My husband and I order weekly from Sonic! The last month has been a joke, everything we order either something is wrong with it or missing items. Today ordered a breakfast crossaint and ended up with a toasted bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, didn't realize it until way out of town. Tonight our order had only 1/2 the fries in it no BBQ sauce which we orders. My husband asked them to fix it, it took 10 minutes to bring out the fries, he waited 15 min again and never got the BBQ sauce. What in the world.is going on with our Sonic? Both times there was maybe 1 or 2 cars there so they were not busy. Very disappointed!

I gagged on one nasty cold cheese "burger" - I would not recommend it. Chili cheese tots were at least edible.

We put in an order and waited 45 minutes a big confusion I was on the phone hanging up with the person I was talking to i said OK I'll call you back the guy that was taking my order thought I was talking to him my order was never put through as I said before 45 minutes later I had to reorder Now they wanna charge me $14 for my food that I waited on for an hour it better be worth it

Please KEEP DRIVING! Worst experience and much worse than Seattle fast food restaurants (where I'm from). I asked repeatedly basic questions about the cost of a burger and was treated to miserable service answers of people who couldn't understand my basic asks. Are these people dumb? Apparently. Please keep driving to OKC or Dallas. I look forward to writing a complaint about this location!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Sonic, something is wrong. Also, every time I order anything on my app that requires sauce they don't give the sauce that I ask. For example, today, I went and got chicken tenders and tots with groovy sauce and honey mustard. According to the app the sauce limit is 5 so, knowing they skimp out on sauces put 3 groovy sauces and 2 honey mustard, hoping at least to receive 2, maybe 3 correct. When I opened my bag there was 1 single honey mustard for all of my food. So I pressed the button and explained that on my receipt and according to the app, which also has a limit, that I should have more sauces. I was then told that if I wanted the sauce, that I ORDERED ON THE APP I would have to pay 25¢ for each sauce that I wanted. I'm done with Sonic, or at least this Sonic. If you want what you actually order, don't come to this location.

Placed a mobile order where I had ordered chicken bites with 2 packets of ranch and mozzarella sticks that are supposed to come with marinara sauce. Didn't receive my marinara sauce and so I had to go to a different stall to ask for it. I was told that because I ordered 2 ranch packets I would have to pay extra to get my marinara sauce. We went back and forth 5 times while I told her that the mozzarella sticks are supposed to come with marinara sauce and she insisted that I would have to pay extra since I requested 2 ranch packets. On what planet?? I finally just left without my sauce and later realized that we received another random sauce that we didn't order but didn't have to pay extra for that?? So angry and never going back to this location

Can’t get orders right the first time. Then want to charge you for their mistake. The multiple times I’ve been always I’ve always had an issue. Just because you smile and say have a nice day doesn’t mean you have good customer service.

Tried giving me the wrong order. Popcorn chicken had NO CHICKEN. Worst I've ever had..should have gone with Allsups. Chili tastes old . Sad sad sad, really enjoyed my chicken flavored bread. Should Have returned it , and gotten my money BACK

This might be the worst Sonic in America. The managers absolutely refuse to add sauces to your order, the employees sprint around the parking lot dangerously, the wait times are practical joke lengths, and half of their stalls don't work.

i came to get my food on december 8th 2022. it was delivered to us and i paid with card so she took it in and we started eating. she comes back out and says that the system is down and if we have another form of payment. we only had card so we told her no and she took the food back. i don’t think this was right because it’s not our fault the system was down nor did we know. we had to pack the food back in and give it to her. so unethical 😐.

It's hard not to leave a bad review when you get food you didn't order... Twice in one day. The second time I ate there because the line was too long down the street. It took 35 minutes for them to get my order, when all I asked for was a bacon egg and cheese toaster. I got that, I guess... Received a fried chicken toaster, with everything on it... Meaning it had mayo, pickles, lettuce, tomato, onions, bacon, egg, and cheese.... Barbecue sauce... And an onion ring. Found out 20 miles outside of town. Thanks guys...
