Naf Naf Grill Pembroke Pines Reviews
Wow!! This place is spectacular! The shawarma is out of this world, but what truly blew me away was the homemade bread — seriously, it’s INCREDIBLE!! So soft, fresh, and flavorful, it takes everything to the next level. All the toppings were genuinely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. I also picked up a pack of assorted baklava to bring to a dinner I had that night — such a hit! This place is just perfect. And a big thank you for making the kids' menu healthy — such a rare find and so appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!
I recently dined here on2 separate occasions and each time was fabulous. The first time I got a falafel wrap and it was absolutely amazing, the flavor was so plentiful. In love with tahini sauce.I left the restaurant in such a good mood (it’s very rare that food puts me in that good of a mood) I couldn’t stop talking about it. Everything is very fresh and has very good seasoning. I’ve also had the plate and had their chicken, it’s always tender and well seasoned, their vegetables are always crisp and fresh. The food here is outstanding I’m very very happy we have this place close by please visit them.
I love middle eastern foods. So when I saw this place just opened, I had to try it. Oh my god! This place is freaking awesome! You basically build your own bowl or pita with traditional Mediterranean ingredients. The flavors of everything I got was so delicious and authentic. The portion was perfect. The pita bread was soooo good and fresh. Their spicy sauces were on point! I'm ready to go back and try everything else on their menu. 08/10/22 This place was so good I came back today for lunch. It really is that delicious.
wow this place is really a must try. To start the staff is amazing and greats you warmly every time you come in. The food has a homemade feel to it that you can not replace. The shawarma is not salty yet moist and very flavorful. We tried the steak and my wife loved it. I personally prefer the chicken but that is just a matter of preference. The vegetables and salad are as fresh as can be. the onions and pickles are a must for any bowl to add a little zing. Now on to the best part of my experience here the red hot sauce. Holy cow this is good it is obviously a family recipe because it gives you a powerful flavor jolt yet it is not vinegary like buffalo sauce. More like a clean hot flavorful taste to accent your meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and so happy it is close to my home. Thank you so much for catering to my family and I.
Wow!! I stumbled upon this cozy Middle Eastern spot on a quiet evening, and I’m so glad I did. The aroma of grilled spices and warm bread hit me the second I walked in—instantly comforting. I ordered the steak plate with a side of hummus, and honestly, it tasted like something straight out of someone’s home kitchen. The steak was juicy and full of flavor, the hummus was silky smooth, and the warm pita bread was the perfect companion. What made it special, though, was the hospitality. It felt less like a restaurant and more like being a guest in someone’s home. Definitely a hidden gem I’ll be returning to. Thank you!! Sincerely, Raoul
I went to Naf Naf for the first time late last night. The place was clean, well lit, and had a modern no frills aesthetic. The emoloyees and especially the manager or owner went above and beyond to wait on me. They made fresh couscous even though they were close to closing when most places would just claim to be out to save themselves from having to do additional work and possibly have couscous left at closing. Due to purchasing food for someone with a compromised immune system, I must be extremely careful not to buy food that has been left out or been exposed to too many people etc. I was worried when I walked in as they time was late and it is a make your own….type place, meaning you tell them to sit you want on your salad, bowl, pita, or entree plate and they dish it out. I was thrilled to not only see them freshly grilling items, including the steak I purchased. It come straight from the girl piping hot and into my bowl but also the fact that they made fresh couscous and basmati rice as well. Everything was fresh even close to closing time. The other topping items were replenished as well as the sauces etc were cold and covered. They were attentive, helpful, explained items, sauces, and sizing, and even asked if I needed anything or wanted a refreshment while I waited for for fresh couscous! They could not have been better! They give an amazing amount of quality, fresh food for the price. I will easily get a minimum of 3 meals out of 1 bowl. The pita bread was soft, fresh, and hot as well. I had baba ghanoush which was delicious with just enough smoky flavor to not taste burnt as some I have had taste. The pita was fluffy, warm and yummy. The bowl with steak, basmati rice, pickles, red cabbage, sumac onions, diced tomatoes and cucumber, and I think cilantro. Sauced with the green slightly spicy sauce s’khug?, garlic, and Nafziki sauce. I loved them all but want to try the lemon vinaigrette next time as it was hard to make a decision. I also had a medium side of the harissa as I love hot and spicy foods. It was delicious with a nice kick but not too hot and it was not overpowered with a red bell pepper type taste as most harissa sauces I have tried are. I am not a huge fan of red bell pepper so I loved it! I ate almost the whole side of harissa but had to save some for the large amount of leftovers I had for another meal. I did not try their hummus yet as I had just purchased some before deciding to try Naf Naf. So you can see I topped the bowl with the baba ghanoush and my store bought hummus. It took all my willpower not to buy the hummus from there but figured it would be wasteful as I already had some at home. Lol. FYI: get the app and sign up for rewards. The minute I signed up I received an award on my account for a bogo offer which I immediately used. It was a win-win! Great service, fresh, fast, delicious food, reward points, and a bogo which was only good through 7/22 if you downloaded app and signed up then went to the offers and rewards area of app and redeemed. I will define back again to try some other meats etc they have. If you want something quick but healthy, fresh, and delicious with a side of helpful employees, try Naf Naf. This was my experience and I wish you all have them same.
We have been calling and driving by for months waiting for them to open. So happy to report they did not disappoint. Every thing was delicious and fresh. They gave us a free sample of their falafel and the texture and taste was perfect! Last but not least their pricing is very fair. Can’t wait to try everything they have on the menu.
Great brand new little spot for Middle Eastern fare. Modestly priced for fresh, fresh food. My “measuring stick” is the salad, which was superb! Generous portions, parking available. FRIENDLY service.
Another amazing mediterranean restaurant has opened in Pines. They serve the most pillow like pita I have ever tried, so delicious. The food is fresh and well seasoned. The staff was really nice. Also, their falafel is top tier along with their meat options. I got the bowl with half lettuce, half basmati rice and chicken shwarma and added toppings. They serve it with pita. I also purchased their pistachio baklava 👍🏼.
You can't go wrong with this new Mediterranean find, on Haitus & Pines (Home Depot plaza). The set menu can be shared in my opinion unless your a big eater. We took the meat combo & a side of falafel. Definitely worth trying. We will be back.
Amazing food. Friendly staff. Great music. Only problem was that my husband and I wanted to keep eating more lol my pick: hummus as a base, basmati rice, chicken, chopped salad, onions and baba ghanoush. The falafels were also delicious and the pita was soft and fluffy. If you’re into flavorful and exquisite food, you have to try this place!! If you have no taste buds or like to eat mundane food, stay away!! Lol JK you should come too 😉
Food is fresh and very Mediterranean taste. Everything is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. The price is unbelievable. Tahini sauce and babaganoush sides are so good. My fav were the kibbets.
The food here is always sooo good and the prices are pretty good as well 😍 It sucks to see it not busy all the time because this is truly a hidden gem!
The food was fresh, the meat was really well seasoned. The yogurt topping was amazing. I really enjoyed the food and the service was really exceptional. I will definitely be back.
This place is so delicious!!! 🤤 I get the schwarma chicken bowl on hummus and lettuce or sometimes rice. Pickles and garlic sauce go so well with it.
The food is fresh tasting and delicious. Even their pitas are handmade right at their bakery. The portions are a good size and the prices are very affordable. Also, service was friendly and prompt. Highly recommend!
Omg! So glad we decided to check out this gem! Great flavor, fresh clean food, great service, yummy taste left in my mouth!! Ate my falafel bowl too fast for pics, but believe me, just go!
Love this place! The food is fresh and amazing. The staff offers amazing customer service and great memory! They remembered my order from my first visit. If I could give them more stars I would.
Omg!! First time visiting this spot. The staff was very gracious in helping me understand the menu and even gave me a sample of the falafel. From the initial bite I was hooked! Very clean establishment. I ordered the Veggie Feast. Please come try this delicious Middle Eastern goodness😋😋
The food was amazing! You really can't go wrong with whatever you get. I had the chicken shawarma pita with falafel in the side. And we took home some baklava that was to die for! The people working there were super nice. This was a great find.
We were driving and looking for food, saw Naf Naf and checked their reviews online quickly…. Let me tell you, they DESERVE the 5 stars!!! Everything was fresh, hot, and seasoned so perfectly. We got the falafel in a pita and the shawarma in a bowl. We will be back! Staff was so friendly as well and let us sample the falafel before deciding. Wish it lasted long enough for pictures but we inhaled it
Admittedly I have driven by multiple times and never stopped in until today. The word naf naf means the literal cardboard in which you fan the flames of a charcoal grill. So imagine freshly grilled steak and other proteins piled on a bowl made of fresh salads/sauces. I picked up a chicken rice bowl with half lettuce, cucumber & tomato salad, humus and cabbage salad. I ordered falafel balls, and a piece of the walnut/pistachio baklava. I’m gonna say it, and I don’t care if I offend an entire community, but the falafel here are better tasting and more fresh than any of the other Mediterranean or Israeli places in Broward county. Matter of fact, I haven’t had good falafel in over 10 years since I last visited my uncle’s hole in the wall “restaurant” in the middle of the desert. Everything was delicious. The chicken was well seasoned and tender, not dry. The rice was perfectly flavored- made me glad I ordered half rice and half lettuce because.. well… I don’t have the metabolism of a child anymore. The garlic sauce was incredible, the humus tasted like it was just made, not like it was in a tub/jar. The tahini was spectacular as well- just the right amount of viscosity. I really don’t enjoy a watery tahini and this one was just perfect! The baklava reminded me of my mom’s and while it wasn’t identical it was delicious, full of nuts and very nostalgic for me. Now on to the service- the cook and the young lady at the counter were incredibly accommodating and very kind to offer suggestions and patient while I made my order. Thank you to the lovely team at Naf Naf! I’ll be back again soon!!! To everyone else reading this: you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t stop by here when you’re in the area. Definitely the best in the entire shopping center and the best Mediterranean around!
We went for lunch on Saturday and the food exceeded my expectations. The bowls were a generous portion and the shawarma is delicious. The hummus, tahini and eggplant were on point. The owner came out to greet us and was very kind. Definitely check this place out.
The food here is excellent. They make their falafel fresh. That is my favorite, whether on a pita or on a platter. They make their own pita bread, which is delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is fresh and delicious. My wife typically gets the steak platter. The hummus is excellent. I typically get the falafel sandwich, which I love.
I'm so happy about this new place. Their location is pristine and the food and service were excellent too. They have sensible price points and everyone who works there seems genuinely happy to serve the customers. I particularly loved their falafel, it was fresh and tasty. We will definitely be back!
FINALLY OPEN!! I’ve had Naf Naf on vacation in Chicago a few times, and really enjoyed it then. When I saw they were opening up in Pines, I was SCREAMING! I screamed as soon as I saw they were open. The experience was amazing, as always. The staff was friendly, and offered me a free sample of their fresh fries. I normally can’t eat a large meal in one sitting but I can’t get enough of this. So delicious, fresh. Definitely try it out!!!
The food was amazing! We ordered one pita sandwich, one veggie plate, and one bowl, all three with falafels. The falafels were made fresh in front of us and all the sauces tasted amazing. The spicy sauces were just perfect, the garlic sauce had so much flavor, and the tahini sauce we just couldn’t get enough of! The pita bread was so soft and just delish. I highly recommend this place as this is a one of a kind fast paced restaurant.
It's like chipotle but for Mediterranean food. The falafel was made fresh and the toppings are amazing. I loved the cabbage and the pickles. The cucumber sauce was so good and the garlic was to die for! And the harissa was sosososo good. Can't wait to go back.
The food was so good! Everything was super flavorful and well priced! The falafels were so good, the pita was super fresh. The staff was nice as well. Definitely going to go here more often when I’m craving some Middle Eastern food!
Healthy, delicious and great value. Larger protein serving than most places for $10-12 depending on chicken/steak. The toppings are great. Purple cabbage, sumac onions, pickles, tomato-cucumber, hummus, and babaganoush. They also have a garlic sauce and a couple spicy sauces (I prefer the red one). And a nice warm pita bread I think they bake in house.
We are so happy we had Naf Naf do the catering for our party. We highly recommend them and will definitely use again. Food is delicious and presentation could not have been better. Customer service provided by Gregory was a 10. This is important to us. Owners are very kind and friendly.
My wife and I are big on Middle Eastern food, and this place impressed us both! Very fast, very fresh and the prices are great for the quality of food. Shawarma on point and their topping and sauces were flavorful! The baba ghanoush was a tad on the salty side but still better than most in the area, falafel had great texture. Will be going back on a regular basis!
This cute little eatery is similar to Chip*tle in that you order your proteins, sides, and toppings. Everything was delicious. Staff is very friendly. And deal for your money. We will certainly be returning as we love Middle Eastern foods.
Last night was our first time eating at Naf Naf. I got a stuffed pita with Falafel and the Naf Naf fries. The Falafel was fresh and hot. I got it with hummus and the garlic sauce. My hubby got the pick 2 plate with Falafel and steak. He was pleasantly surprised at how much steak they gave him. He's a tough sell, so got him to give his approval that means it's good. We ordered the lentil soup as well. It was on the salty side, but the flavor was good overall. The staff was friendly and took our order right away. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming back.
Fantastic food and great service. The pita is soft and fresh, the falafels are made in house and come out hot (and not dry like other times I've had it), all the sauces are delicious- the babganoush is is soooo yummy! Definitely stop by here if you have the chance!
Excellent pita bread and baba ghanoush! The chicken shawarma was delicious and all the veggies very fresh
Oh my goodness, this place has the best falafels!!! I was a bit hesitant at first, but I'm glad I took the time to try the food. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The staff was kind and friendly which made the experience even better.
I remember seeing them on YouTube many many years ago and I have always wanted to try it. I was shocked with how authentic all of this food tasted. From the proteins to the sauces to the salad I enjoyed every bite and wiped the end of the plate with the remainder of the pita bread can’t wait to be back.
Very good food. The staff is very friendly and were more than helpful with recommendations— even going the extra mile to provide samples. The ingredients are very fresh and complimentary. The fresh pita and falafel was nice too.
Second time ordering at this place never disappointing. This place is awesome. The food is fantastic. Always fresh delicious. The falafel is always yummy and crispy and the attention is fantastic as well.
Fresh ingredients, hummus done correctly, falafel nice. Staff and owner I believe very friendly. My fiancé & I enjoyed our pita sandwiches. We ate it so quick.
First time eating here and will not be the last. Food was great for a fair price. My five year old said he gives it a nine out of nine stars (he had the kids bowl). The only very small suggestion would be to have the music a little lower. It was a bit loud for a small space.
Absolutely delicious. Ingredients were fresh and seasoned so well. Service was great! The falafel was delicious and crispy. So glad I popped in on this place!
Simply amazing cuisine. The staff is very helpful and flexible enough to create custom options to be able to fully immerse yourself in Mediterranean food and culture. Awesome, cannot wait to swing by this little gem located in Pembroke Pines very soon.
The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was very kind and helpful in explaining the variety they offer, and how it’s made. I loved the falafel pita sandwich. I will definitely return.
We really enjoy this restaurant! We have been coming for about a year. Unfortunately they no longer offer the unbelievable freshly made pats to chips that they call fries. Not fond of their new fries, so we opt out. Everything else is great!
Was waiting to eat here since I saw the coming soon sign! Right off the bat very friendly staff, even offered free sample of the delicious falafel! Great food for surprisingly affordable price. Will definitely revisit!
This food is delicious! You've got to try here! The pita is so soft and fluffy; I haven't had anything like it before. The chicken and beef are well marinated, seasoned, and very flavorful. The restaurant interior is modern and clean, with very cool music playing. The staff was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu, and gave us samples to taste and help our decision. Very reasonable prices for fantastic food! We'll definitely come back.
The best restaurant for the old Miami Florida for everything is very good restaurant. Very good food very good clean very nice. I love it the best the best nice chicken sandwich and nice chicken steak sandwich the steak sandwich at the best and the and the chicken the best is very good food. I love it. It’s very nice. Anybody need to go in there I think he happy and with me thank you.
We frequent Naf Naf as it is a dependable and consistent healthy option. My kids share the platter since it’s a good size. Personal favorites are the falafels and chicken shawarma.
We catered for a family party, and the entire process was exceptional. Ordered online and the food was ready, packed, and easy to manage as soon as I arrived. It came in durable transport bags with all the silverware, plates and napkins we could need. The family raved about how tasty the food was and how well laid out the sides were. They even included place cards to describe what each dishes was. The catering process was very well thought out, making it easy to host a party and the food was phenomenal!
The aromatic spices hits your senses as soon as you walk in. This place is amazingly authentic! It is clean and the service is superb I had the chicken bowl and I wish I took a picture but I devoured every last bite. The pita is made fresh, the hummus creamy, veggies crisp and chicken is tender and flavorful. I will definitely be back to my new Mediterranean go to spot!
My first experience was very good. Picked a good time on a sunday so it wasn't packed. The food was really good, i had a pita. The pita head together but was nice and soft. All the things that were put in the pita seemed nice and fresh. Get to try the green sauce they call it spicy and for me it was but had nice flavor as well.
Amazing food! It's so hard to find high-quality, delicious, AND reasonably priced Mediterranean food, and this is definitely a gem! They're generous with their portions too, lots of toppings and sauces, and finally a place that gives more than just a couple pieces of falafel! Wonderful costumer service, clean interior and really nice design inside. Absolutely coming back here!
Man I have to say I was so surprise!!, THE FOOD WAS SO AMAZING!! because ive Gone to a couple middle eastern places to get some pita shawarma sandwishes and they're just horrible, One in particular I used to go to was "sunrise pita" and they have fell off on their food, just bad!.. But let me tell you NAf NAf Is The golden ticket for middle eastern food!! And the prices are reasonable.. I really hope they stay consistent with the quality of food, Because thus far is Amazing, I mean SO SO GOOD! cant wait to come BACK! And try the rice bowl🤗😋
I went there with my partner and we absolutely enjoyed eating there. The pita was soft & fresh. I had the falafel with my choice condiments and it was amazing. My partner had the chicken shawarma with the condiments and totally loved it. We will definitely be returning. We sincerely recommend it... you won't regret it.
Ramsay was terrific! Walked in with our family, 3 young kids and my wife. He was instantly helpful, let him know we were first timers. Within the first minute he handed us a sample of the falafel - I’m plant based so this was right up my lane. He was extremely helpful with accommodating my kids allergies (dairy, wheat, corn). He assisted us promptly and expedited our ordering to reduce the wait time from the fryer. The food was terrific! Between us all, we had a great experience with the chicken and falafel. A sample of fries also upsold us to purchase more than we probably would have. Fresh food, quality service, and a layout that accommodated us. Had this been a different time coming in, it could’ve been a difference experience but the food I’m sure would’ve still been solid. We ordered the fries towards the end of the ordering experience so they came out later after we were sitting and eating. Ramsay brought the fries out to our table - a simple easy gesture but spoke volumes to his genuine caring about our experience and their level of service. I would’ve been back alone for the food, it was terrific! Ramsay’s service inspired me to write the review. I asked him questions about the business to which he wasn’t sure - tells me he probably wasn’t an owner but he certainly owned the experience similar to an owner mentality. My daughter just said 10/10 as I’m writing this review - strongly agreed on my part. I’ll be posting this on other review platforms.
Very Good. Everything was fresh. We tried a bowl, a pita wrap, falafel and fries. We brought home two different baklava flavors to try. Will definitely go back. The staff was also very friendly
Great place. Food was fresh and fast. My family and I had the chicken, falafel and steak pita 🥙 sandwich. Delicious!!! We also bought the baklava assortment dish and it was amazing. Definitely going back. Also, the staff was super friendly.
We love the food at Naf Naf! It is always freshly made. The portions are big enough to take half home. The spicy hummus and the baba ghanoush are delicious. I love the fries as well.
This is an amazing fast casual Mediterranean restaurant you have a clear bowl and pita menu with an extensive option for toppings and sauces everything is always fresh and they prepare most of the proteins when you order. The lentil soup is delicious can't recommend this place enough. I come here at least once a week.
Best pita shop for miles, a good addition to the area. The shawarma, schnitzel and hummus are excellent. I have found in other places that chicken shawarma can sometimes be dry and since this came from a heated tray rather than the rotisserie I was preparing myself for that possibility. But it was perfect. Pitas are fluffy and can hold their contents well. They could improve the way they package the family meals - only one protein, too little tomato and cucumber salad and too much rice but hopefully they will figure that stuff out. Staff was flexible in my case about a minor substitution. They are very friendly and appear genuinely concerned that everyone has a good experience. The prices are a little high, but the food is great.
I’ve been waiting for a while for them, and they didn’t disappoint, food was AMAZING, tried the chicken stuffed pita sandwich & the falafel one (one is plenty, i had lunch, and dinner 😂), Pricing was great and service was quick and bilingual, i’m happy because we love Middle East food, and theirs was really good.
Delicious!!! Highly recommended!!! Me encantó ❤️
Delicia
There so many chipotle style resturants now, I have indian style chipotle and now trying the Mediterranean style chipotle. This is the first time ordering something from this restaurant and we enjoy the food. We order falafel and fried chicken bowl. And it was definitely to our liking. The portion was of good size and filling. Would definitely love to try this place in person.
We've been craving falafel and decided to give Naf Naf Grill a try. We did the build your own.. You choose between a bowl or pita. Then select your protein, toppings and sauces. I went with the garlic sauce which was garlicky and delicious! I chose the falafel bowl with the baba ghanoush base. The falafel were really good. They were not dried out. While the baba ghanoush was delicious it was just a bit rich. Next time I would do the half and half option. The toppings were really good. A few minor complaints.. 1) I felt my bowl was put together a bit sloppily. 2) they forgot to give me the pita bread 3) they forgot to add my sauce. My mom ordered the pita with falafel. She loved the falafel but thought the chopped salad (which she got on the side) was lacking flavor Everything is very reasonably priced and freshly made. We would definitely go back and try other things.
So i usally like to support more mom and pap places but my wife choose Naf Naf this time. Its like a Mediterranean chipotle. Im mean exactly! The food was good. I had a rice bowl with chicken and all the toppings. We also had a side of falafel. The hummus was good. The hot falafel was very good. Chicken rice bowl was welllll chipotle. Worth the visit but prob wont return. To many other choices closer to home. Actually its probably a great place to order from!
Good place with good prices. When I eat there seems to be better than when I do take out. Good portions and fairly consistent. They tend to be a little cheap with the hummus so order an extra if you really like it.
What an amazing lunch! First time here and they are going to be a regular lunch spot for me. For the price I received an amazing amount of food. This is totally not the norm in restaurants today! Photo is after the amazing lunch, sorry. I got the combo Sharma plate!
The pita is amazing. Like a warm, soft pillow of flavor. I enjoyed their falafels and those special pickels are delicious. This was my second tome and we'll go back. Service is very friendly. Prices are readonable. On the other side, the Naf fries are just fresh made potato chips. If that's your thing you'll like them. I was expecting a different kind if fry. But besides that, go, you'll like it.
Naf Naf has now become my favorite Middle Eastern Restaurant in the Pembroke Pines/Miramar area. The food is always very fresh and very tasty. The staff is helpful, friendly and accommodating. One of my favorites is the lentil soup which is seasoned perfectly. The soap is only available in one size and I wish they sold in larger sizes to take home for later. What disappointed me was the individual pre-wrapped Baklava. They get it from an outside Vendor and it isn't very good in my opinion having had baklava at a variety of authentic Middle Eastern restaurants. Overall this is a great place to experience fresh, authentic Middle Eastern food at very affordable prices.
Great food!! But they are a bit stingy with the food. They put like two leaves of Romain lettuce, despite being asked to put more. However, the food is great, but a bit selfish with proportions. Won’t be coming back. In chipotle they are more generous. I get more for half the the price and nicer people too.
First time coming here. Naf Naf is similar to Chipotle but with middle eastern food. They had the option for pita, bowl or plate and you get to pick your protein, toppings and sauces. Although they bake in house their own pita bread (nice and fluffy for sure). I also purchased a caramel baklava that they sold there individually wrapped. I must say it was delicious.
Chicken shawarma OK but I wanted lamb and a side salad, only have steak. Not a true middle eastern place. Subway-like MYO pita but the register asks for a tip and makes u take an extra step to avoid paying a tip. Tired of being guilted/shamed/strong armed into paying tips to everyone esp ppl who make more than min wage. Tipping culture is out of control. Also the guy who rang me up called me Darling. Was owner or manager. This is unprofessional and condescending and unless u call your male customers darling also, you should call anyone over 18 maam or sir. Thanks
Ordered food from here online last weekend. Some of the sides were missing from one of the plates I ordered. I double checked the online order, then called to ask the restaurant about the missing sides. When I explained my issue, the person who answered the phone said they only spoke spanish. I offered to explain my issue in spanish, but she already hung up. I tried calling again and left a message by my call was never returned. It's a shame about the service because the meats and hummus were very yummy.
Unfortunately, my experience at Naf Naf Grill was disappointing. While I had high hopes for the food, the flavors didn't quite meet my expectations. [You can insert a specific issue, e.g., "The falafel was dry," or "The portions were smaller than expected."] Additionally, the service left something to be desired. The staff seemed inattentive and the portion was small I genuinely wanted to enjoy my visit, but it fell short of what I was hoping for. I hope these issues can be addressed to provide a better experience for future customers.
Stay away! Ordered for delivery and not only missing multiple items, quality of food was not good, and very little of it. Not to mention they charged me extra for steak and didn’t even include it. Doesn’t even look appetizing at all. Horrible customer service when I called as well to let them know. So disappointed.
THIS PLACE IS DEAD TO ME! I ordered a (very expensive) family meal for takeout and there were main items missing and a cup of sauce (that I paid extra for) spilled in the bag. I tried calling them but their phone wasn’t working. It’s a 50 min round trip from my house so I didn’t go back. It’s infuriating to spend $120 on a meal and not have someone double check the order.
Went to the restaurant for the 1st time today and was highly disappointed with the food. For "Mediterranean Food" this was not good food here. 1. They do not make what they have on the menu. You have to build your own bowl, salad or pita. The person that i went there with wanted to get a Chicken Shawarma from the menu but they said not able to do that. We were forced to chose to build your own pita option. The food was not flavored like other Mediterranean food i have eaten. For the price of the food it was not worth what i paid for today. They need to fix the menu where if you can not order things on the menu then they need to take it down. I would recommend going to Rice or some other Mediterranean restaurant the food will be better and seasoned better too. I would say Naf Naf is a no no place to visit.
I had previously visited NafNaf with my husband when they had just opened, and back then, it was a completely different experience. The owners seemed to be the ones attending customers, and you could truly feel the effort they put into creating a great atmosphere. They explained the menu thoroughly, which is so important given that not everyone is familiar with this type of cuisine or how to combine the ingredients. Today, I returned with very high expectations hoping for that same treatment and food quality, but unfortunately, I was met with a completely different experience. A woman I had never seen before attended me—someone who clearly has no idea how to handle customer service. No greeting, no smile, just a terrible attitude. She treated me as if I should already know exactly what to order, without giving me a chance to ask questions about the bases or sauces. Instead, she just pointed at the glass window with visible frustration. It was truly a sad experience. I would return only because the food is good, but the customer service was absolutely awful. The management really needs to be more careful with who they hire because this kind of attitude completely overshadows the good image the restaurant once had. Very disappointed to see how things have changed.
