Arby's Pflugerville Reviews
The service was good even though the cashier was the cook, cashier and order taker.. She was very professional... I wish that someone would hire people at this pflugerville location... If it is the young black lady tonight, then it's the young black manager... What's the problem....???? My food was fixed just almost right..Lol... Just didn't have tomatoes.... So she refunded the different.... Please do not put onion rings on my sandwich... I asked for onions.... Not onion rings... So I am taking that they didn't have anymore onions... Good try... But I did enjoy my sandwich... Roast beef classic... Yummy... Pflugerville needs to get some help please and thank you.... Teresa... 3/2/23 today was great. They still need help. Drive thru was crazy so I came inside. I did the fish sandwich I do not like seafood but babe thank you Darius Cook... where is the lie??? Ill have one again. The manager who was the GM was awesome... she gave me a drink for the wait. I showed her the post from chef Darius... now she know why the fish is flying out the door.... yummy... Teresa...
I had to drive 30 minutes to get to the nearest Arby's, but it was worthy. I had the brisket hamburger and it was so delicious that I had another one. The service was very friendly. The only thing that I would suggest is that the bathrooms need to be checked, because toilet paper and paper towels were out. Over all everything was great and I definitely will go back to explore the other options on the menu. 👍😁
Fish sandwich was above average. Mozzarella sticks were not heated enough. Service was polite and fast.
Got the beef and cheddar, and though everything went smoothly, my sandwich barely had any cheddar at all. Any other Arby's I've been to the cheddar is oozing out because there's so much, but here i could barely find any when i opened my bread to look. Otherwise, not bad
Purchased curly fries and rueben sandwich on last night but fries were old and hard so disappointed but had driven off until realized?
Went through the drive thru and got a couple roast beef,a loaded Italian, and fries. Well, sandwiches were ok, but we never received the fries. Didn't realize until I got home. Tried calling the store and kept getting a busy signal. I'm not sure how they could have forgotten part of my order since it was not busy.
I went to buy dinner last night. I ordered the Ham and Swiss. I have had this several times in the past with no issues, but last night's was not even edible. There was so much stringy fat it was terrible. I tried to pull it off, by was left with such a small amount of meat that was cold and shredded . The result? I had fries for dinner.
Im sorry to tell y'all how disappointed I'm with my gyro meal & I ordered 2! Once before I had this & it was good! But idk... this time around the meat is DRY, no sauce, the curly fries were hard & just bits & pieces. I tried calling but no dice. Im so disappointed I double I'll ever order arbys again.
It was busy and I guess that's why my salad looked the way it did. So not happy with this salad. I guess someone was tired and just threw the lettuce in however they wanted to.
From the moment I drove up to the to the Box the employee started giving me attitude. After ordering and getting the food I asked the employee for some arby sauce he responded rudely it's in the bag.. After driving away and then parking in the parking lot to eat i find one arbys sauce in the bag and no auju dipping sauce for my French dip. I then drive back through the line and ask for the auju. The guy at the window gives me attitude and returns with a small soda cup of auju that is ice cold. So I park to try and eat some of this "meal". The fries are so old cold and chewy I couldn't even swallow them. The what was supposed to be a French dips bread was chewy and cold aswell. Terrible experience all around. Employee failed to put the receipt in the bag
Went here one saturday, not a single car or customer in sight. Pulled up to the drive through guy told me hey one second, i'm not ready yet. Sat there for about five minutes before going to zaxby's next door.
If you place an order on the app and it gives you the choice on pickup and I choice drive thru even has it on the receipt but after waiting in line to pick it up my daughter was told to go inside and then had to wait in that line food was for 6pm pick they didnt get it until 6:30. So by the time she brought it home it was 6:50 and cold. I tried calling while she was waiting inside and the phone doesnt ring and when it finally makes a noise its busy. Then, we get the meal home. And it's not even correct. So I have to drive all the way back out there. And at this point I no longer want the food your double roast beef looked like a single roast.Beef, I asked for a roast beef with no cheddar, and I put cheddar, it's just ridiculous now that workers don't read. I've ordered plenty of times from this arby's, and there's a difference during the day crew in the night crew on how much meat they put on there. It's not the same. And they still haven't fixed their phone.I've seen all the other reviews with the same issue.Call them and can't get through
This location went downhill fast during COVID and never recovered. It’s easily the worst Arby’s I’ve been to, and that’s saying something. They need to fire everyone, get new management, and start over from scratch.
Tl;dr: The food is bad, and the service is worse. My wife and I stopped by after her doctor's appointment around the corner to get her a milkshake. I placed the order in the app and went to the drive-thru. It was only when I got to the window that they decided to tell me their milkshake machine was down. The employee told me I could either get a refund through the app or they could just swap it out for a different item. I said I'd pull over and figure it out. After about 10 minutes of wrestling with their useless app, which just kept telling me to go back to the store, I gave up and went through the drive-thru again to just ask for the replacement item they offered. This time, the story completely changed. A woman, who had snot literally dripping down her nose, played dumb and told me they would NOT give me a replacement. She insisted the only way was through the app, even after I explained it wasn't working. She claimed they "don't even get the money" from app sales, so it wasn't their problem. They told me to "call in," but of course, there's no number in the app. I had to go to their website to find a contact number and ended up on hold for over 30 minutes. This whole process feels like theft. Their goal is to take your money and make it such a hassle to get a refund that you'll just give up on your five dollars. It is not the customer's job to solve your internal accounting problems. A good store would just give me the replacement and figure out the money on their end later. To top it all off, my turkey sandwich was dry. The food didn't even come close to redeeming this terrible location. I used to defend Arby's, but now I fully get the hate.
WORST FOOD EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! FRIES WERE BURNT AND OLD, 2 MACARONI'S COSTS $9 AND IT TASTES LIKE CRAP!
First off, I grew up as a kid working in and arby's for almost 10 years. Through high school and college. So if anybody should know the food, it would be me.. I went to this location with my fiance, after moving in the area and finding an arby's, we were so excited 😋 Arrived with a mobile order ready and paid for.. the staff was decently friendly . The tragedy in this first experience at this location is the price for the food we were presented with.. i could not believe what I was seeing when I opened up the bag once we got home with the food. I have pictures below that I will attach so everyone can see. How ridiculousI pay for a french dip combo large with cheddar added to it and a cup of cheddar on the side to dunk my curly fries in. My fiance orders, a classic beef and cheddar medium sized. I could not believe my eyes when I opened the sandwiches and they were like a ninety nine cent menu Items..!! 🤨🙄 it was literally maybe 2 Oz of meat on what I used to consider half of a french dip.So maybe the bond was four, maybe five inches long..!! No, cheddar was added to the sandwich and all the meat was bunched up in the middle so it was presented that it was huge amount of meat.. the ends of both sides of the sandwich had no meat at all pictures show that below.. both fry containers weren't full at ALL.. USUALLY WHEN YOU ORDER A LARGE FRY, IT'S OVERFLOWING.. the bart's root beer was flat and had not been calibrated.I could tell, by the way, it tasted.. the french fries had an old fryer.Oil taste also like they don't change the oil.. again, I used to work there for decades. So I know what to expect, and what should be counted as acceptable.. it's ridiculous.A french dip should be at a minimum of 3.5 to 4.5 ounces of meat.. And a beef and cheddar should be at a minimum 3.5 OZ ... MY FIANCE SO MUCH MAYBE HAD 1.5 OZ 😪 TO TOP IT ALL OFF, I'VE CALLED IN THE PAST THREE DAYS, FIFTEEN TIMES WITH NO ANSWERS.AND NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE MANAGEMENT.SO I'VE LEFT WITH NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW.I WAS TRYING TO GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE UP FOR THEIR MISTAKE.AND BRING IN THE RECEIPT TO GET A WHOLE NEW ORDER.. but of course there's no way to get a hold of anybody cuz, no one will answer the phone.. 🤣😋 i am so disgusted coming from an arby's As a teenager, growing up in that establishment and learning how to be a great customer service and treat people with respect. And give good quality products.. to get such a bad experience, I am flabbergasted i would love for the owner to reach out to me and fix this situation.I'm sure he's unaware of how horrible his establishments being ran..
My wife and I pulled in the drive thru with 10 minutes left before they closed. There was a truck ahead of us and one other car that pulled into the lot. When we got to the speaker the woman said they “shut everything down” and only had food for one classic sandwich and a medium curly fry. Why is anything shut down before closing? You don’t leave at closing, the store closes at closing. And honestly I bet that food was cold as hell if they already had shut down all equipment. They lost 3 customers because they decided they didn’t need to keep working until closing time.
Despite having the physical receipt in front of them, its almost impossible to get all the items you order at this Arbys location. Youre genuinely better off driving further away to another arbys or just not going to arbys at all.
I went through the drive through to get me and my spouse dinner, and was greeted by the system that automatically plays when cars approach the speaker. No one else answered for 5+ minutes. I kept calling out with no response. I drove through to the front of the store and ALL of the lights were on inside, the kitchen, the dining area, everything. I decided to call the store hoping to get someone to take my order, but the phone went straight to a dial tone both times. Not even voicemail, straight dial tone. I am extremely disappointed as I've known this location to be open until 10pm, and it wasn't even 9pm.
We stopped in for a quick dinner. The first thing that hit us when we walked in was the heavy burnt fishy grease smell. There were three customers in the building, two waiting, one party dining in and us. There was what may have been a team lead and another employee who never acknowledged us or the other two customers ahead of us. The shift lead was running back and forth from the front counter to the drive through. The other person kept moving food from one sack to another. Meanwhile the seated customer returned to the counter because her order was incorrect. None of us were ever even greeted or spoken to by any of the employees. We waited about 10 minutes or so and left. The smell of grease saturating our clothing. So, about a week later we thought there's no way this could happen again. There was nobody in the lobby and one car at the drive thru window. We walked in and the stench of old burnt fish grease blasted us. We walked up to the counter and waited...and waited....and waited...I said hello? Is anyone here? The girl at the drive through completely ignored us. The car had already gone, we watched it drive off. The cook kept looking at us but never spike a word. Again, we waited nearly 10 minutes and not once did a server even acknowledge us other than the cook who just kept glancing up from whatever he was doing. Needless to say, we will never ever ever go back to Arby's. What once was a great place for a roast beef sandwich has turned into a less than acceptable food joint. It was filthy, the windows were greasy and hazy, the tables dirty...I honestly can't imagine eating there. Wow....I would recommend avoiding this Arby's at all cost. In hindsight, I've read through the reviews and see the responses from the owner...apologies are nice but your restaurant needs help and your customers are not returning. Sad because Arby's used to be a great fast food place with really quality good fresh food and decent service. This Arby's is completely unacceptable.
I posted the most recent photos. I'm not sure if that's how many fries come south a large but I feel shorter. I also ordered the le cordon blue with comes with ham. They replaced it with ground beef, which I'm not a big fan of. Y'all make sure to check your order before you take off. I should know better
