Five stars, and honestly I’d give a sixth just for Lindsay behind the bar. I came for dinner, but I stayed because Lindsay pours Fireball like it’s an Olympic sport—confident, precise, and slightly intimidating in the best way. Every shot somehow tasted smoother, stronger, and more emotionally supportive than the last. The food was great, the vibe was fun, but watching Lindsay handle a bottle of Fireball was the real entertainment. If Fireball ever needs a brand ambassador, they should just pull up a stool and watch a shift here.

Had an awesome experience at BoomerJack’s thanks to Samara. She was super friendly, quick, and attentive the whole time checked on us often, made sure our drinks stayed full, and kept everything running smooth even when it got busy. She had a great attitude and made the whole visit way better. Ask for Samara if you go, she’s the best! 🙌

Ate here a few days, Food was amazing and Aprils service was perfect. Smash Burger was fantastic and cooked amazingly, props to the cooks. Environment was very enjoyable with all sports around me, Dog friendly patio as well! I will most definitely come back to this Plano location.

Just wanted to shout out our awesome server at Boomer Jack's named Berkley! From the moment we walked in, she was super friendly and made us feel right at home. 🤗 She was great at keeping our drinks topped off and checked in on us at all the right times. Plus, her food and drink recommendations were on point. What I really loved was her positive vibe and how she clearly knew how to make our night out even more fun! Great service and good bar food! The waitresses and bar staff are great and VERY personable.. Kat the manager is always smiling and helpful. Sam, Sima, Jay, Bristyn, Nicole, Rachel are great behind the bar and very attentive. Not to mention Nick and Jakobe are so sweet and helpful, especially when i need an ice refill. It’s definitely a fun time on game days!

I asked my server, Nikki M., who was terrific, if I could have one of the TVs changed from a college football game to a hockey game in which my-favorite team was playing and she got the manager to accommodate me even though it was a difficult channel to locate. The manager was extremely kind and very customer oriented. I will continue to support this restaurant because they make their guests feel welcome and valued.

Had lunch early today and overall had a great experience! Was on a time crunch but Leslie our server delivered great and fast service. She recommended the Carnivore flatbread by adding jalapeños; really good! This is the spot for game days and a quick, cheap lunch break!

Now that I’m watching what I eat, I’ve been on a mission to find the best Cobb salad whenever we dine out. Last night, we decided to head to Boomer Jack’s. We’ve been before, but that was pre-diet, so this time I did my homework and checked the menu online first. To my surprise, not only did they have a Cobb salad — it looked great in the photos and (for once) it actually showed up looking just like it did online. That never happens. They’ve also made a small but smart upgrade: the windows are now tinted, so you’re not blinded by the sun if you’re sitting in a booth during golden hour. The service was, as always, top-notch. The parking lot was packed, but strangely, the restaurant didn’t feel crowded at all — not sure where everyone was, but I wasn’t complaining. Whether you’re there to catch a game or just want a solid meal — or in my case, a clean and satisfying salad — Boomer Jack’s delivers. Highly recommend. And a special shoutout to Shannon, our server, for the outstanding service!

This is my second review of this location... And it's the same as it was 2 years ago, Awesome. The food is always great, the grilled shrimp was so yummy. The drinks are always spot on and tasty. The staff is always friendly funny and energetic. Kristen was a great server and laughed at all my jokes. I'll definitely be back.

Went here for lunch. I always enjoy their chicken wings. Very juicy and full of flavor. My dad had the cob salad and my mom had the brown bag burger. Everything was delicious. The waitress was excellent checking on us and provided a to go cup. They have a bar and also many televisions and outside seating as well. My favorite flavors so far are wet lemon pepper and garlic parmesan chicken wings. I will try others another time. I also ordered their Banana Pudding which was delicious.

BoomerJack's is a great spot right off 121 to to chill and watch a game while having drinks with friends. The patio is great if you wanna grab a bite and a beverage with your pup on a warm afternoon. There is no shortage of TVs here. Bar is massive with lots of seating along the bar and at tables inside and outside. Patio is very spacious, mostly covered and open-air. There are plenty of uncovered tables with outdoor TVs as well as fire pit tables and string lights. Every time I've been here the servers have been super attentive. Food comes out quickly. It's bar grub so not overly impressive. I did enjoy the homemade banana pudding which comes in a beer mug. Drink menu is extensive - creative shots and cocktails, lots of flavors for margaritas and lemonades, beer, wine, and hard seltzers. Non-alcohol options include a variety of lemonade and tea flavors. Plenty of parking.

had a really disappointing experience at BoomerJack’s. The servers were rude and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. When I tried to order, they kept interrupting and wouldn’t let me explain what I actually wanted. It felt rushed and uncomfortable instead of welcoming. Good service makes a big difference when eating out, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope they work on improving their customer service because it really affected the experience.

This was my first time trying this restaurant after reading good reviews. Here is my experience Pros; Sarah the server had a great personality. She was friendly and for the most part attentive. silverware was received after the food arrived and had to wait 15 mins for condiments ie salt and pepper until she returned to the table. This night looks like short staff Sarah and another server although not extremely busy The salad dressing blue cheese and ranch was amazing good. Great taste and texture The patio seating was so nice and inviting plenty of space and televisions could be seen in multiple views. Cons: The food arrived cold. Like not cooked all the way or sat to be delivered too long. The food was good. Great flavoring and taste but cold. So not enjoyable and disappointing. Long wait time to be served although not busy. Asked for appetizer to be delivered prior to the meal but it was delivered to the table same time as entrees. Silverware and plates were not at the table prior to food being served. Had to wait for a few minutes before eating. The wings were all drums not a mix with drums and flats The steamed veggies were bland and extremely cold. Overall I'm very neutral. But maybe try this place again. This night could have been a bad night for them. Absolutely enjoy the patio seating.

We’ve tried many times to like this place, but unfortunately it’s been the same experience every visit. The wait staff is extremely slow, and the drinks are consistently bad. The pours feel greedy — either straight alcohol with no balance and not correct, or mixed drinks that just taste awful. The food isn’t the best either, especially for the price. What made it worse was the lack of management support. The manager walked right by us when we were clearly trying to get his attention and never addressed our concerns. We really wanted to enjoy this place, but after multiple chances with no improvement, we won’t be back.

The tables were improperly cleaned. They were sticky with ketchup and pickles around our feet. It took almost 20 minutes to even be served Update 6:51 still havent gotten our main courses yet just fries and celery
