Great service and crew! The two people working on the shift are great!
Aura has completely changed my mind from a 1 star to 5 stars. About 2 weeks ago, I was at the restaurant and I was completely disappointed with everything! I called the next morning and spoke with Aura, the manager. She assured me that she would take care of all of my concerns. Sure enough, 2 weeks later, it’s a 5 star restaurant again. Thank you, Aura!!!

Absolutely amazing always love coming here . I usually go to dadeland mall on the weekends and our go to food is five guys at least 1-2 times a month so it’s super nice to come and feel accommodated and well taken care of like regulars . The manager that runs the show In the picture isn’t the manager of the store but he definitely should be !!!! He knows how to treat a person and really goes the extra mile . Not only is it a family environment, it’s a very loving place knowing my local five guys has Cuban employees that hold Hispanic and Latino culture through the establishment. Me and my gf our always greeted with absolute kindness . The food is always immaculate and he always give me a good extra serving of crispy French fries . This time he went ahead and gave me 2 delicious Oreo shakes made by an amazing employee she was extremely generous and her customer service was top tier . Definitely recommend this location.

I ordered via their app. Since their menu is pretty simple, it was very easy and straightforward. I decided to pickup in person after my order. The instructions in the app are very clear and when I arrived, my fries were finishing up. I only had to wait for about 3-4 minutes at the pickup counter and I was on my way. My order was perfect and fresh. Really great experience! Just an FYI... The parking directly in front of the store is always full so you might need to park further away and do a little walking.

Great burgers, delicious homemade fries, a huge selection of drink options, very clean and appealing indoor dining area and a friendly, efficient staff! Did I mention free salted peanuts while you wait to be served? Not overly expensive, but price has gone up exponentially!... All in all, who can ask for anything more?! We love Five Guys! 🍔🌭🍟🥜💯

This location is great! Next door to a frozen yogurt place, a couple shops down from a bundt cake place. Eating here allows you a meal AND dessert! The food is solid and so is the service. You get exactly what you expect, no more, no less. A well cooked burger with whatever toppings you want and a ton of fries haha I'll note that the price has skyrocketed since I started going here years ago and for that reason I have to put it at 4 stars. Good food, but it's no longer really fordable fast food. But, it's definitely better than some competitors out there...

The whole point of Uber is so I don't have to go to the restaurant myself. It does not mean; however, I'm looking for my order to be wrong. Three out of 4 times I have ordered fries from you all, I have received regular instead of cajun. Just called about it a few minutes ago. I gave 3 stars because I still like 5 Guys and this location. Other than this issue customer service is good. If you all could please pay more attention. Thank You.
This is the best location to visit because the parking lot always has parking, so it's a quick in and out. Also, the staff is friendlier than other locations I've visited. As for the food, very consistent to quality. Solid burguers with unlimited toppings, fresh fries and all the peanuts you can eat. 5 guys over shake shack anyday.
Courteous and relatively quick service. Store needs a deep cleaning and maintenance of the cleanliness of tables and trash cans, which were full of garbage. The snacks came disassembled and the fries were very oily.
Unfortunately, the flavor is on the floor... they didn't keep their recipe... the meat is raw and even worse, paying for 3 simple hamburgers, 1 portion of potatoes and two sodas at a cost of $69.00 seems too much for the quality of the product. Good day.

As with most places... Five guys is definitely suffering from shrinkflation. Smaller portions for a larger price! Ordered two large orders of fries but the cups were literally less than half full... the condiments on the sandwich were minimal. Especially the onions and mushrooms - the premium condiments! Looks like this will be a place to take off the go to list during this economy... huge price for minimal food where everyone was hungry for more when finished!
Exquisite menu but I didn't like the service, lack of staff.
Nothing special, so I thought it was expensive. The only difference is the unlimited peanuts, but it doesn't justify the price. In my case, I also found the place "kind of messy".
Order # 47 Date: 01/07/2026 Time: 3:45:08 PM Web Order Our food was on the counter ready for pickup, but she wouldn't give it to me until the other worker came out, presumably to bag the fries and complete the order. I waited for ten minutes while my food sat there. No apologies or anything. Upon leaving, I found out that they completely forgot one of the three burgers. I didn't have time to go back. These two women did not represent the high standards that Five Guys carry. Very disappointed. Food is good but could be better, customer service was so-so, location is clean, but from what I am seeing in the reviews, they get orders wrong.

I don't dislike it I hated it
I had a craving for French Fries. Never been to Five Guys. Small fries with tax was about $7. Left without ordering anything. Went down to the Burger King nearby and got medium fries for about $3.50. Just not going to pay $7.00 for a SMALL order of fries. Sometimes you got to put your foot down and draw a line in the sand. 🤣 😁
New manager is a peice of work. The female manager was a 10/10 the new guy with earings and grey hair is awful. Not considerate of the guests and as a manager messed up my order and put bacon on a cheeseburger when I didn’t order it and I’m allergic 0/10 change the manager immediately…. Beware
The employees closed the doors but let everything turned on its 8 pm and they are hidding in the back not wanting to work
If there was a no star review thats what i would give. $7.00 one single cheese burger and they put one drop of ketchup. When i asked for for they told me tobput it myself from the stand. I don't suggest anyone ever go to this place.
Average Burger $12 Not Worth it at all period
I honestly don't understand how they're in business much less have so many locations. I paid $23 for a cheeseburger fries and drink. Are you kidding me? Never again! The patties were smaller than McDonald's. I've had cheaper burgers way better than this. The fries were very good and the service excellent. Friendly staff.

The person that took my order was very rude.
Order 4 burgers 3 French fries bill came close to $70 - we should have bought steaks and grilled. The special surprise was the LONG hair wrapped up in and all around one of the burgers. GAG!!!
Showed up at 930 and there was a sign that said the store was closing at 930 yet Google says 10pm. Very disappointed in this service
I totally got my order wrong did not bring fries with order delivery guy was rude and they did not bring my drinks either then promised to go and bring me back what was missing and never showed up thanks a lot Uber Eats
