Pros: I chanced trying the gluten free pancakes…no reaction. I am extremely sensitive to cross contamination. The kids enjoyed the kids eat free meals of chocolate pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Another non-GF adult tried the biscuits and gravy and loves it! That is the main reason we tried this place out. Ben was a great waiter!

It took nearly half an hour for a party of 3 to be seated. Upon finally being called up, walking into the restaurant there were at least 4 ready & clean booths available & in which our party would have fit in, which left me bothered (but it didn't seem like there was a lot of staff so maybe that's why not many guests were immediately seated). Still the long wait has been a recurring thing at this ihop on all my visits. Service was fine. I ordered Wonka's perfectly purple pancakes but was dissapointed that they didn't cover the entire top pancake with the purple glaze as shown on the menu's picture (yes, the glaze was a tad too sweet but I felt the pancakes lost appeal due to the sad puddle of glaze). They were good but appearance underwhelming.

Arrived for breakfast like at 10, host was very nice and friendly. Server was ok but gave a mean vibe. Food was lukewarm, hash browns were very hard and crunchy on top, crepes were just disgusting. Definitely not going back.

My experience in the place had been good until today, there weren't many people in the place and they made me wait 25 minutes to order and another 25 minutes to serve my order. This really left me with a bad experience, I was about to leave the place. About the food is really good, that's why I come to this place.

The food looks good in pictures but the taste it's not that great, the amount of food for the amount of money we paid it doesn't go accordingly. The hot chocolate is delicious but I feel it's overpriced. The next day we decided to have breakfast but this time we decided to trouble out of town to an other popular place in Riverside on Tyler and OMG what a big difference the food is pricey as well but the meals (Breakfast) size and taste makes it all worth it 👌 we had hotcakes🥞 as well but I didn't took a picture of that, but even those were pretty good and big. I will place the pictures of the other place as well so you can make your own judgement!! (First 3 photos are from the other restaurant) and by the way the total end up being less than IHOP!

I was so excited to have an ihop lunch before Christmas Eve dinner and to my surprise this location decided they were not taking any more customers an hour early at 2pm. I did not understand why I was rejected as I arrived an hour prior to the close time set on the business hours. The manager Jessica was unapologetic and gave absolutely no reason for them closing early and going against what was posted on the business scheduled hours. Close time was at 3pm. Why was the business open then? There were only 3 cars in the parking lot, which I can assume belonged to employees. Did they want no customers the last hour? But kept the doors open to follow policy of not closing prior to close time? I think so. I think this is extremely unethical and stealing company time on Christmas Eve, is crazy.

Let me start off by saying that I have not been to this IHOP in years and me and my mother-in-law wanted to have a girls breakfast together so we went here and we ordered two completely different meals for breakfast. Her food was cold, Mine was not but once we were halfway through with consuming our food, our stomachs began to cramp and she ran to the bathroom first after that I started feeling nauseous and my stomach started cramping. We even tipped well over $10 and then we did not complete our meals and we said thank you, and we were glued to the toilet for the rest and remaining of the day. We continued having cramps and horrible diarrhea and we could not consume any other food after eating at IHOP. My mother-in-law called and asked to speak to a manager about what happened. They said no manager was in after that the next day we went in in person just to simply ask for a refund that was all a refund when I told the manager what had happened he stated that how do I know that you got food poisoning and I stated that OK well, we can still go to urgent care if you really do need proof, but we simply didn’t want any issues. We just wanted a refund for the meal that basically didn’t even last in our body because as soon as we consumed it, we felt ill. We did not want any issues. We were polite, and he repeatedly stated that he refused to give us a credit. And that he had no other complaints, but even looking at these reviews i can tell there are many complaints, We did not cause a scene and we left, this is extremely upsetting because my mother-in-law is a older woman as well and she is not feeling well at all still. The service was good the day of us eating there that’s why we tipped so well because of the service, but the manager was extremely rude and horrible when we returned, and very inconsiderate to the fact that we are humans who are consuming food at his establishment and he didn’t even apologize or seem concerned. It’s a horrible feeling to feel like complete crap after eating at a place and feeling deathly ill. But to be told that your wrong and be dismissed it’s a even worse feeling.

I came with my family to eat at this ihop and this was the worst experience. We ordered our food and we waited more than 30 minutes and I had to ask the waiter where our food was. He rushed to the kitchen and came back to us and told us it’s gonna take a while for our food, which meant he forgot to submit my order to the kitchen. When he brought the food out, it looked a mess and the food was cold. Like if everything was rushed, it tasted undercooked. Worst Experience. Paid $60 for food that is trash.

First of all its been a very long time since I came to this location in Perris Ca. First of all the young lady taking care of us was very nice and considerate after asking to be moved to another booth. The reason was the booth had a distinct smell and was not pleasant. Ordered and waited. Other people sat down and ordered after I did. Surprised they got their food faster and still ate for a bit and still my food didn't come. After a whole pot of coffee I asked another young lady that I wasn't going to wait any longer. Taking medication i needed to set a time ao i cam eat. It was way to long. I wasnt charged for the coffee but something didnt go right on my visit. I dont know if i need to put it on the person waiting us or the cooks. Regardless it wasnt ok I say this so that the location can get better in paying attention to the service. We as a consumer pay a great deal of money for our service. We deserve fair service. Hope they address the issues.

The kids drinks are little mini cups. And each cup is $6 dollars. If you ask for a refill they will charge you $6 dollars for every refill. Drinks are not included with kids meals. Kids meals are $11. Keep in mind that you will be spending over $20 dollars for each kid. Overall the service was good.Just DRINKS 3 kids was $35.90 total because my kids got refills. PLUS KEEP IN MIND THEY ARE MINI LITTLE CUPS THAT FIT IN YOUR HAND.

Food is okay , service wasn’t that bad but thier prices are a ripoff. I went with 14 people to get a nice meal but once we saw the price it was too much. We went during the week when the pancakes are “cheaper” they charged us full price. Even for just regular French toast no side or anything you get charge if you got a whole side dish. In the end I would not recommend eating here unless you wanna get ripped off

Sorry but my last trip here was not too good ....food was cold service was a bit slow although the place was just about empty imagine pancakes the butter wouldn't melt on ..... UPDATE...recently visited because I like the turkey dinner ...its usually fresh tasting and not too many places you can get a dinner around town The food was as expected the service was not great although the place was empty....one novice server , I ordered a salad with my turkey and specially asked I get the salad out front of the entrée....well after taking our order the server disappeared....no salad ! Then he brings out my salad and our entrées leaving me to whoop down the salad as my dinner got cold for this he was rewarded a dollar tip for doing exactly what I asked him not to do....i know ! Cruel huh...being raised in a restaurant I know the value of tips and I always tip double when I feel it is deserved ....
