Rush Bowls Phoenix Reviews
Really happy about this new healthy bar at ASU downtown campus, it has some good, fresh food and smoothie options with most of it possible to be made vegan or vegetarian. You can choose smoothie bowl or drink and both can be made with the dairy free options. There are some nice options to choose from. Staff is nice and helpful and prepares drinks and bowls in no time. I think the most important is everything is fresh and healthy. Highly recommended!
Just visiting Phoenix and was looking for a moderately healthy dinner when I stumbled across Rush Bowls in door dash. I was intrigued, so decided to visit in person the following day. Its like a healthy ice cream snack that fills your belly. The staff was very friendly and helpful, since it was my first time. If I lived here this would be a normal spot for me.
I got the PB crunch with regular milk - I think the total was near $10. It’s pricey but really good and filling. Also the staff were friendly.

First time at a Rush bowls and very impressed. Good menu and you can tell they use good ingredients. Size of smoothie was adequate for price and comparable to a Protein House or something similar. Would overall highly recommend and I will be returning.
Visiting Phoenix and stopped in today for a healthy snack… the bowls are fantastic and the customer service is unparalleled. The owner herself made my bowl and needless to say she is incredible at what she does. I know based on some other reviews that the bowls can be considered pricey but especially now a days it cost money to have quality, fresh ingredients. And frankly I found that the price of the bowls significantly measured up to the quality of the ingredients being provided here. I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone come and support this great establishment.
Aaliyah took my order and made my smoothie just the way I like it and it was made to perfection. She was super friendly and this trip was a highlight of my day. Store was clean and the service was very prompt and incredible A+ service. BTW she’s a great singer too!

Really nice break from all the fast food around campus. I love how you can customize your bowls however you want. Staff is always friendly. This place is not usually busy so you can stop in anytime and get your order quickly. I ordered the oasis bowl and got pomegranate and strawberries on top. It was delicious! Ingredients aren't as good quality as some other acai bowl places I've been to though, so that's why I give it 4 stars.
Was looking to get my protein grams in before flight back to NYC.. stumbled across this spot Sun early afternoon They make their own peanut butter.. literally from just nuts that are ground up in store (awesome!) Protein smoothie w/ just blueberries, banana, almond milk, two scoops of whey was $18.74 (incl 15% tip).. bit surprising but not sure if that’s normal for the area as just passing through.. Smoothie was good
The smoothie is VERY delicious (Power Protein pictured). My only gripe is the $10 price tag that comes with it. If it was closer to $8, I'd probably buy more. The lady that helped explain the menu to me was very nice :)
This was pretty average not the best smoothie, not the worst. They give you a decent amount so it felt filling because I also ate a salad with it.i got the green smoothie and I enjoyed it.

I was a little hesitant coming here given the reviews, but there wasn’t many other food choices so I wanted to find a drink to complement my meal. There was nobody in the shop. The employee was super friendly and I ordered a mango shake. This was one of the special promotions for 799. When she handed it to me I was a little confused it did not have the tinge of mango color you expect, and there was also a chocolate syrup in the cup. The smoothie itself was not bad because I found it not to be too sweet, which is nice. However, I’m unclear what exactly I consumed. For the price point it’s a little bit high, but you make up your mind, whether you like it or not.

Service was okay, I felt like I interrupted her. Atmosphere was great, I was the only one there. I got the PB&J Smoothie with Oat milk and chocolate whey protein. It did not satisfy my hunger and it was pretty bland. If I go back, I'll get a bowl so at least I can see the toppers.
A decent spot in a pinch. I prefer having pieces of fruit on top of the Acai bowl mix but it appears that they mix all the ingredients in the bowl itself. Perhaps you can request the latter, but wasn't sure. Not a bad spot just kind of mid.

This was my first time visiting. I wanted a healthy afternoon snack to hold me over until dinner. I was really excited to try Rush Bowls. The service was great, (the girl behind the counter has a unique knack for customer service, which is a rare trait in someone as young as she was). The atmosphere and vibe were great. The branding of the product was great. BUT... the price of a bowl (which is basically a smoothie with toppings) is far too expensive at $10 when a smoothie is $2 cheaper. I noticed that alternative milk options are an extra $1. (Why? An alternative milk at a coffee shop is only about a 65¢ up-charge. So seeing $1 up-charge to a $10 bowl was really off-putting before I even ordered.) I ordered a bowl with a veggie base...perhaps that was my bad... but the texture was poor, and the flavor was bland. It needed something sweet, like honey to balance it out. It came topped with slices of cucumber, which really killed what was left of my excitement because it didn’t look appealing and was really hard to eat with a spoon. All in all, if I choose to come back, I’ll probably save the $2 and get a smoothie made with something more fruity.
Went in this morning and ordered a green RX smoothie. Paid 11.94 after tax and within 20 min the smoothie has separated already… so overpriced with such poor quality drinks.

Service was horrible. The worked had no concept of time. It took her over an hour to make our smoothies. She kept checking her cell phone and kept reminding us she closed at 5.
Pros: Friendly and speedy service Clean restaurant Bowl was completely filled up Cons: I think $10-11 for a smoothie bowl is a bit pricey I ordered the Peach Cobbler bowl and didn’t taste any peach. I wish my bowl was more than just froyo with oat crunch on top. Bowls I’ve gotten from other places have fruit slices and such in them. I don’t think I’ll be back.
I loved the inviting atmosphere. But the acai bowl I got was so bland and the lack of toppings on the bowl itself is disappointing. My suggestion is berry divine, soft serve acai and packed with toppings that you don't have to pay extra for

This place should definitely change their name because they are definitely not in a rush. I ordered from this place on DoorDash because it looked good. It was only .4 miles away but I am here visiting and did not feel like walking. It took them over an hour to make me a smoothie and avocado toast. And it wasn't the door dash driver... it said "PREPARING"... for over an hour. A singular piece of toast, was nine dollars. Not even two slices... are you serious?! Overpriced & not worth the wait at all. So disappointing.
I came here because I wanted an açaí bowl. A smoothie base with fresh fruit cut on top, topped with granola and coconut. When I was ready to order the employee said none of the bowls come with fresh fruit topped on the bowls. It’s all an additional charge. I was completely dumbfounded. I drove 30 minutes away to have a traditional bowl which includes fresh fruit on top. No way was I paying $15 just to add fresh fruit on a bowl. Mine as well call it smoothie in a bowl because besides the free granola, that’s what it is.
