Excellent. A small restaurant located in the center of town. During the week, they offer a lunch menu for €10, with three courses and water and coffee, or pizza, focaccia, puccia, and a hamburger. I was tempted by the large burger from a diner nearby, and I was right. A nice plate with onion rings on the side, wood-fired pizza bread, bacon, salad, tomato, and an excellent 250g Swiss ham, well-cooked but not dry. Plentiful, crispy, and very tasty. The service is quite quick; the table comes with a placemat and paper napkin, which is fine in this case. Very friendly service.

Excellent value for money. The pizza is very good, it has a soft dough and is well stuffed and digestible. The fried chiacchiere with raw ham and burrata as an appetizer are excellent. The draft beer is good, both red and blond. A bit slow in the service and the place is a bit too hot (absolutely insufficient air conditioning) given the very hot period. The environment is a bit too noisy, a sign of imperfect soundproofing when there are a lot of people inside. Overall I consider it positive

I really liked it, the staff and owners are fantastic, the place is clean and harmonious, the people who frequent it are friendly and very sociable, we practically felt at home among friends. The pizzas were delicious, including the focaccia... The only downside is that in Saluggia there is not much to visit 🤔 in any case I will try to go back, on the way back home.... booking in advance. 🤗👍
