My family love it here. We shared a lot of delicious meals. We come here often with friends . We love the pizza , my favorite appetizer is calamari . Today is my first time to come here alone after my husband’s passing. I just needed to be alone and it’s perfect timing because it’s quite and only few customers since it’s 2pm . My server Jamie is so kind and full of compassion ! Such a beautiful soul. The manager also makes sure I have everything I need . I was so emotional when they did not charge me with my drinks and my meal. It is nice to be surrounded with good people, they treat you like a family here! A dining experience should be more than just the food, well for its more than the great food, it's by far is one of the best customer service and all around eating places in Plano TX. The staff is amazing from the Management to each staff member, get out and go to Kenny's and you won't be disappointed!

Visited other Kenny’s restaurants before but first time here, which they happened to ask and brought us an appetizer sampler. The roasted chicken wing and Philly cheesesteak crostini were great, I’m sure the bruschetta was as well but I’m not all about tomatoes. We ordered the garlic bread which was great and a huge hit with the 3 year old. Whatever bartender was working the night we were there was feeling generous because every drink we got was great, no skimping on the alcohol at all. For our main course we had the chicken parm, Margherita pizza and the kids cheese pizza. The chicken parm was great, really good flavored sauce, nice crispy breading on the chicken. Pizza was great, thin crust with a nice crispy crunch. Kids pizza is huge, a little thicker crust than the other. Daughter loved my pasta so much we got her a kids spaghetti and meatballs to go and enjoyed it for dinner later. Great service, great drinks, great food…..typical experience for us at a Kenny’s establishment. Will return for sure.

We are from Vegas but went their before catching our fight and we absolutely recommend going there!. Food was fantastic and the server and staff was so friendly. They even gave my son a written card and free dessert congratulating him for is win on his soccer tournament. Appetizers was so yummy too!

Monday eve, Allan & I met our 2 kids, & significant others, to celebrate a late Mom's Day. We were seated in a beautiful private room, and told Monday night was "Dollar Meatball Monday!" WOW, these meatballs are BIG, MEATY Meatballs! Note: includes pork Allan & I shared a 14-inch pizza: 1/2 Margherita & 1/2 Sausage Our son and his fiancé, ordered a Hamburger Pizza & Shrimp Scampi; our daughter & her boyfriend, ordered a Shrimp Scampi & a Salmon Pasta. I tasted a shrimp, and it had to be the BEST shrimp I've ever tasted! Tender, buttery, and ever so delicious! I know what I'm ordering next time! For appetizers, we ordered beef crostini's & and brushetta. However, I didn't snap a photo. Sorry! We finished with a lemon pie & Allan's favorite: Peanut Butter Pie; they were both excellent! Everyone went home with leftovers, and last eve, I heated the pizzas. Allan said "If pizza is just as good reheated, it's a GOOD pizza!" We also ordered Dollar Meatballs "to go," so I made Allan a meatball sub for dinner. The meatballs reheated, are as tender as they were Monday evening! We had a great time. Our service was wonderful; we were given a beautiful private room, and everything was perfection! Thank you, Kenny's Pizza!

We went to Kenny's East Coast Pizza last week and fell in love once again. Our waiter did an excellent job at making us feel welcome and meeting our needs. The food was delicious. We ordered two different pizzas and a side greek salad. We came home with leftovers and had the pizza again 2 days later...it was even better! Thanks Kenny's for making our birthday celebration so enjoyable and memorable. We will be back!

Kenny’s is AWESOME!!!! Today was my first time checking out this spot and the food blew me away! Shout out to Nacho, he was so kind and also so knowledgeable about the food. I highly recommend the meatballs and also the baked ziti.

Charming neighborhood pizza place - great food and delightful service! The shrimp scampi was fantastic, as was the Hot Mess. Only wish that the pizzas were also offed in 16 or 18 inch sizes. The garlic parm wings were okay, probably needed double the seasoning to really shine

One word: excellent! Service at the bar was prompt while checking on us often. Drinks: good options and very tasty. Love that a fresh martini glass when you are halfway through your drink. Keeps it nice and cold. Food: amazing! Salad was tasty but can’t say enough of their pizza. Recommend the adult pepperoni pizza. Cooked perfectly; it is not too heavy while having just the right amount of toppings. The mozzarella sticks wrapped with prosciutto were amazing. Will definitely be going back more often.

First time patron. The bruschetta was perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. Pizza was a slight disappointment. For wood fired, not as crisp as I'd like and the sausage was a weird variety. Waitress was good, but a little strange. Nice atmosphere.

This is a solid Italian restaurant in west Plano, staff is super friendly and manager is a buzzing about making sure everyone is okay. It’s sort of pricey for the amount of food you’re getting but sometimes the dishes really blow you away. I only had the sweet tea to drink and thankfully it was really good. They have a nice bar area if you are into that the atmosphere of the restaurant is socially outgoing.

Kenny’s had a great environment, nice clean restaurant and it was nice and cool inside on a hot summer day. Our waiter was kind and attentive as well. Unfortunately the food wasn’t up to that standard for me. We ordered prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks, sounded tasty but was overall too salty. The pizza came out maybe 15 minutes after we ordered and it was a tad burnt and it was blazing hot! Once it cooled down some it was overall tasty.

We love going to new restaurants especially if they have pizza. This place was hyped by a colleague that used to work here. We had two dishes and a pizza the dishes were great, however the pizza had a crust that was dry and bland. I was really looking forward to a new pizza place. Oh well, the other dishes were excellent but the pizza will not bring us back here. EDIT: I left my initial review weeks ago, the next they asked for my contact info. I emailed them and nothing. This update is to lower their service from 5/5 stars to 1/5 stars. This place is a joke.
