I wish it was all natural ingredients that were used but for the most part, it's really delicious. The girls that work here are also very polite and I spent less than 5 minutes in there from ordering to being served. Every girl was busy while I waited and I recommend this place as a healthier snack compared to others.

I really do love the Jamba juice location in this town but I do wish the delivery menu had a little more options for extras like the coconut whipped topping, and coconut shaving and the new watermelon smoothie. But together those two are just astronomically amazing!!

this jamba sucks. the product is overpriced & mediocre, I got a razzmatazz that tasted like 30 packets of splenda. also they are severely understaffed and I experienced an obnoxious wait time for my $12 beverage. The manager (shoshana?) was very irritable with employess and customers. id rather go to a restaurant like quickly where they run a sensible & customer friendly operation. do not waste time nor money here

I had a very disappointing experience at the Jamba Juice in Petaluma. As a delivery driver, I depend on stores to handle orders efficiently and treat us with basic respect, but this visit was the opposite. Service from Shoshana L was especially unpleasant. She was dismissive and unprofessional, and instead of giving clear updates on the order, she acted irritated the entire time. What made the situation worse was that at one point she spoke to me in a way that made me feel like I could be blocked from their system just for asking about the order. No delivery driver should ever feel threatened or disrespected when they are simply trying to pick up food for a customer. The order took much longer than expected, affecting my delivery time and my earnings. This location needs serious improvement in how they treat delivery drivers—we are part of their business too.

The juice wasn't good we all got different ones but they all tasted the same. I usually go to the one in Santa Rosa which I love. Plus girls didn't know about the juiceswhen asked about it. I wish I didn't go there just wasted my money because we threw them away
