Seems to me the people working here are vindictive and rude. Couldn't read the menu because those signs are so old the display has GIANT black dots everywhere. The staff got mad I was taking too long to order (took me about 2 minutes) so they ignored special requests like NO CHEESE. MY WIFE CAN'T EAT DAIRY. They refused to add the flavor to my coffee so now I have coffee and milk. And on top of it all they kept trying to rush me through. I had to tell them several times that I wasn't done ordering. Then when I WAS done they refused to give me the total before I went to the window. It's hard to believe that these are the same people screaming about not being paid enough.

Turn off the music in the lobby. It's way too loud. Your drive through is broken, I came inside to eat instead and your music is blaring making me nauseous. The fries were stale The pie never came out they said I had to wait 15 minutes And they are short staffed A chubby guy working the till said he couldn't fix the music. I will not be coming here again

The food was absolutely disgusting double quarter pounder with no cheese had no slithered onions on it and they threw extra pickles on it. They forgot one piece of my order had to go back and get it. Never going back to this McDonald’s ever again probably never going back to any McDonald’s ever again.

Don't eat their food but truly likED their unsweetened tea. Well they no longer brew it there. It is concentrated fake tea.like all the other fast foods. Taste fake even after I added sweetener. Will go to In & Out or Chipotle for fresh made tea from tea.leaves

The service is always nice, but the food is terrible this is the 2nd time in a row that my breakfast sandwich was old, crusty, cold. Terrible and don’t bother trying to talk to anyone you’ll have to wait 10 minutes before anyone comes out from the back.

First of all, it took 13 minute, wait and the drive through line before I decided to go in and check on our order. Secondly, our food was cold. Not even warm, but actually cold. Person that brought the food out to our car. Told us it took so long for the food to be ready. Because it was freshly prepared. When feeling our food at basically refrigerator cold temperatures, I knew that was a joke and went back in to get the order replaced. I spoke to the manager who could have cared less about any of this was absolutely rude. And refused to accommodate a couple apple pies for the inconvenience of me. Having to turn around and drive back to the Restaurant to Swap Out Refrigerator Cold Hamburgers and Cheeseburgers. And quarter pounders of the 9 items I ordered the only thing that came proper were the sodas. I would not recommend eating here unless you don't have a choice. Barnun, one of the worst McDonald's, I've ever been to was some of the worst staff, managing it period the owner of this restaurant needs to take serious inventory of his employees consider firing as managers and hiring new managers to run the restaurant properly. I'm going to recommend the health and food safety board. Come and check this restaurant out. Because I would expect there to be many food code violations as well. This is a big stay away

If you like your food fresh, don’t come here. They clearly take shortcuts even at 10:30 am after breakfast stops. This location needs to stop serving food from the night before and get their act together. New management plz.

Drive thru line so long and slow, I ended up at Jack in the Box. The last three times I went to this location they had me park out front and still took another 15 minutes so one time I walked inside and said cancel my order and then suddenly it was ready. Something needs to happen with management and or staffing because this Mc Donald’s used to be pretty good but now it’s not good.

Worst McDonald’s! I walked in because the drive thru had a long line, the register had a long line so I ordered through the Kisko. I ordered at 10:45am and at 11:06 they tell me they no longer sell breakfast and they would give me what they had! Give me a refund, I was confused woman said we no longer have breakfast after 10:30am you ordered at 10:45 so why would this register allow me to order breakfast? I said may I speak to your manager she said she was and refused to give me her name! She is the one pictured. I was very upset the fact that I was their customer and not willing to resolve my issue but say I will refund you for what we don’t have and give you what we have! I asked to speak to someone hire then her and refereed me to Krystal and I tell her I ordered on your register and it It let me order food, she said breakfast ends at 10:30am and we’ve been like that for 5 years! Well excuse miss Krystal but I haven’t been to McDonald’s in years shouldn’t you put a sign near your machine ?! Or activate those machines not to take breakfast?! I don’t live in your area and my kids were hungry and this service was poor! They need more training in management It was not right. After I guess it was better I didn’t get my food since it was so dirty and nasty in there! I will be calling corporate because this incident was beyond me!
