We came here two out of three for lunch. We'd seen the excellent review, with the full menu costing €12... but that wasn't true: The set menu is €11 with a first course, second course, side dish, and cover charge... what can I say? Looking at the photos, you can see the dishes (I took some when they were almost finished ☺️), and the very generous portions: we couldn't have asked for anything better. For starters, we had spaghetti with clams, pasta and beans, mezze maniche with tuna, and lasagna. I think the value for money, and the pleasure of eating in a real "Piola," are unbeatable!!! We've tried this place several times during lunchtime. Everything is excellent, the food is plentiful, and the service is fast. This is a typical trattoria with home-style cooking. In the summer, they also have a spacious outdoor area. Lunchtime prices apply.

Don't visit Pinerolo and skip this place! This is like the real deal. A true family-restaurant from locals and for locals with traditional food, incredibly lovely service and good prices. Our "Italian" is quite nonexistent and they made the effort to understand our request always answering with kindness and patience. Go there, enjoy and don't forget to tip!

Exceptional value for money! A complete lunch for 11 euros. I had pasta alla campagnola, Milanese with green beans. Everything was delicious! Special mention for the green beans, which were truly delicious. Fast and friendly service. Eating outside in the beautiful shaded courtyard was an added bonus! Highly recommended!

If you don't feel like cooking but want to eat as if you were at home, come and eat at Trattoria Rosa Bianca. We arrived on a Tuesday evening around 8:00 pm and were immediately greeted with warmth and kindness. We ate in a friendly atmosphere at plastic tables and chairs in a lovely garden. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being busy. A complete dinner, from appetizers to coffee with wine and water, was under €20. What more can I say? The excellent value and the owner's friendliness and kindness truly deserve five stars. Well done, keep up the good work.

Business lunch for €15. Soup with rice and potatoes, very tender and tasty capocollo, and fries. The only thing that was a little lacking was the quantity; the selection of dishes is very wide. A fresh fruit salad was also included.
