our company orders from them all the time. Peter is the best delivery driver and their GM Diondre is great to work with. both super friendly and professional. always delivered hot and accurate especially when ordering for big groups or events.

Ordered delivery of one of each specialty pizza on the menu for a work luncheon and it was a HUGE HIT! Delivery was ON TIME. Pizza was FRESH & DELICIOUS! Delivery person was kind and helpful. Everyone at the office asked me to keep iFratelli on our rotation for luncheons so to me, thats a win!

They were amazing....I ordered for a business lunch today for a noon delivery. When I realized I forgot to give them the suite number they apologize, and said they knew they were going to be approximately 10 minutes late so they sent extra pizza for us.....I had no issue with them running 10 minutes late and was not expecting anything. They took it upon themselves to go above and beyond for excellent customer service.

My favorite pizza. Getting I Fratelli is a treat so when we get it, it's nice to know it is made correctly. Friendly staff also makes it nice!

Dear i Fratelli Corporate Team, I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your outstanding employees, Dre, at the West Plano location. On a recent visit, my order was placed incorrectly, and it should have been a gluten-free pizza since I have celiac disease. Dre immediately stepped in, remade the pizza without hesitation, and handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. This is not the first time I’ve noticed Dre’s excellent customer service—he consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. His positive attitude, quick action, and genuine care truly make a difference. He turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience, and I left your restaurant not only satisfied but very impressed. When I got there I received my pizza and the clerk was very nice. Everyone was sitting down. Honestly to have paid 25 dollars for a pizza and to have been burned. I was very disappointed. Usually the location in Addison is much better. This pizza didn’t have sauce and it like the toppings were just thrown there like scramble eggs. I was very unhappy. Please check your pizza before you leave.
