I ordered through the mobile app but my order wasn't in their system because of a glitch. I told them what was in my order and they made it no questions asked. From the few times I've been here, the staff have always been friendly and accommodating.

Showed up at 1:30 AM, and was so happy I could get food. I went to two other Wendys before this, and they couldn’t take my order. I did have to wait a while because a customers car got stuck at the speaker. The staff was amazing about it! Even though it took a while to get my food it was only because of the other customer and that there was only 4 people working. Two workers (one guy with brown hair & a hat, & a girl with a big bun on top,) went outside to PERSONALLY help this woman, and she still got her food! Another worker (a girl with braids) was out front talking to every customer directing traffic & apologizing. Even though I had to wait for my food because of this, it was just so REFRESHING to see multiple helping hands when they didn’t even need to do this they could have just shut down. When I got my food, I could tell my nuggets as well as my burger were just cooked. The food was amazing and well worth the wait.
This Wendy's deserves five stars. I wanted to post pictures of the Dave's Triple that I got here and compare it to a photo I took of a Dave's Triple that I ordered at another Wendy's, but I don't want people to see the bad photo and think it was from here. The amazing Dave's Triple pictures was from here. Looked incredible! The one that I got at the other Wendy's looked flat and it made me look at it and think "This is a Dave's triple?" This Wendy's really showed me what a real Dave's Triple should look like. Also the building was huge and it was nice.

It's a good Wendy's. You're better off ordering on a kiosk even if you're dining in, because nobody will notice you standing at the counter. Some of the employees are really loud. You will not miss them calling your order.
Food was above average fast food but the prices we're Very good surprisingly! The 7 dollar burger meal I upgraded to barbeque wings and was very satisfied! I like the stools on the perimeter with power one can keep devices charged.
I'll keep this short and too the point. The manager for late-night, Autumn, is the only bright point I've seen here. Bathrooms: grease slicked floors, no paper towels, nasty all over. The counter person is almost always more focused on their phone than the customers. Autumn is just a cool respectful decent human with good people skills. When she is there I've never have a problem. I try to go only late-night as a result. The one super cool thing... Walk up lobby window open same hours as store hours! *EDIT* As of late there have been some changes here. New staff is more alive and willing to work and do the jobs they are paid to do. Bathrooms have been cleaner by a good margin than I'm used to seeing in the past, the stale urine smell is no longer. The managers don't care if you just need to use WiFi, I've sat there for several hours and nobody has ever said a word to me. Thank you for that!
There was a fruit fly on my lettuce in my sandwich. The produce needs washed better. Please and thank you.

Sloppy food and poor service. The sandwich is average. The service is not online. I sat in my car for 5 minutes after she told me to wait. And she never told me she was ready to take my order. I didn't under stand what she said. She didn't understand what I said. She had a face saying go away. No wonder the rating for the this restaurant is poor.
I gotta stop going to this Wendy's. They get about 60% of your order right every time. Also, and not their choice, but the new shredded lettuce is so gross.
IShowSpeed had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s. While placing an order through the drive-thru, he was repeatedly told to “wait a moment” for several minutes, with no clear explanation or update. The employee on the intercom was rude and dismissive, and got irritated when Speed didn’t understand what was being said. He stayed in the car the entire time, but the service continued to be unpleasant and unprofessional. There are also claims circulating that one of the employees may have spat in his food. While this hasn’t been confirmed, if true, it would be completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. Overall, the experience was frustrating, disrespectful, and raises serious concerns about the conduct of the staff at this location.

This location is just down right nasty. The burgers were dried up, the fries were old and cold and the place was filthy. This was the second and last time we are going to that trash bin.
This is the first time I've ever left a review, but the experience was bad enough it's necessary. I placed a mobile order, and waited about 30 minutes alongside other customers. I was then told by an employee that they would not be completing my order since one of the customers kept ringing the bell. I understand it's just fast food and that they have to manage a drive-thru as well, but outright not getting my order due to someone else's actions was very frustrating. I do not recommend going to this location if you are in proximity to other fast food.

Found a sheet of wax paper in my baconator. Ate almost half of it before I realized. I go here like 2 or 3 times a week because it's on the walk home from work. I think I'm gonna stop going. The feeling of finding an inedible object in your food is really not a good one. Wouldn't recommend.
⭐ 1-Star Review My experience at this Wendy’s location was very disappointing. The place was extremely dirty—food scraps, trash, and wrappers all over the floor, especially at the entrance. The food and items shown in the photos are not my order; they were already on the floor and clearly came from the trash. On top of that, there was a strong unpleasant smell inside, which made the atmosphere even worse. Even when I picked up my order, it was placed on a surface that was not clean, making the whole experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
there are 10 DoorDash waiting inside for their orders and the orders are already done. We could all see them and no employee will come up to the front to open the door to hand out the driver’s orders. This place is a wreck food thrown everywhere. terrible customer service do not come here.
came here today for a quick lunch with my friend, the service was ridiculous, the younger man working the burger area was beyond rude to two man waiting to order responding to them asking for there order to be taken by saying " well I'm waiting for you" and then aggressively with the worst tone take there order. on top of the blatant rudeness of the staff. my single medium fry took over 20 mins to get and i probably would of waited another 30 mins if i didn't ask about it. my friend waited for her burger and after again waiting 30 mins and asking about hers burger man said oh my bad and picked up a bag that had been sitting there the past 20 mins on the station counter, keep in mind he kept vocalizing the fact that he had his work under control and he was " ahead of the game" or something along those lines.the women who i assume to be the manger was walking around with her head cut off openly messing up orders and then joking about it ( fixing them of course but wasting so much time) the burger man reacted to this mess ups very actively waving his hands and raising his voice. honestly the most unorganized fast food place i have ever been. she mentioned being understaffed for the day when someone had called the store to inform them they would be late to an interview, again everything was very vocal and not professional. i understand being understaffed but it truly is not that hard.
30 to an hour wait is ridiculous and it happens literally every time I come or order from this location! They need to do a whole evaluation on this LOCATION! Terrible customer service. Terrible WORKERS. Terrible management. Do they even look at their reviews it’s literally the same comment over and over???
I recently had a very disappointing experience at your Wendy’s location while trying to place an order at the drive-thru. Overall, the visit left me frustrated, disrespected, and unwilling to return to this location. I believe this incident deserves attention, both to ensure proper customer service training and to investigate whether food safety standards are being followed.
The staff are extremely unfriendly and refuse to even acknowledge that you're standing there. After the girl was done texting on her phone she finally decided to give me my cold chicken sandwich and fries. After I took the bag and gave her a disappointed look, she looked at me and said that if I didn't like it there I can go somewhere else from now on. If this is what constitutes as customer service there, I will no longer return.
No one here is even working. 5 people standing around, they say they arent accepting any orders. No grills running, no fryers running, not an ounce of work being done here except the cashier talking to a customer she knows.
I'm done giving them chances. We went inside to order take out using the kiosk. Two people who ordered after us got their food before us. Our order was almost completely incorrect. Missing items and incorrect items that I'd only know had I opened everything. We waited so long at the counter that our food was cold. One person at the register had long fake nails and one was missing. I was glad to not find it in my food. Things were casually tossed in bags not in the containers. Fries and nuggets all over the place. We waited almost 30 minutes after placing our order to get it. Once eating our food, there was no lettuce on sandwiches that should have had it, nor bacon on ones that needed that. If I look at a container of fries and only see container, there are not enough fries in it. I had to put the fries in the containers to take the picture. We got our own drinks but there were no straws left for my drink. There were ten people behind the counter. The guys making sandwiches seemed to be waiting on burger patties. The fry guy disappeared when he had fries to make. It was a bad enough experience that I will drive to the next closest Wendy's to get food when I want Wendy's again.
