It was great! Food was hot and very tasty counter girl was very pleasant and informative.

Staff is all very friendly. Redhead kid usually takes my order and he does a great job. Always gets my order right and the food is ready fast and fresh. Been here many times and is one of my fav mcdonalds mainly because lack of mistakes and good customer service.

New McDonald's with two drive thru lanes. Order and pay like and other location. They do a half sized kiddie cone too unlike some other ones who put the soft serve into a cup. Depends on who you get. If you have been to others, this is the same just newest model building.

Cleaner, smaller, fun decor - this is a superior McDonald's. Have to order from a kiosk but the staff are willing to help you with each step. I like McDonald's places but this one is special.

I was only in the mood for fries! And to mess up McDonald's fries is a tragedy! Just drop in deep fryer, take out when timer times and, sprinkle a generous amount of salt, VOILA!

They don't have the option to remove the special sauce from the three dollar chicken sandwich on Uber Eats, but I don't blame them. I blame the system.

It's McDonalds! but you should know that in the food industry there's nobody higher than McDonald's they're at the top of the food chain and when they come into an establishment that establishment snaps to and they do whatever McDonald's says They are leaders and they're highly respected and trusted to rest assured your getting a fine product.

They get the order right 99% of the time which is much better than any other fast food restaurant these days.

This McDonald's had a clean dinning room. The staff was helpful and nice but very busy. The wait time was a little long but perhaps they they short staffed. It would be nice if they had a fountain soda machine available for the customers like other McDonald's do.

Husband got the sausage and egg biscuit and I got the bagel, bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. All was good but I wish I knew they put mayonnaise on the bagel breakfast sandwich. Next time I will ask to leave that off.

App wouldn't load , as I was trying to order 11:20 breakfast stopped on app at 11:20 .Not fond of all these apps.

No everything is expensive but they don't pay attention of food preparation and specially for coffee!

The quality at this McDonald's varies a lot; sometimes it's really good, other times they do things like serve unsalted fries, only half-fill the container, or forget part of the order.

Theyre fast, friendly and efficient. I had a delicious breakfast in an unheated dining room. My breakfast was cold halfway through eating. Heat would have been welcome.

Yummy breakfast items & even on sale buy one get one for $1. Clean restrooms

My app would not recognize this location for some reason, then when it did , it would not place the order. Food took longer than normal for it not being busy. But it’s McDonalds, food was hot and fresh.

Went to drive thru window. The speaker was scratchy, person taking order not loud or clear and kept cutting herself off before she finished talking. Very frustrating. Ordered breakfast burritos and ice tea which were very good.

It's not bad, but like seemingly every location since the turn of the century, the atmosphere here is kinda bland. I also wish the veggie burger was around all the time. Like I said, though, it's not bad, and if you like McDonald's in general, just pretend this is another five-⭐️ rating.

I ordered an egg mcmuffin and they gave me an egg white delight. When I asked if it was the same, they lied to my face and said yes. Get your s*** together.

Two locations offered in Petaluma. Great stop for a warm tasty breakfast. The one located on McDowell by the freeway always packed, the one situated near Lucky supermarket and alternative freeway entrance at Lakeview less crowded but competes with In and Out Burger

They guys was telling me to go to parking number one. But I can't understand what he was saying so financially I figured out and I when to parking 1 he came out with attitude and didn't even say anything and on top of that he didn't even give me napkins and ketchup

Never seem to get my request proper huge language problem .some of there staff are unable to be polite unless your a illegal as well. I only return there in a desperate need to eat hot substance .

Went to McDonald’s this morning and realized they raised there prices quite a bit. So the McMuffin was not that great sausage was a bit under cooked so I threw it out. Back to burger king breakfast for me. Cheaper and always tasty

Order a fish combo and a quarter pounder combo both came up to $23.00 very expensive at a fast food restaurant. I can go to any other fast food and the price is much cheaper

It's as expensive as a sit down restaurant. The staff are pleasant enough but it's apparent that no one really knows how to use the timers to keep things fresh (coffee is a big one ... Throw it out if it sits there too long. Noone wants bitter acid coffee!) It's hit and miss about 50/50 for the coffee. As for the McDonald's app. No one wants to use it. I would say stop asking but what good would it do? I think it's automated now that someone asks if you want to use the app before someone else proceeds to take the order. No. I just want to pay and be on my way not give McDonald's access to my location or buying habits. Cash is fine for me. Thanks but no thanks

Place was fairly clean, bathroom was okay. The cashier seemed like she was high and/or tired and didn't even looked awake. It took almost 30 minutes to get a small order and I wasn't the only one waiting there were 3+ people waiting for their orders for about 35 mins. When we finally got our order they forgot all of our drinks.

They remodeled. Now you get to place your own order on kiosks. They changed the fries and they now suck! Always stay to check your order at the drive thru because it's rarely correct. Oh, and they want to give you two or three small cups of sauce for 20 pieces of chicken nuggets. You ever tried to equally share 20 pieces and three sauces between two people? Math people!!

Went in today. Ordered a lot of food. Was not given a reciept (despite being asked twice), person giving the food was really rude and noticably rolled her eyes more then once as we asked about stuff that was missing telling us or was our fault the order was wrong because we didn't check the screen. Charged us extra for stuff with said was missing. I prefer the one on the other part of town, this location frequently messes up my order, has had many rude employees. I've had an employee swear at me and call me names for asking for sugar on the side for my coffee and that employee was still working there later despite cussing me out more then once.

As long as you don't want to interact with a human, this is a ok McDonalds location. The bathrooms didn't have toilet paper or seat covers and we're a mess. The trash cans inside the restaurant were completely overflowing and there wasn't room to put any additional trash. Quite a number of patrons left their their food on the table because there was nowhere to throw it away. Food was McDonald's food. Nothing exciting.

They consistently miss items or mess up my order. Out of my 5 or 6 visits, 3 to 4 of these were missing items. Like my entire big mac meal sized things, not small items. I order a lot as we are a big family, but they seem to only do well with single orders.

A mc'crispy and an ice water through the drive thru, The sandwich has two pickles, no mayo, no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato and a chicken Patty on a bare bun. Paid a total of $7.57, went back to the drive-thru and they told me that that is standard for a McChicken. If I wanted the deluxe, I would get tomato and lettuce and Mayo. What a rip-off

My dad got me and my brother a sausage Egg McMuffin and a Mc griddle and at first they came with nothing on them so he went back and The Egg McMuffin was good but the McGriddle only had sausage on it

Never, never, never enough staff. Drive thru is definitely faster. Waited 10 minutes behind 2 other parties just to order today. 20 minutes total to get food. Poor management not to hire more staff. Won’t go there again.

I advise people not to buy from this McDonald's. The lady there called EFE or whatever her name is cheat people of their order. You pay for something and get home and is not added and when you get back to complain they dont want to give you the missing order. And their customer service is the worse of a kind. Is either the management change her there or she collapse their business.

Whatever you do - do not go to this McDonald's! They never have shakes or cones. What is McD's without a shake :/. Last time we went, we called in advance to ensure they had shakes and were told yes - BUT THEY HAD NONE! I hate being lied to :-(

S.O. ordered a burger plain with cheese, recieved it with onions and sause, so i went to ask if they would fix it, all they did was (poorly) scrape the stuff off it. S.O. went to confront them, the manager (i guess she was?) was extremly rude, tried to blame me saying i said something i did not. They ended up making him a new burger, she handed it to him with serious attitude. And i dont recommend using their restrooms, theyre absolutely filthy.

While i apprceate multi ligual employees and their ability to help a larger portion of the public; i do how ever want my cashier to understand enough English to take my order. Not only did I have to repeat myself 3 times, the order was still wrong. Not one item on my order was right. Also there were flues everywhere and the bathrooms were dicusting. What should I expect from fadt food. Not much, but more then this.

Edit: 15 minute plus wait; and my mobile order was wrong. Had to wait at the counter in the store longer to get it fixed. I used the drive through. The employee was nice, but didnt know about some of the value menu item I get at other McDonalds, so I conceded and paid twice as much as I usually do, because I didn't want to argue and hold up the drive through. The lobby has messages that are not welcoming. "30 Minute Time limit for lobby use" "Sauce Packets $$ extra" "No Free Refills" It just gives you a vibe management victimizes the customers. Interestingly enough, this was a mcdonald's featured in a mcdonalds ad in 2014.

This place is so dirty, fries and litter all over the floor, and the person at the register had me repeat so many times because he was not paying attention to the only two customers in front of him but looking at his coworkers. There are no fountain machines so if you want a refill you have to go wait for them to notixe you at the counter.

I felt great, decided that I wanted something quick and easy so I went to this McDonald’s. I ate a big mac and a classic chicken sandwich on 9/17/18, within three hours I had a fever and was vomiting. I will not be returning here ever again.

Second Worst Mcdonalds in Sonoma County, lots of young Employees Messing around uncaring of customers opinions. No one greets anyone. They take too long to attend you. And you can see them taking pictures from the front counter. I almost reported them directly but figured they'll learn their lesson soon. Don't trust this McDonalds, thats what the Impression the Employees gave me in March 2018.

I've been going to this McDonalds since the 1970s and I was shocked to go in recently, after years of being away. What a drastic decline! Shabby, run down, sparse furnishings. No more booths or padded seating. Bathroom had a broken down stall. No drink station. No condiments stand. Not very clean. Not even napkins or straw dispensers were filled. When I told the cashier the straws were empty, she had to go out to the lobby to confirm that I knew what EMPTY looked like. The grudgingly handed me one. Service was not with a smile! Young under trained people who looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else in the world. I won't be going back. It's really sad.

Rude ... asked for mayo lady obnoxiously stated they didn't have any then walked away before i could ask for salt....waited several minutes for her to come back and she glares at me then finaly gives me the salt... i didn't do anything to deserve that.... even my 7 year old son could not understand why she was so rude... is the third time ive been treated poorly so am never going to this McDonald's again. The Lakeville one is better!

I've tried to call but your machine doesn't acknowledge you as McDonald's there's no message. I am trying to figure out if you are the location where my mother in law fell yesterday or if it's the other Petaluma McDonald's. They asked to speak with a manager and were told there was none on duty at 10:30 in the morning yesterday. Is it your location where this occurred? They left a message for a call back and have not received a call.

Very bad costumer service, order wasn't correct, team members were really rude and they were talking in Spanish about me thinking I didn't understand Spanish! And had no nametags do I wouldn't know their names. Sandwiches were made wrong. Lady was taking orders and going in the kitchen to make the sandwiches without washing her hands. This was on Tuesday June 25 around 8pm.

This location is very very very very unprofessional workers & employees attuide is always givin to me and my husband. I asked for a receipt and she just slaped it in my husband hand. They do not listin to your order they act like there job is so hard to do its really not will never come back to this location and the manager even is rude this location should be shut down asap

Used McDonald's app to order a couple of hamburgers get to the store on North McDowell Boulevard in Petaluma and it's like they've never had an app order before took 15 minutes to get my order and then it was wrong. The manager didn't know what she was doing

Worst McDonald’s in the area. They force you to use order on the kiosk and if you need help or are paying cash the employees get a huge attitude with you like you are inconveniencing them. The food is made poor and sloppy. They removed the soda fountain and employees refuse refills. They also have a 20 minute eating period and will come over and start cleaning around you practically forcing you out even if you are still eating. This is a horrible location.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a few times, and almost every time the experience is almost always the same. Employees here are uncoordinated, clueless, and quite frankly unhelpful. We came to drive thru but after we had to come inside because the drive thru employee was completely not helpful. We came inside to order and anytime we had a question the employees would laugh and talk with each other instead of directly helping they walked away a few times. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! You’re better off going somewhere else. Worst McDonald’s in Petaluma by far.

I was happy I could use the restroom and it was kind of clean. my friend couldn't believe the price of the hamburgers. I mean it's McDonald's you guys. that much for a McDonald's hamburger is insanity. My views are a bit skewed though. I'm not a McDonald's fan.

Walked in and I was the only customer. Saw the advertisement for the buttermilk chicken tenders and ordered a four piece. Nothing after 5 minutes nothing after 10 minutes and I asked him where the order was and they had no idea. At 12 minutes after ordering without a single customer in there I asked for a refund and after asking the manager I received the refund shortly thereafter. 15 minutes for an order in an empty fast food restaurant is unacceptable! If they have to cook it fresh let the customer know so they have the option of ordering something they don't have to go outside and Slaughter. Unacceptable! I have never asked for a refund at a McDonald's! Ridiculous! Driving home hungry now...

Been at this location multiple times and service there is just terrible. From a previous fast food worker this place is just horribly run. Martha the GM whom is in the morning is very rude along with all her evening workers. Sibel whom took my order was very rude and gave me attitude. The food was terrible and honestly if you’re unhappy don’t work in the job you do. The whole point is good customer service which has never been offered. This place needs a corp check immediately. Terrible place and management.

No matter what your order they tell u to wait in the drive food spot even if its ready. Food was cold and employees were rude. They dont deserve the taide we gave them

Made a simple order, all I asked for was exstra pickles on it. I got a random burger with nothing but just hamburger and bacon, no ketchup, nothing. Both burgers were really stale and had no warmth to them. The frys were also cold, I went at 12 during lunch rush and was given random food that had probably been sitting out on the counter.

They seem to be stupid here. They argue over the price for something I wasn't wanting. I ordered a big breakfast withOUT hotcakes and they could NOT get that through their skull. They kept telling me the price for the big breakfast with hot cakes. But they finally fixed it. This was both the manager and employee. If you want to deal with idiots, eat here.

Out of 5 visits, they left something out of the order. Going through the drive thru is a pain. Their sign is not placed right, mic and speaker are placed before the sign, there signal system does not always catch the vehicles. Better to walk in and order, then check the bag for a complete order.

Ordered a happy meal with apple slices for my son. Upon opening the Happy Meal box, discovered the apple slice package was completely open from the bottom and missing apple slices out of it, as if someone had eaten some?? Totally unacceptable to provide this to a child - I don’t know how the employee did not notice that this package was completely tampered with/opened/used.

I went in to do a quick in and out trip with a coffee. The cashier lady was severely rude. I asked some questions about the frappe menu and she didnt help at all. Then after getting my drink she yelled at me for spilling the drink although the lid was not on all the way...im never put in a bad mood but this lady put my day in the dumps first thing in the morning. I even did the mcdonalds survey just for listing how rude she was and requested a call back because I think she should not be serving customers with a bad attitude. Bad customer service. Not coming here again and sure to bring up to everyone I know how badly serviced I was. If i could give a 0 star rating I would.

I don't normally write bad reviews for fast food chains, but this place is a joke. They had the doors locked for whatever reason, just ignored people at the door, and when there were some elderly people trying to get in, they started being really rude to them, and whenever someone would open the door for them, employees would throw a fit, meanwhile, the drive thru was a joke. And I couldn't just leave, because I was there for Doordash

Worst experience of my life debit card fell in floorboard so told girl at window I’ll drive around so I wouldn’t hold up the line... went back around she charged me 3 something when it should be 4 because I used a coupon and girl said come inside they never made order. So I come inside they gave me my #4 sandwich and nothing else (which was $1 with coupon) even though I paid for 2 more McDoubles and manger told me I’m lucky I get that since it’s normally $5 sandwich so yet again for my kids I had to go around to the drive through (to prevent myself from blowing up in the place due to ignorance and managers disrespect talking to other employees in Spanish about me thinking I couldn’t understand) and get 2 McDoubles.... took me 40min and double the cost to get what I had originally ordered. Horrible experience NEVER going there again

I bring my kids here often because its the closest to our house. Every single time, we have had issues with the service, food and especially the ladies working here. They’re RUDE!! And mean. When they get our order wrong, they’re not apologetic and make it seem like we messed up the order. Drive thru takes forever. They ALWAYS have us wait for our food. Sometimes for as long as 20 min. If you dont like your job, get a new one!!!

The food is bad for you. 37% of US people eat there once per day so they like it, the convenience, predictbility or they see the health benefits and disagree with me. Just my opinion and thoughts.

Pros: Drive thru is pretty efficient Cons: Food is terrible and service sucks. Ordered an Oreo McFlurry - instead of blending or attempting to mix the drive-thru guy put the oreo on top like sundae. When handing it to me he bumped my the window edge and dumped oreo all over me and my driver's seat. Also would not add the oreo back so i basically paid $6 for a cup of vanilla ice cream. Also ordered the spicy deluxe mcrispy - not great, the chicken patty was overcooked/on the edge of being burnt. Bummed I wasted $16 and taking this as a sign to stop eating McD's forever as they've been consistently terrible and more expensive no matter where I go

Yahaira: you can check if the other ice cream machine is working Me: What are you talking about how would I know? Yahaira: you can go to another McDonald’s Me: ok so why did you just let me sit here for 5 minutes and hold up the line Yahaira: *nervously giggles* And then I drove away but she was nice enough to give her name at the window. I rates service 2 stars instead of 1 because I did get a good chuckle out of it, but very strange experience. In all fairness she probably gets paid exactly what she deserves from McDonald’s so I guess we can’t expect much else. Attached below is a picture of my ice cream cone I got from the McDonald’s off Rohnert Park expressway, so the story did have a happy ending :)

I’ve now ordered from this McDonald’s 5x since I moved to Petaluma over 2 years ago and EVERY SINGLE TIME, they have messed up my order. They either don’t give items and/or completely replace items with incorrect items. Every time I order there it’s been a horrible experience and Corporate McDonald’s has no way of talking to anybody about it to remedy the issue.

Every I mean every time I go there, I have to wait in the special parking after going through the drive thru because my order isn't ready. Cheeseburgers and fries shouldn't require that much wait time. Or last time the person taking the order couldn't understand English but the person handing out the food spoke it clearly and they still got my order wrong after explaining 3 times to each of them that I wanted a sausage McGriddle no egg, no cheese. I ended up with a McGriddle bun and 1 slice of bacon, and they charged me for the wrong item on top of that.
