Taco Bell Petaluma Reviews
I live in rohnert park and my boyfriend and I went here on our way home from my grandparents house and I have to say, IT WAS THE FRESHES TACO BELL IVE EVER HAD. I, in my 29 years of life, have never had taco bell as fresh I had it from here. The beans almost burnt my mouth and I'm not even complaining haha. Everything was fresh and the employees were super speedy and happy to help! I made an order at the kiosk as I dont like to take up more of their time cos they are always so busy, but when came time to pay the girl at the counter was super nice, helped me quick! My only complaint, is the bathroom code situation, I completely understand why, I work in fast food and I wish we had a code for our bathrooms but my boyfriends phone is a little old and doesn't read the QR codes and if my phone didnt read it we wouldn't be S.O.L So if you've got an older phone, maybe just download an app or something for future reference. But the inside was clean, well stocked, beverage bar was clean, lots of napkins! Will be stopping by more often now that we know how good this taco bell is!
They have Chili Cheese burritos!! I haven't had one since 1996!! They are awesome... I had to buy 15 of them. The whole team is awesome, on point, polite, and make great food. Thank you!
Luke took our order and he was very sweet! Lily an elderly lady was making our food and another older man... they were very friendly and made our food perfect. I felt bad because it was so busy and these sweet older people who could by my grandparents were working swiftly. The younger help was on the drive through side of the work island. Even though they were backed up and understaffed i was still treated very well. They now have self serve! And it's really quick!!
People are nice but the store needs way more people. You can wait for an hour during the night
It’s weird now as you have to order at a kiosk. The service was okay after the order process, but they were a little cold and seemed bothered that they had to deal with the public. We ordered 4 hot sauces and she gave us 10, and I ordered a large drink and she gave me a medium. Oh, well. It’s Taco Bell
The well known Americanized Mexican fast food joint, Taco Bell has about 8,000 restaurants in the world. One of them is located in the sweet and delightful town of Petaluma more specifically 406 E Washington St. I enjoyed dining in at this Taco Bell because of the Spanish style, adobe-like building. This Taco Bell was also clean and very up to date with their technology since you’re required to order through a kiosk. Personally, I’m not a huge fan of not having an option to speak to a person rather than a machine especially because you can at other Taco Bell’s. I did like the set up inside of the Taco Bell. They have stools and a high table as well as many booths. The tv’s they have behind the counter are on the newer side which is nice because it makes the images brighter and easier to read. They also have a cool purple lighting in front of the counter which makes for a modernistic and techie look. They have a restroom there. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance as well as wheelchair accessible restrooms and parking spots. They have a dining in option as well as a drive through. They serve breakfast food from 8am-11am. There are vegetarian options and a kids menu. They accept different methods of payment including cash, debit/credit card and phone pay. There is a parking lot and it is free parking. Taco Bell usually has a variety of different people as customers. I see a lot of youth here like high school and college age students. I’ll see families here every once in a while. I’m never impressed with Taco Bell food. It makes your stomach hurt, but they are cheap and they’re open late. I can complement how fast the food is ready. They know how to put the fast in fast food. This Taco Bell location stays open until 3am so if you’re hungry and desperate late at night this is the place to stop by.
Late night meal on the way home from camping. We were tired, hungry and I wasn’t used to kiosk ordering. I asked for help. Only one person spoke English . She ordered for me then left and it timed out. I didn’t know it cancelled the order. Had to order again and they got it wrong . Our food was cold, wound up paying extra worst experience. If your older there should be someone to help you if your not familier with kiosk rules!.
Whoever works the drive-thru in the afternoons, a young gal I’ll name Miss Rude Attitude, should NOT be working with people, plus she’s horrible the last two times I’ve been there she has forgotten to give me something. Doesn’t apologize, just gets snippy. She needs to be fired there’s much better customer service people who can easily replace her. Do better Ma’am
Ordered two burritos on DoorDash and specifically put no rice. For some reason it put I wanted rice and I went back to ask them to just remake the order correctly and was met with a rude attitude from Maria the manager. Eventually she saw I wasn’t leaving and had the food remade after multiple asks to just remake it.
Multiple times I have gone there and they mess up my order. One time they said they would refund me, and they never did. This time I ordered chalupas, and they gave me gorditas, i'm going to call again and see how they will help me out, if they do.
I went to the drive-thru and this girl wouldn't give me another burrito that I didn't get to order at the intercom so she only gave me my fries and told me to leave and I tried to go around again and she wouldn't serve me so I feel very disrespected and I think this girl should get fired it was a girl with like red hair and glasses she's very rude to customers
They didn’t grill my Crunchwrap and the burritos were soggy, they also didn’t label which was which and put them all in the same label bags so we had to open our burritos to figure out which one was which. Not to mention the food gave both me and my boyfriend extremely bad heartburn. And to top it off I have them another chance and tried to get dinner (5months after this) they charged me $12 for 3 soft toco supreme with no tomatoes and I only got one it was a hard taco and had tomato. So glad Elroy is right across the street 🙏
My order was lacking the modified ingredients, when custom made. the staff were aggressive and unhelpful. the cashier even walked away with my change over $10, I had to ask another worker for my change after 5 minutes without my change returned. the staff were on their personal phones and joking in the back. (The assistant manager was extremely aggressive) it was unpleasant would not recommend
The manager is very rude and wouldn’t take any accountability for getting my order wrong, Telling me twice “you’re wrong” when in fact they made my order wrong. Bathroom also needed maintenance and did not provide seat covers. Would give 0 stars if possible. If you’re in the area, avoid this Taco Bell.
This place sucks. I love Taco Bell and think the value is great normally. I hane lived in this town for 40 years. I’m 57. When ever I go there there they never get my order right but more importantly they never give a normal amount of food per order. What I mean by that, is that my taco never has very much lettuce or very much cheese, normally there is enough beef but whenever I order a taco supreme or a regular taco, it seems like they just throw it together so quickly that they don’t realize how they’re not getting enough lettuce or cheese on the order I never leave reviews, and I don’t really care how businesses end up running their franchise, but to me it seems like it would be pretty easy to put a little more cheese and a little more lettuce on the order of a taco. It is always like this and has been for the last 10 years. I think now I’ll just go to Wendy’s because no matter who’s working at Taco Bell they don’t seem to put the regular amount of toppings on any given order. It really seems quite sad that, their customers are really loyal like myself and that they’re so poor at providing the order that we pay for. I would suggest just going to Jack-in-the-Box or Wendy’s and giving them your business as Taco Bell has unfortunately gone downhill. Maybe then they will retrain their workers. Just my opinion, but I’m pretty laid-back and I’m tired of Seeing every order be prepared like the employees don’t care. Does that picture look like it has any cheese or lettuce. Sorry I added the hot sauce before the picture.
The staff was unhelpful and seemed to be judging my family. When I asked to speak with a manager, the situation worsened, as a worker acted in a confrontational manner. I then requested a refund so we could leave. They took a long time to process the refund, but I eventually received my money back. We went to Wendy's next door, which was a much better and cheaper experience.
I ordered two of the two pack cinnabons (4). They gave me one of the two pack cinnabons (2). I went to the counter, showed them my receipt, and they gave me ONE CINNABON. So now I only have three out of the four that I ordered... What the heck?
Seems like they only care about their numbers for the drive through over their service to customers. We were missing an item and when we went back through the drive through she told us it wasn’t on our receipt and when we tried to order just the one taco at the window since they didn’t put it on our original order, the cashier told us we had to exit and go back through the drive through and order through the speaker… Not sure why we couldn’t order one taco at the window when we originally ordered at the speaker the first time..
