Stopped in with my grand daughter for a donut and hot chocolate. The young lady behind the counter was polite, helpful, and quick. She realized 1 of the hot chocolate was for my grand daughter. She explained it was very hot and offered to add some ice so she wouldn't get burnt. Very appreciated She was so helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
All of my food was amazing, the drinks tasted amazing, 10/10 customer service. loved the lady at the window, she was so sweet and deserves a raise immediately
The selection was limited and some felt remotely fresh vs a few that were in need of switching out . In lieu of certain donuts, they were switched out to valentine ones which was understandable with the "holiday " approaching , yet the others weren't offered and they just didn't seem worth the money on something smaller than the usual . The lady at the counter wasn't very friendly and looked as if she was having a bad day . Aside from that, place was clean ,service perfunctory and donuts ..decent.
I went to grab a coffee and some breakfast around 9 the other day. Line was wrapped all the way around the building. I decided to wait. Took 30+ minutes to get to the drive thru just for the staff to tell me they weren’t taking food orders. No sign stating that anywhere. I was already late to my appointment and didn’t have time to stop somewhere else. It’s extremely frustrating waiting a half hour in line just to be told ‘Sorry, you can’t get food.’
There's no reason that one car was ahead of us and we had a 20 minute wait. Girl working the window had no personality and was pretty rude too. Update: Months later and nothing has improved. I've been in line for 20 minutes now and I'm still not close to the window. I ordered my drinks online, so I'm sure they'll be watered down now.
I only picked up a door dash order but my wait time was long because the order I was picking up was sitting on the counter behind the registers where I couldn't see it instead of on the rack where they normally put the door dash & take out orders. When I finally asked after waiting almost 10 minutes & no workers waited on me, they couldn't find my pick up order at first cause it wasn't where it was supposed to be. So ended up taking 15+ minutes for one drink.
This is like the 3rd time I've waited 30 min + for coffee. Whoever the staff manager is, needs to get it together. It's either under staffed or the staff isn't fully trained. Either way it's the managers responsibility. I don't care about your labor cost when you've got a line all the way to the road.
Generally, I've stopped going to this location because it cannot manage it's volume so you wait a long time for stuff that is slopped together. Don't use the walk in option through the app because the door will likely be locked when you arrive. It would be nice if they would update the app to the options available or staff appropriately. Today, I order a half dozen donuts for walk in and had to wait in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Updated 5/11/23 Much better staffed. Still a long wait and a lot of traffic. My hot coffee sat for a long time while the rest of my order was prepared.
Ordered on the app, They were out of the items since the day before that they sold me and were unable to issue a refund. Last time this happened.I never got my money back.So I told them to contact a manager or give me corporates phone number.They said that is above their pay grade. Then the lady told me she was severely pregnant and shouldn't even be standing and cussed me out and slammed the window. This is absolutely ridiculous.You can't even make this up, I never got my items.I paid for I never got my money back and I got cousi.Find it very hard to believe.There is no manager or manager's manager to call.If you don't know how to do a refund.
The frozen eggs used for the breakfast sandwiches are horrible!!!! Dont even taste like an egg!! Nasty watery mushy egg no seasoning at all u been warned!
I think it was the worst coffee I ever tasted I threw it away at the next gas station
I got a grilled cheese I was craving one and ofc they burned it again for the 3rd time in the past two weeks, the crust around the sandwich makes my gums bleed everytime. so I did the obvious thing, I ate the middle of the sandwich so my gums weren’t in pain but to my surprise I was met with the awful taste of burnt plastic cheese….This isn’t the first time and most certainly won’t be the last time they ruin my food. I work mornings and nights and it doesn’t matter what time of day or night I go Im left with burnt food. I’ve tried to be calm and considerate because I too work in fast food, but when I don’t get my call answered even after calling multiple times it just tells me that they have very poor customer service in the fact that they don’t care at all. Don’t go here unless you want bleeding gums or soggy food and don’t get me started on them burning or half ass filling drinks.
Last 2 days I’ve gone here there’s been an issue , there isn’t always but it was enough this time I’m writing this . Last 2 days I’ve had to ask them to re toast my sweet pepper bacon sandwich because the cheese was cold and clearly not melted how it should be , yesterday the bacon was great but today …. One , the non cheese melted was a thing so obviously had them re heat but I get home to find out the there’s 2 tiny pieces of bacon and NOT the $6 sandwich I pay for because it was normal bacon and not even what I asked for , no pepper , not the sweet bacon , then to top it off I asked for canola oil bagel and these people soak it to the point there’s oil dripping out the danm bag! Absolutely ridiculous, you just put a small amount and it soaks in , I’m paying almost $20 in drinks and food and I can’t even get the food made properly
First time going there. Got a large refresher with no ice. The cup was literally half full. I asked the girl why my cup was half full the worker explained how the owner have them half the drinks if there is no ice. And they can't fill it all the way because the owner says they'll that's cheating him and he checks the cameras from home to make sure that they don't fill all the way to the top. So I have to get an overly full of ice in my drink to get a full cup. What a ripoff. The staff were very nice
This place has never failed to bring me or my husband unfriendly, or unconsumable service. Every coffee we have bought (over the course of 6 different attempts) there had been, clumps… discoloration.. and horrible customer service when asked kindly to explain why the coffee had clumps. Both me and my husband have gotten sick after taking a sip. I do not recommend going to this location, unless you want to pay for something you are going to have to throw away.
Alright so my favorite drink from Dunkin is a frozen coffee. I’ve ordered it several times in the past. The past 3 times I’ve ordered one I have received a frozen chocolate, I asked for a pumpkin spice frozen coffee. Somehow wound up with a frozen chocolate. Second time, they gave me something that was not frozen, tasted like pure syrup, it was literally not edible. Threw it away. Today, I ordered a “large vanilla frozen coffee.” What I received was a vanilla bean coolata. Frozen coffees, frozen chocolates, and coolatas are 3 different menu items. Like a latte, cappuccino, and macchiato are all different things. Please train your employees on your menu items because they seem to just be making whatever they want.
i ordered a hot coffee and they gave me an iced so i asked to get it fixed and they poured out all the ice and put the rest of the coffee into a hot cup. i’ve ordered this drink enough to know that it should be hot to the touch not cold. i then went inside to ask for them to just make it fresh and they refused. i will never be going back here again. here is a photo of the sticker they peeling off the iced drink and just put on this cup.
