order was The Southwest Salad and Avocado Slices. This Salad has Fresh Ingredients, Tasty and Delicious. I must commend the whole Staff on Thursday, 03-07-2024. 👏👏👏

Great experience. Clean restaurant and helpful staff. Was approached three times while eating for refills or request. Food was well prepared and plated nicely. Prices a little steep and not a place I would eat at very often. But would highly recommend everyone give it a try!

This deli is awesome and I'm glad they opened at Pembroke Pines. So far, all my experiences here been very pleasant. They have a nice selection of fresh and delicious sandwiches and their lemonade and tea are very good. Place is always clean, and they also have a nice outdoor sitting area. Staff is friendly, attentive and service is quick. They even go to your table offering refills on the drinks. You gotta order at the front, get your drinks and a number and go to a table, they'll take the food to you when is ready, and even pick up after you when you done. Keep up the good job guys! 👏🏻

Had a great experience at Mcalister’s Deli. First time at a Mcalister’s so we didn’t know the menu but Rhonda the cashier was super friendly and helpful and explained everything well. She took our order, we sat down and they bring the food to you which we liked. Plenty of seating in doors and outside. We were there for lunch and for $12.19 we had a cup of soup (chicken dumplings) and half sandwich (angus roast beef club) my gf had a cup of broccoli & cheese with a baked potato. Both were delicious. Everything tasted fresh. Their menu looks good we will definitely come back to try other things. The place was clean and just has a nice chill vibe.

It was my first time visiting and Shanteka was very patient and welcoming in helping us decide what to order. She was attentive and even offered to refill our soda. She made us feel super welcomed as if we were being taken care of by family.

My first time here, and definitely not my last!! I brought my grandfather and we ordered the choose 2. Grandpa had the ham club sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup and I got the veggie spud and broccoli cheddar soup, and we were very pleased. The food came out reallly quick. And let me tell you how amazing the workers are here. Very polite and keep checking on us to see if we need anything and the restaurant itself was so clean. If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!!

I’ve been eating McAlister’s Deli for years and I’m excited to see it now in Pembroke Pines. Tried it out today and it did not disappoint. The King Club was huge and filling and the potato salad tasted very fresh. Try the salted caramel cookie for dessert, yum!

Went with my daughter and we each had soup & half sandwiches. They were huge! super tasty and fresh. The chicken fajita soup (I think that was the name) was outstanding. Staff is very pleasant.

I was down in Pembroke Pines visiting my old home town and wanted to check out this restaurant. I've been meaning to write the review and had not followed thru, although I did speak to the manager and gave him kudos for his employee, service and food. Rhonda at the front made my experience amazing. She provided tips for ordering from the menu and followed thru with making suggestions since I was having a difficult time making up my mind. The food was great but its Rhonda that made the whole experience worthwhile. Kudos to you Rhonda. Great employees like her make all the difference in the world! The carrot cake was a real bonus!

WOW! WOW! If you haven’t been here U NEED TO GET IN YOUR CAR AND GOOOOO! The FOOD is amazing fresh and delicious! Flavor is pure gold! Everything is beautifully put together!! Restaurant is CLEAN BEYOND ANYONE EXPECTATIONS!

This is one of my favorite places. The sandwiches are made to order w/FRESH ingredients. You must try their World Famous Tea. I recommend the Spicy Turkey Melt w/ Potatoe salad. This is a Hidden Gem in Pines

Best customer service, gentleman with headband running like it's his business. Good food, pick 2 let's you try different menu items. Refill drinks to go after your meal. Clean as well.

I've been here about 5 times, tried a few different items. I really like the spicy southwest chicken sandwich. Also had the New Yorker and French Dip, both delish. The Chili was good, not great. I wasn't a fan of the macaroni (very mushy), potato soup was bland (longhorn has great potato soup!). They have a Rewards app, so that's always a plus for frequent diners! All in all I still give it 4 stars, definitely recommend!

Mcalister's sandwiches are delicious. They give you a lot of meat. Especially on the Reuben sandwich, that's my mom's favorite. I like to try a different sandwich everytime I visit. The staff are welcoming and the restaurant is always clean.

This was my first time here and I ordered from the Choose 2 menu options. I had a half veggie spud & half a New Yorker sandwich. Warning... their half spud is like a regular-sized potato to normal folks! It was all good and I chased it all down with an ice cold lemonade. I'll definitely be back!

This was our first time at McAlister's Deli in Pembroke Pines. They were fast, efficient, and both our sandwiches were hot and delicious. My chipotle chicken was a nice blend of sweet and savory. My only issue was with the cup (water), which was defective and caused a lot of spillage. Tables were clean and distant. Ample parking. Would return.

Good location. The inside was clean and very well thought out. The service was great. A lot of food verity and combinations. Food came out fast. We each ordered a combination 1/2 sandwich, soup, and drink I had a grilled cheese sandwich ( could have been better) it was super small even for a half, with their potato soup - which tasted weird. I didn't eat it. I asked both servers if they had tasted or had it before, and they both said no. So I don't know if it was just me or the actual soup The other sandwich was a BLT with Avacado and chicken tortilla soup. No complaints about that one.

I stopped by McAlister’s Deli recently and had a mixed-but-pleasant experience. The customer service was easily the highlight—staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure my order was just right. You really feel welcomed, which isn’t something every quick-service spot delivers consistently. That said, I was a bit surprised by the pricing. For a deli-style meal, things leaned on the expensive side, especially for basic sandwiches and sides. While the food was solid and the environment clean and comfortable, it didn’t fully justify the cost. Still, if good service is something you value highly, this spot delivers. It’s not every day you find a place where the team genuinely seems to care. Just be prepared to spend a little more than expected for the experience.

El servicio al cliente fue sin duda lo mejor: el personal fue atento, amable y se aseguró de que mi pedido estuviera en su punto. Uno se siente realmente bienvenido, algo que no todos los restaurantes de comida rápida ofrecen constantemente. Dicho esto, me sorprendió un poco el precio. Para ser una comida tipo delicatessen, los precios eran algo caros, especialmente los sándwiches y las guarniciones básicas. Si bien la comida era buena y el ambiente limpio y cómodo, no justificaba del todo el precio. Aun así, si valoras mucho el buen servicio, este lugar lo cumple. No todos los días encuentras un lugar donde el equipo parezca realmente preocuparse. Solo prepárate para gastar un poco más de lo esperado por la experiencia.

First time trying this place. Came for lunch. Got the "Choose 2". Half a sandwich and potato. Sandwich was tiny and potato was huge. Luckily had 50% off my first order and still paid $8 and change. Definitely not worth full price. Not impressed.

This has been our go to choice for good quality food. I understand price increases but to increase price and give MUCH less chicken on the salads is not acceptable. You may have lost a customer.

I've come to this location twice since I've started working in the area. The app clearly says that you can just pick up your order from the shelves. My first time going in. I waited to see if anyone greet me they didn't so I proceeded to just try and grab my meal when someone came from the back And told me that I needed to show receipt which is fine. The second time I came in there was two workers at the front. No one greeted me. I stood there for about eight minutes, and I couldn't wait much longer so that's when I decided to try to grab my meal and that's when the employee decided to acknowledge me

GM is horrible. does not listen to customers concerns and very rude. the exact words he said were “ma’am this is not my problem, once i give you the food it is no longer my concern” meanwhile they were the ones that messed up MY order. gave me a ruben instead of the rachel…. and i don’t eat red meat, but it’s my problem ? never coming back here again.

The GM today just told a young lady while I was waiting for a long time that NO one dies from a Peanut allergy …. This is so scary 😟 as my Goddaughter in texas has a peanut allergy and yes you can I’m fact die from this. He said I’m the GM as if that helps your establishments view on this. Better training and honestly this person needs a new job. This is not okay. If I could give zero stars I would.

Food allergies are real. It's your #1 job to know what you're selling. Not knowing what's in your food CAN KILL someone. If you aren't sure about cross contamination risk, you need to say you cannot guarantee there wasn't cross contamination. People with food allergies aren't some annoying picky eater. It's literally life or death. Shame on your uneducated employees!

The GM has a complete disregard to food and allergy safety. Told a person with a peanut allergy that the “won’t die”. And corporate is just as bad , passing the blame by responding that this location is “locally owned and operated”. I wouldn’t trust them with anything I ate.

I have a severe peanut allergy. I recently saw a tiktok video of a young girl who also has a peanut allergy, ask the GM multiple times if the food contained peanuts & the GM did not care at all and just said “who cares, you won’t die”. Her sister had died of a peanut allergy years prior. people do die from allergies & we deserve to be told the truth. I will never step foot in another McAllisters Deli if this is how they treat their patrons.

Spent $30 dollars on 2 sandwiches, had to return one because it had a hair in it. I waited about 10 minutes and got a new sandwich with ANOTHER hair, pulled directly from the cheese. Awful experience, never coming back again.

Do better, telling some one they won’t die from a genuine concern just because you had a bad day made theirs worse. Allergies are no joke. If some one asks you a question you answer. If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware.

Wanted to like this place. I should have known something was up, only 1 person a in the place at lunchtime. It seemed like everything had an extra charge. Somehow, my 11.99 pick 2 ended up being 16.99, and that's without a drink. My wife doesn't eat pork, so she ordered he sandwiches without ham. We'll guess want, it came with ham on it. So she took it back and asked for it to be remade the way she ordered it. They just took the ham off and fave it back. That's not how it works, McAlisters Deli. You should respect people's religion. No stars .

I ordered the turkey with sauerkraut. What a small sandwich for 16 dollars!! Horribly over priced! I’ve gotten 12” subs for less! Absolutely atrocious. Small portions for big prices! Will never order again!

Very disappointed with the food quality yesterday. I frequent this restaurant a couple times a month. We received our food, there was 5 of us. Sandwich and potato was cold. Even though we asked for only a plain potato, Said they would microwave the food.. how about making a new sandwich and plain potato since we put sour cream on it and you microwaved it!!!! One of the salads, was not fresh lettuce, you can tell the quality, my sandwich was cold also even though it was a Ruben, but I was already upset that 2 out of the 3 meals had to go back. What a waste of $70.00. Will not return to this establishment. No manager even came over to bring the correct food back.

Today I ordered the pick 2 meal, where you can pick 2 items if you cant decide. I have ordered this numerous times in the past. Today however the sandwich was very small, it look as if they cut the bread into 4 pieces and I was served that as my 1/2 sandwich portion. The sandwich was smaller than my hand and I'm a small person. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manger. The guy got on the phone and stated he was the manager. He was really defensive as if I would call & complain for nothing. He continually tried to tell me that it was the correct size for the sandwich and that I quote "It should not be no bigger than your hand". I was frustrated and asked him to provide me with a number that I can text a picture of the sandwich too. He provided me with a number and said he will call me back. It's now a few hours later and no response. This has turned me off from going back to this location. If the manager wants to be defensive about a meal that I paid $15 for than he is very unprofessional. I will be reaching out to corporate regarding this matter. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION, MANAGEMENT ACTS AS IF YOU ARE A LIAR AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!

Your Pembroke pines location shorted our order soup. My wife needed soft food so she returned to get it. Only to get an attitude from the girl at the counter weather she was lying and had to produce the reciept. Place is always empty. We love your food but
