I have been coming to this Wingstop for years since it’s not far from my place. Out of all the times they have messes up this is the worst. Bought food for a little quick lunch date and ordered lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan. They ended up giving me regular hot and barbecue. Out of the entire menu those are the two flavor my girlfriend doesn’t like. Also they gave me 8 pc instead of a 10 pc. Even thought the food here is good they need to double check their orders.

Not sure if managers weren't around this day but I had to step out with my kid and wait for my order outside because the music that was play was beyond vulgar. Lots of yound boys working together with poor choice of music that is inappropriate for a public restaurant.

I ordered food from this restaurant today Friday around 10pm. The staff kept playing games and laughing in the kitchen. It almost felt like I was with a bunch of kids no grown ups. I didn't even feel comfortable eating the food

Horrible service and food ,idk why i come back , i love wings so i give them chance, but everytime i do they mess up the order, fries are always undercooked even when i ask for them welldone, how do u even mess up fries cmon now .weak.

I placed an online order and still had to wait for my order which was fine. They were super busy and had lots of orders coming in. I got my order in about 5-10 mins. I come home super hungry to soft and squishy uncooked wings. I asked for “Well Done” in the memo but I’m sure they weren’t worried about the order quality. I asked for buffalo ranch fries that had 95% buffalo and 5% ranch. Bad experience.

This place is always on it, but the last time I ordered they forgot my ranch. No ranch at all with my wings. Then to top it off I got food poisoning from this place. I been eating wingstop for years. Sadly I will not anymore. My first time with food poisoning and it was terrible.

I went around 12:30 am and ordered a 3 piece chicken tender combo and the employee was so rude he was a guy and i believe they over seasoned my items bc i never taste it this over seasoned and i was never being rude to the customer i just asked a simple question and he responded with some attitude

Employee Stacy not very helpful. They had my order wrong and she declined to be of any help. No shift Manager available per employee Stacy. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but in this case I had no choice. Poor customer service and not a satisfied consumer. Love wingstop but will not be returning to the Pico Rivera branch. Pico Rivera location not up to par 👎

I'm just disappointed at the sizing. I ordered 20 boneless wings, what i received was nuggets, popcorn chicken. The size of all 20 wings were about the size of my pinky if I was lucky. I get full on 5. I ate the whole 10 of my share and was not even somewhat full. Orange chicken at Chinese food is bigger than this.

They said they didn’t charge me? Then how did they know to get me 5 bbq in drums? And get me 5 mango in flats? that’s stupid they did charge me, anytime you order classic they give you both flats and drums, not all flats or all drums that’s why it’s extra you ask for all drums and because the whole order wasn’t messed up they couldn’t give me a refund, everything had to be incorrect to get a new order prepared

Worst possible experience with their staff , answered phone with " what do you want " , treated soda machine like their personal drink station, had to void order and reorder - just awful. When asked for a manager or lead , they said " we don't feel comfortable giving out personal names " - it's literally on the receipt....insane place with immature employees. Very unprofessional, never returning - buyer beware!
