Pal' Rancho III Pembroke Pines Reviews
Came here with my 91 yr old grandmother and she asked 100 questions about the soup and the server was so patient and kind. He brought her a soup to try before she ordered it. She loved the ajiaco soup ! And i had the pollo salteado and it was delicious!!
The best cantinas! The best lunches in South Florida! The food was delicious! Every day I felt like I was eating my grandmother's food!! I highly recommend!!!
Traditional Colombian food at good prices. Recommend to get Sopa de Mondongo comes with a house salad, rice, plantains & avocado.
Place has really good service, food has lots of Colombian flavors and place is clean and lots of seating and big parking. Their prices are also a bit cheaper than most local Colombian restaurants. Ouelr favorite so far is Bandeja Paisa (popular traditional sample platter), limonada de coco (coconut limonade) and Maicitos con carne (corn kernels with cheese, pink sauce and pieces of steak).
Decided to check this place out after seeing a Tik Tok video promotion this restaurant, and I was also craving some Colombian food. We were greeted at the door by some very friendly staff. I enjoyed the warm welcome and it made me miss my trips to Colombia. We didn’t get any appetizers but we did ask for some recommendations and we were recommended to try the “Pollo en Champiñones” and the “Entraña steak”. I typically get the Bandeja Paisa every time I go to a Colombian restaurant, but I like the idea of trying something new. We both tried the recommended dishes and they were very delicious. For dessert we had the flan and it was a bit dry but nonetheless enjoyable. As for the restaurant, it wasn’t entirely busy and the place was clean. The service was quick and the staff were amazing. I will definitely be coming back for more as I fell in love with food and warm presence by the staff.
the food is delicious and very fresh. Also their alcohol drinks. The only thing is that is like all servers for everyone which I don’t think it should be like that. I think the servers should have their own table because on the time to give tip, it’s like does it go to everyone (shared) or the person that comes to you the most. Management should look into that. Overall very good food and it’s my spot for Colombian food.
First time here and I am pleasantly surprised. Let's start with the appearance it is very clean. The ambience is that of a being in a local Colombian restaurant. Music in the background is perfect not too loud. The staff very energetic and pleasant. The food and the presentation was very good. I will definitely be coming back here again the prices are very reasonable. I wish I had seen this place before. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy Colombian cuisine. So stop by and see for yourself. A Colombian Diamond in Pembroke Pines.
The food is great, the customer service is fantastic! Super friendly and attentive... never had to wait to sit or order. I would definitely recommend this place if anyone wants to get a feels of the Colombian culture 🇨🇴❤
Loved this restaurant. The staff and the atmosphere were very pleasant. I definitely would recommend it.
Good food at fair prices, and good service too!
Our local Colombian bakery that never disappoints. Food is always good and service is excellent.
Excellent place to eat. Definitely a taste of Colombian home made food.
Love this place! The customer service is wonderful and the food is soooo good! It is very affordable for any meal of the day. Definitely recommend it if you are in the mood for delicious Colombian food!
Great , fast and friendly service the food is not my preference but if you like authentic Columbian food it's a place to go
Amazing Colombian food, Marco our waiter was super nice and the manager of the place Rafael is super attentive. Really good prices for awesome food, I really appreciate the great service this restaurant gives and it has become my favorite Colombian restaurant.
Great Colombian restaurant! Excellent service that fits perfect with delicious food with real Colombian home-made flavor!
Food is amazing! Portions are great. Everything in the bakery is fresh and delicious. Great customer service. This is the place to go.
My go to place for Colombian food. Their service is always great, lunch specials are amazing and food is delicious. Super recommended.
Para desayuno: Arepa rellena mixta con Pollo y res (chicken and steak mix-filled corn cake) fue delicioso (it was delicious) Pan de bono (looks like a bread roll but made with cheese) is also a plus. For dessert/para postre: I recommend the cuatro leches, tiramisú or flan. Que delicias!! Will try the dinner menu another time since I went for breakfast this time. Staff was very courteous and friendly. You can buy bakery items and Colombian candy/snacks. Se puede comprar dulces y meriendas de Colombia. Muy servicial, cortés y amigable.
Awesome Experience and great food in such a perfect location. A vast choice of different types of foods from fish to steak to chicken or pork. Not a bad meal with any choice
Extremely friendly staff, made the entire thing so much more pleasant. Prices are perfect, food is incredible. Portions are just right. Will be returning.
Had the rib sancocho and even though I wish it would've had a little more meat, the taste was great! Staff was courteous and attentive, awesome experience overall
This place was new to me, I come from Colombia and this restaurant and the staff have the sabor y sazón and kindness of things made at home
This is probably the best Colombian restaurant in town. Good service, delicious food, good prices, fast service and beautiful girls attending. I would definitely recommend this Restaurant to anyone.
The food here is as good as it gets. This place is so underated. It needs to be as one of the best Colombian restaurants hands down.
Great experience. Camila was amazing. Thank you
Their lunch specials are always great the food is flavorful and in good portions for what u pay.

The food was good the place was clean and the servers were attentive. I enjoyed my meal there.
Excellent food, good price and service, recommend 👌
We visited Pal Rancho III and were blown away by the delicious food and warm service. We ordered the Bandeja Paisa, which was a flavorful explosion of Colombian goodness - the portion was generous, and every component was cooked to perfection. My kid enjoyed the grilled chicken with rice and fries, which was cooked just right and devoured in no time. What impresses me most about Pal Rancho III is its consistency. This place never misses! The flavors are always authentic, the service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. If you're craving genuine Colombian cuisine, look no further. Pal Rancho III is the real deal. We can't wait to come back and try more of their mouthwatering dishes.
Great Food, we always come back for their delicious meals and soups. Homemade taste and affordable prices.
Andres. Is very nice and friendly. Had great suggestions. The food very True to the Colombian roots. The only thing I would suggest is that you re really hungry and or that you bring a buddy to help you with the massive portions.
People here are super nice and the food is amazing
Excellent food, lovely waitstaffs, fast service, great lunch spot! Pal' Rancho never disappoint!
Marcos is a great waiter, always pleasant and makes sure our food is perfect. The tables are clean & neat, a true family restaurant. Thank you for serving us.😊
Camila was outstanding as soon as you walk in she can't wait to greet you and seat you down, perfect food, love this place
I love this place, one of the best Colombian food in south Florida, I order from here almost everyday, the food is delicious and all the people that works there are really kind and nice
Food was delicious. Service was great. Definitely coming back.
Quality fresh Latin cuisine. I was received with warm greetings. I felt like family. I didnt wait long for my food and when it came the presentation looked as if it was prepared by an artist. It tasted as good as it looked. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
I normally never do reviews online but this restaurant deserves it. My partner and I have tried their food from two of the three restaurants; the one located in Coral Springs and now this one in Pembroke Pines and I honestly don’t even know where to begin to express how amazing and tasty their food and bakery is. I live in Palm Beach and have tried several other Colombian restaurants and by far this is the best I’ve tried yet and not to mention how friendly, respectful and attentive everyone is.
I always wait a few trips before i write a review on any restaurant or place. I am happy to say that my food taste has been consistent. The quality is fresh and always delicious. I don't dine in. I use their cantina services which is a great deal and i take a break from cooking and someone else can do it for me. My favorite is the fish is mushroom sauce, the arepas, the mazamorra and the bandeja paisa. Service, always friendly and attentive. Place is clean Surrounding areas are good. Will definitively be coming back.
The food was delicious and the customer service was amazing! Food was quick and everyone was super kind
There’s something about how the food is made here, feels like it was made with love! Amazing options and wonderful staff.
Lunch specials are well priced and good porions. I had the grilled pork and it was charred to perfection. The lentil or bean soup it came with was amazing.
This restaurant has delicious food. Amazing service by the waiters. Recommend !!
I’m always on the hunt for authentic Colombian food and I was not disappointed I had the bandeja paisa obviously ( since I’m from Medellin) and as an appetizer I had the tostones ( patacones) with guacamole I’m not a onion eater lol my only comment is if the tomatoe and onion were grinded before adding the avocado would make it 100 everything was delicious definitely coming back
Colombian food homemade style, we like it a lot. Soups are great and very tasty, tilapia with mushrooms in creamy sauce, tilapia a la plancha, maisitos mixtos, I recommend it all. They also have menu of the day and it’s usually good. Staff are friendly and kind. Food feels fresh made, we come often and never had an issue.
Was great and the server Andres was pretty awesome. The food was amazing
I have eaten Bandeja paisa in maybe 100 different places, both in USA and Colombia and this was one of the best ones. Excellent, huge chicharones, tasty chorizo and carne asada, and rice and beans. Friendly, good service.
Fantastic service and good food. A little pricey but the portions almost make it worth it. I'll be back through
Awesome place to eat and the service is on point. If you like Colombian food this is a good place to try.
This place rocks. A lot of food for cheap. I ordered the breaded chicken with rice and beans and a salad. I was there for dinner and there was allot of Uber eats and to go orders. Good food and service. I'll be back.
Best Colombian food in Miramar !!! Excellent food, portions are very generous, best service, highly recommend to visit and have a great breakfast, lunch dinner or great cocktails !!!
10/10 the food here was so good and authentic. Definitely come here and the servers Julian and Melissa were so great
Went in for lunch and ordered bandeja paisa for $15. Price was pretty good and serving was in my opinion good for 2 people. It was good. Highly recommended if you're not worried about your cholesterol. Service was fast maybe because we were the first few customers. Servers were very nice. Would definitely go back again to try their breakfast.
Great food, very tasty and portions are big. Service is prompt and staff members are kind. I would say the place could use a little TLC and maybe a more modern look.
Great atmosphere clean great service I'm black American and their was no language barrier 2 dine in for lunch and I ordered the liver and onion it was well prepared and very tender my daughter had burger with fries and the burger was fresh beef very thick and juicy she ate her entire plate as well as I, so I'm giving this a thumbs up for anyone looking for so great food anytime I'm planning on visiting again and bring my mom of 78 years she would love it.
Was there for breakfast. Had scrambled eggs with ham and “cafe con leche”. The food was OK, they serve the eggs with Colombian “arepa”. The place is neat and clean, staff was courteous.
Food great but a little pricey .
Best hot dog i have ever eaten. Lovely papaya juice and very good prices. Friendly staff. Definitely reccomend
I came across this place just by chance, and I was pleasantly surprised. I just had the grilled chicken to be safe (how badly can someone mess up grilled chicken). It was good! The serving size was generous. I will be going back to try out more of their food.
Not great, but not bad. I moved from Coral Springs where I frequented their local spot, and now that I moved to PP, gave this one a shot. Went for breakfast. The eggs were delicious. The arepa was a little rancid in my opinion. The almond milk cafe con leche was surprisingly good. Will return out of convenience.
The food was good but limited on traditional breakfast items. The service was excellent! The strip plaza it's in is not nice, but the restaurant itself is fine.
I love Colombian food but those bread there I order was hard like a rock! Dry ...and I ask them to prepare me a new (empanadas) and they take like 20-30 minutes to be ready! Really disappointed
Came in to grab a quick bite. Had an beef empanada and a cafe con leche. Coffee was overpriced - almost 5 bucks for a 12 oz coffee! Empanada was a bit greasy for my taste.
Food is pretty good, staff.. eh... I was about 2 pm, so lunch rush was over but it took a bit and the waitresses only came by once. If you have patience and a few hours to kill, go to this place.
Food is good I paid for a Columbian Soda 4.50. A week after I went to a Venezuelan restaurant paid Half the price. Same shopping center.
Food took very long and the liver make me sick. Will never come back.
Everything was great. Expect for the WHITE AREPA. I am very disappointed, the reason we went here was specifically for this. It tasted old. No salt or flavor. So please whoever is making them or wherever your deciding to get them from. Please reconsider.
Plenty of options to choose. All day ordering. All made fresh to order.
At lunch time order a regular hot dog and the lack of ingredients caught my attention. See pic attached, no salsas, no crushed chips nothing at all
Is a big place, today I decided to give it a try. When I walked in, the place had a funny smell, like grease, that grease that doesn't come from freshly fried oil, but the old grease oil... The guy was really nice, good customer service. Ordered something basic, Pan de Bono and Cafe con leche. The bread was over baked and with the same grease smell like the place and the coffe tasted like they left it burning on the pot. Nothing like the Colombian coffee I was expecting.
Food wasn’t good at all, service was ok hence the 2 stars. And they charge almost $5 for ice tea and charge for refill. We asked four water, they brought one cup for four of us. Don’t recommend it!
The food was cold , we ordered four empanadas which supposed to be an appetizer, two were old and oily; the other two never made it to the table and the waitress keeps telling us that they we making them , I finished my mondongo soup which was cold, the white rice tasted as warm up rice from the previous day, and still the other two empanadas never made it to the table, we had to ask three times for limes and hot sauce to the waitress, she kept side tracking with other things, and at one point she was just standing by the register. However I gotta give thumbs up to the manager as he was very receptive of our concerns and actually wanted to refund the money , we told them that it was ok, that rather than a refund we would like the restaurant to take our suggestions and complaint to improve the attention to the details , and improve the timing as the food comes out of their kitchen , put more flavor in their morcillas, and bring the food warm to the table.
Visited the Restaurant on June 19th. The worse experience. From the moment we walk in, the server was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. The food was not good, no flavor. They had like 3 servers, all had an attitude at no point they tried to make a good impression on us, they seemed bothered. They wore talking amongst themselves. We had to called them over the table few times, we were missing stuff, whenever they came over not at one point, offered anything else or ask if we were ok, or if anything was fine. I am sure other customers were feeling uncomfortable. I will never return to the place and will not recommend
In the mood for a soup, so decided to stop at this restaurant. It was my first time here. I ordered sopa de costilla. A small one and two pan de bono. I arrive at the location to pick up my food and quickly realized how small the bag was. See the pics of how small the soup is. Followed by the amount that was given. Looks like left overs and all of this for $12. When I approached the cashier to explain there was hardly any meat and that I wanted the large instead, he said I can have the large but that I would have to pay for the entire soup instead of just adding what was missing to the small one. He then took the small soup and added an extra small piece of the meat, with an attitude of course. God forbid this establishment shows some customer service. The soup wasn't even good.
I ordered a soup and an empanada for pick up. I got there and there were only three customers in the whole restaurant and it took them more than 15 minutes to get me a soup to go. When I asked them is anybody gonna give me the soup because the two people in the restaurant Were mopping and sweeping the floors. They both got an attitude and said that I was in a hurry, but they were cleaning the restaurant.
I spent 20 dollars on my order and the two Buñuelos not only had an air pocket but the bread was cold and the middle is hard. Never again
The empanadas lately have been toasted. It cracks up and totally burnt. We ordered 2 empanadas and had to returned it because they were crunchy and burnt. The worker actually took it back AND PUT IT BACK WITH THE OTHERS TO RESELL!! CAN YOU IMAGINE WITH ALL THE COVID-19 GOING AROUND. Just imagine what else they are doing that's against healthy protocol. 🤔🤔 I def won't be eating from them ANYMORE!!
I went to this Cafe and went to the toilet to wash my hands, in response I heard that I could not go to the toilet until I bought something from this cafe. In America, you can use the toilet in any restaurant or cafe without even buying anything. But this cafe is an exception. So my rating is negative.
Low quality bandeja paisa. My dad would order every week and it’s just bleh quality compared to the other Colombian restaurants. Luckily we found another place for our weekly bandejas
Dont order from here. Waste of money. Ordered white rice and these ppl sent me yellow rice with vegetables. Ordered an stuffed arepa and the arepa it was old and hard. The worst food.
A friend ordered me a lunch special and I was supposed to get a chicken soup but what you get is a vegetable soup with trees of cauliflower, enormous chunks of carrots, enormous with the stalk and all. Also large pieces of potatoes with a handful tiny pieces of breast. Interesting how they do cut the chicken up into small pieces but the rest of the ingredients aren’t, so that it can take up all the space in your soup. Not recommended at all!!! Sadly their food used to be good. This is my second time trying their chicken soup but it is terrible. The first time was made completely different and it was so salty. I decided to give them another try but it’s only getting worse. Que pena porque de veras que la comida era muy y buena ahí hace mucho tiempo atrás.
I called to make 2 orders to pick up. But, it happens that we had a third guest, so when we arrived to pick up, we decided to dine in. But, the older waitress was very nasty to us, and mistreated us; because we want to stay and eat inside. There is no way we come back to this place !!!. I have also other situation when they asked my senior mom and sister to leave the restaurant and not come back, this happens after they brought their plates to the table, because, they were taking longer to decide what else they were going to eat. Wow, they have to learn better customer service and have consideration to their customers, which actually are the ones are paying and be great full because of us they have job.
Wasn't friendly the mood and energy was tense. They also got into an argument and completely disregarded us while standing in front of the manager and girl. The manager and girl got mad for telling them my order was wrong. The empanadas were also the wrong ones but at that point I was afraid to even say anything and sat down while my order was fixed. Not a good experience. I remember them but not by name. To top it off the wait was ridiculous.
Tried this place since it had good reviews. Ended up being a bad experience. The servers come get your order, bring the food and don’t return to the table unless you call them. They were busy talking amongst themselves and not taking care of the tables. Finished eating and had to wait about 10-15 min for the check. I asked for a drink waitress forgot about it. Food wasn’t much better. Ordered a bandeja paisa, and the arepa was cold and burnt. Beans looked like they were from a can, and had little to no flavor. The steak had no flavor and was hard to chew. Rice had no salt. Also tried the lomo salteado, with salad and fries. The salad had a 1/4 onion in it. The steak had no flavor, nor any salt. Pretty much left the whole plate. Overall I wont be coming back here.
This place is not a place to go eat . Steak is cheap meat. Ordered didn’t get the food , Brought the wrong food. Got it late. And server was not attentive . Would not sit in this place to eat. Si quiere buena comida Colombiana y buen servicio visiten Tipico Rinconcito Colombiano en Hollywood .
Been here a couple times and every time it’s the same scene two waitresses BSing with some dude. You have to like get their attention because they are both busy never come here again. Also when you ask then for something it’s like you’re bothering their conversation very unprofessional. To have 4 stars it sure is empty who is doing these reviews.
The woman who prepared my coffee had the mask on her neck. Nose and mouth uncovered. If she was infected by speaking or simply breathing the virus will spread on nearby surfaces. ( in this case my food ). Unfortunately, food is great but I do not return to this place, if the person in front of the customers does not take care of herself, I cannot imagine what the kitchen must be. Customers who go to restaurants after such a long time of confinement need to be sure that it is a place where they will demand from their employees the necessary self care , to take care of their customers that they do not become infected in their company.
We did order and I asked. Do you offer something while we wait for the food? The young guy told me, no. But we do have empanadas he said. So I told him bring me 3 empanadas please. We,ve got something hard and dry that they call empanadas. They sell old food and charge it as fresh food. The rest of the food was "ok". Please get better on what you offer to customers!
Worse customer care. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes for be attending. After complain with someone said is the manager this person justified the lack of attend from his employees and justified their actitud becuse i was in the phone, that was true however i hanged up and wait to be attending fpr more than 10 minutes. My advice bo not come this place that is the custome threatment fpr customers
Food has no taste, worst fajita I ve ever eaten. We literally had to pay over $100 and leave bcz the food was so bad and they charged us for soda refill We had good time at Chow time buffet though 😎
Food was tasteless. Servers give you the "why you bothering me look" if you ask them for something after they serve you. Once you are served, they don't return to your table. As such, no tip from me! Oh and let me not forget to mention, an espresso coffee was $3.49! Ridiculously expensive when definitely not worth it! Do not recommend them at all!
