No other chicken express hooks it up like this. Haven't been there in 1 year and they still bless you. Thanks for showing love.

UPDATED 12/22/25: CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE GOING HOME! Got a 7-piece tender DINNER. Instead of the combo (side & drink), the dinner has 2 sides. At $17+, I expect the order to be correct. I only got 1 side of fries instead of 2. Of course, you don't realize that until you get home. NOT PLEASED AT ALL :( Pictures show 1) box when opened, 2) tenders taken out (I got a mix of regular & spicy), and 3) only 1 fry. NO BUENO! _____________________________ I really appreciated their help as they know their menu better than I do. I told them what I wanted and they placed my order in the most economical way. Thanks so much!!! 😊

$40 for 2 kids 2 adult. We were going to get 2 kids meal, but they were $8 something a piece that came with 1 chicken. They suggested the snack pack for for 9.69 that came with 2 and we let them share. Food tasted great and the workers were amazing.

I have two words for Chicken Express. Those words would be....No Complaints:) The food was fresh, hot, and at the right price. The sweet tea was good as well:)

I bought a 4 piece chicken strips and was not given any sauces. So I paid for two. The next person wanted a sauce and it was free for them even though they had not ordered any. That was a little messed up, and I can't believe chicken strips don't come with at least one sauce, or if the employee just wanted to charge me for some reason.

It’s 815pm. Even with the holiday hours closing at 9pm, there is no reason the doors should be locked and only drive through service available. It’s ridiculous that they don’t honor posted and published hours.

8:45, closes at 9, open sign still blaring, door closed and to go menu light off, chairs up on tables. Will never come here again.

My wife picked up a meal, $55.00. The fried pickle were overcooked they were inedible. I drove from frisco back down to plano to return the only 4 pickles they put in the order. Even the manager said that they looked disgusting. Unreal that an employee would even serve those.

Worst customer experience in a long time. I asked how many thighs wroth the 3 piece chicken, he kept say do you want the meal? Yes it has 3 pierced of chicken. I walked inside waited over a minute for anyone to appear at the front counter. No one. Walked out.

Rolls were super under cooked and the "mashed potatoes" were mostly water. I will never be eating here again. And I suggest you steer clear if your expecting to get edible food.

Literally the worst food I’ve ever had at a chicken express. Went at 6:55 pm on Tuesday and the food was cold and generally not at all good and/or what I had ordered. I’m kicking myself for not getting a receipt but I’ll just dispute the charge because the food was that bad. I literally can’t believe I spent $10 on garbage.

Served us rotten spoiled mac n cheese...and they wont answer the phone...so u cant complain. Thanks a lot. Served us strips that were prob a day old. The chicken inside the breading was rock hard and was almost clear..
