I hadn't been here in quite a while, but nothing has changed. Great service, friendly employees, wonderful burgers, all in all, just a great place to get a quick bite. Don't worry if there is what seems to be a very long line. It's movies fast and your order will be correct. This ain't no Mickey Dees.

Loved the service I am from NJ and first time having In and out. The burger was good I would say 8/10 from fast food burgers and the fries were amazing as well.

The service is excellent, even for a busy place like this Pittsburg, CA. In and Out. Like it says you're in and out. But the best part of it is the secret menu you can find on line. Like fries animal style or grilled cheese and much more.

Line is always super long, but someone comes down the line to take your order. Workers are quick and nice food is always on point!

I’ve loved In-N-Out Burger for a very long time, but this is my first time reviewing it(at this location). All I can say is that the menu and the taste of the burger has not changed. Still very good and has not lost that twang (that special sauce). One thing I learned about this place recently though is that they do not have bacon or put BACON in their burgers, good to know right? If you know In-and Out you would know they have other things they serve that’s not on the menu but I can’t tell you :). You’ll have to find out for your self. So I went through the drive thru and it was pretty fast. Literally in-n-out. Living up to its name. The girl at the window was all smiles which is what we all want to see when at the drive thru. My food came fresh and I could not wait to eat it, yes it was good!!! This place does not disappoint. Still love it!!!

This location is so damn chaotic!!! Damn near 20 people employees running around and it’s just mass hysteria!!! I watched another customer demand a refund because they skipped and never called his number and with my order they rounded up the bill for charity and never asked me to do so!!!!! It was only .41 cents but they should’ve still asked first!!!! They really need to fire the manager!!!!!
