I'm not crazy about kiosk ordering. It removes the people from the dining experience. 🤷🏻‍♀️I had time to enjoy my " big breakfast" -- eggs, sausage patty, pancakes, hash browns, and soft drink. Too much food! (leave off hash browns.)

I come here alot almost every morning (obsessed with their coffee), 4 stars cause 9 times out of 10 the breakfast sausage biscuit is cooked over multiple times and dark in color and hard and crunchy & rubbery all at the same time lol I absolutely hate that, sometimes I ask for a new one most times I'll just eat the sausage only... otherwise service is great and considerably fast especially in the mornings... and otherwise the food is generally fresh and great.. ** edited to include a picture of this infamous biscuit I’m talking about lol like I said 9 times out of 10 it’s as I described so hears another one...

The McRib is back and so was I. Tender rib meat shaped goodness slathered with bbq sauce, pickles and onions. It's definitely worth trying one if you haven't already. I'm loving it!

Pros: Location indoor remodeling completed. Cleaner look and feel. Front cashier or large menu kiosks available for ordering.. Cons: Dine in area feels smaller. 2 seat single tables chairs feel like you're sitting on the ground. Congested drive thru blocks parking area.

I attempted to use a promotional deal through the McDonald’s app and provided the code to the cashier, who stated it was invalid even after repeating it twice. When I asked if the barcode could be scanned at the window, I was told there was no scanner available. This was surprising, as I have previously ordered in-store at this location and successfully had my app barcode scanned. Unfortunately, no effort was made to review the app on my phone or offer an alternative solution to honor the promotion. Additionally, being charged 40 cents per sauce added to the frustration. Overall, the lack of assistance and customer service was disappointing.

I ordered online to pick up at counter and a few minutes after I went inside and staff said your order is cancelled which on my application said it was valid for pickup 2-5mins. I ended waiting in line 10-15 minutes just to find out they cancelled the order. Poor management skills, lack of prioritize online orders. Left store without meal since it was cancelled

This place is awful. From the workers to the management. Food was cold. When I asked for fresh food I was given attitude from the guy at the window.
