Just received their menu in the mail and decided to try them out tonight. We ordered cheesesteaks and they were delicious. Will definitely order again! 🙂 Update Dec. 2023: We have ordered cheesesteaks and past 2 times...they forgot the CHEESE! 👎

Usually a four star experience... good food, milkshakes, delivery time not bad. They seem to be on vacation about 25% of the times I try to order though. Today was a three star experience, girl on the phone was not very friendly and seemed annoyed to be corrected when she got the order mixed up, then the food arrived missing a milkshake.. However they do have good food and they are usually pretty friendly.

Well they have made a liar out of me. My girlfriend and I ordered after I was telling her how good the Food is. It is Now 39 minutes after they close and we ordered at 7:55 over an hour before closing time and we are only a 5 minute drive from the location. We tried calling after waiting an hour and have been ignored. If they don't give us a refund when I show up tomorrow as It is now obvious they aren't coming, I will be reporting them to the police for theft. Update: since posting this review the owner has tried to make things right. The only Upsetting thing is my Girlfiend is afraid to give them a second chance but hopefully. As mentioned the food is good just that experience was bad

We have ordered before, the insides outs are delicious, however this is the second time we have placed an online order and never received it. I placed the order three hours before the store closes and received an e-mail confirmation. When I tried, several times, to call, there is no answer.

I rarely ever order from here but few times I got them they were so good but I ordered today and the food was just nasty really wasted my money here. I’ll stick to the other places around here

Allowed me to place an order online, waited for over an hour then called and didn’t get an answer. Food is good but the service is terrible.

Who ever the guy is thats working on the phone today 12/28/2025 is very rude, disrespectful, and belligerent. If you have a problem talking to people you shouldn’t work in food service. After being hung up on i was placed on hold without the phone being muted and heard him deliberately answering other calls and taking orders after 5 minutes of this i hung up and called from another number to which he immediately took my order in a rude manner huffing and puffing as I’m ordering. Just a terrible first experience and I’ll never order from here again nor recommend this place. DO BETTER HIRE PEOPLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GO BACK TO SCHOOL AND GET A BETTER ONE.

Hundreds of dollars in fraud. A report is in with local police. EVERY time we order here, fraud. Gave them the number over the phone, fraud. Stopped giving it over the phone, went in and gave them the card to scan at the register, fraud. It is ONLY after we eat here, and ALWAYS after we eat here. Hundreds of dollars charged within days, fraud reports with your credit card company... do NOT eat here with credit/debit. Save yourself the trouble. Thieves work here.

I order form chicken hot on July 18th, around 830pm Their driver called me at 903 from 6109720819 asked her to go ring the bell, at 930 i get a call from my daughter to find out when the food will be there, I called the driver back twice she finally answers at 952 said she deliver the food to a man who came out. 1st off i am a single mother and No Man Lives In My Home. I spoke to store manager twice 1st time he was concerned yet u can tell he didn't believe me over his driver. I spoke to manager again, he said he spoke to the driver who said again she gave it to a man. I paid with a debit card 27.95. I have order from this place for almost 2 years and never had an issue when i had their usually male driver. but this time a female didn't deliver my food and is lying. the manager even said he believes his driver over his customers, how when u have a receipt with no signature?

Longest wait ever!!!! Called and ordered 2 pizzas for pick up was told 15-20 minutes. Shows up 25 minutes later to see?!?! Them just starting my order... no customers and 3 workers standing around. In total took 45 minutes for two pizzas!!!! Unreal!!!
