The interior was very modern and clean, it may be the best looking Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to so far. The fries were freshly fried and the chicken sandwich was beyond perfect. The core highlight of my visit was the amazing servers such as Miss Pattie and Christian. They were constantly checking up on tables and asking if they needed any assistance. I would definitely recommend this location 10/10!

Don’t recommend using the mobile thru. The QR code wasn’t working so we had to go into the restaurant to check in, and took over 30 min. To get our food. Recommend doing carry out instead. Customer service was great though

Drive thru speaker and mic were terrible. I had to repeat myself multiple times for each part of my order. And to top it off, the kid taking my order kept saying "Perfect perfect perfect" after every line, his voice extra loud on the speaker for some reason.

Today I went through the drive through again and got the wrong order again!!!! I called and they don’t answer, left a message but nothing yet. I got Korey’s order I believe he was next to me because I did hear his name when the guy asked him for it 🤦🏻‍♀️ plus the line takes for ever.

Scamming me on my fries. Sometimes I wonder why I ever order large fries from chic fil a they never even fill the box.

I get this location is new and I should give them the benefit of the doubt. However, I went in yesterday and today and while waiting I was not even acknowledged. The waiting monitor showed my food was ready yet I waited 5 minutes before having to get ANYONE's attention to figure out where my food was. This was both yesterday and today. This was also the first location I've experienced that skimped out on the fries. Fries didn't even fill fry box with 5 pieces of fries inside. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper and was given Diet Coke. I might give this place another try but it might be worth just driving to the Tustin location. Y'all need to do better, new location is not an excuse.

There’s a reason they have a 3.9!!!! My husband and I went here and the girl was so rude to him. She couldn’t hear him so he told her and she was like laughing telling the other girl this guys mad, but he literally just wanted to let her know the machine broke or something. Then the other girl hears him just fine. Bread was kind of uncooked too. But food was ok.

11/29/25 10:24am Stopped by Chick-fil-A today and the experience was disappointing. No one acknowledged me at the counter, even though it wasn’t busy. I waited for my order without any update, and I even noticed a bag sitting ready but didn’t want to assume it was mine since no one checked or communicated with me. Definitely not the level of service I’m used to from Chick-fil-A.

Whoever was on the headset at 10:45AM on 2/16 I am appalled with the terrible service and attitude this woman gave me and my family. She can take her attitude and work somewhere else.

The drive thru worker did not close the lid on my drink and it spilled all over my car and me. He was just talking to his coworkers and not paying attention to his job.

I ordered through the app to use mobile-thru. My app was having issues when I got there. They said to park in the drive thru parking and to wait for my food. They then proceeded to give food to about twenty cars that passed after me and I had to wait there for literally 20 minutes for a number one combo with no pickles. I got a notification on my phone saying my order was complete and asking if I had an issues. I still had not received my food and didn’t until I literally yelled over to the drive thru (it was raining at the time). And then they finally brought my food, no apologies, nothing. Very rude and very inconsiderate. I probably wouldn’t have even gotten my food if I hadn’t spoke up because (based on the notification) they must’ve marked it as done!

I felt so let down by their renowned deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. They completely overlooked the sauces I had asked for in my Doordash order, leaving me to eat it dry. The chicken was uncomfortably salty and spicy in a way that just didn't sit right. The lettuce was wilted and so thin that it barely registered on my taste buds. I didn’t even notice there were pickles. To top it all off, the chicken had a rubbery piece that was impossible to chew. I guess I’ll have to return to my usual spots for a chicken sandwich. This place truly disappointed me. I just don't understand what all the excitement is about.
