Sambuca 360 Plano Reviews
April 2025- Sambucca has the best atmosphere ever!! Always a good time!! It used to be called Blue Martini-pre-Covid. It's a grown and sexy safe environment! If you have friends and family from out of town bring them they'll be impressed for sure!!! It's a place to wear your cutest dress and heels. Great music, T-MARSH band never ever disappoints!!.. They are amazing feels like you're at a small intimate concert!! The cover songs are uniquely done... in other words that girl be sangin'...okay!!! 🫶🏽❤️ I've never eaten here so I can't rate the food. However when they bring it out to a close by table it always looks good!!
Fantastic restaurant bar with amazing live music that sets the vibe without overpowering the experience. The low-lit ambiance is perfectly calibrated for date night or a night out with friends. Service was attentive, friendly, and clearly dialed in. Overall, a well-executed experience that hits on atmosphere, entertainment, and hospitality. Big win—would absolutely return. 🎶✨
Fun Vibes and Great Food! I visited this restaurant with my girls, and we had such a good time! The food was delicious, the drinks were on point, and we really enjoyed the DJ and live music. The atmosphere was fun and lively, perfect for a night out. The only thing I wish is that they played more line dance music— that would’ve made the night even better. But overall, we still had a great experience. Also, the bathrooms were surprisingly nice and very clean, which I always appreciate! Definitely a spot we’d come back to for good vibes, good food, and a fun night out.
Was there with my friend for the Sunny and Roy Jazz brunch which they have every Sunday from 1-5. I love live music and the singers and band were amazing!! I wasn’t there before this new management to know what the food was like before but the food and drinks were fantastic too. Overall a great experience!! Highly recommended!!
If you're looking for a cool spot with the perfect ambiance to hang out with friends, enjoy good food and cocktails and listen to live music with the grown-n-sexy crowd, this is the place to be! I especially love Neo-Soul Saturdays from 4-10 pm. I've been twice this year already and plan to be there several more times before end of 2025.
Anita was such a great waitress Friday night! She made sure we were taken care of through our entire reservation. The first DJ around 6 was great. They then switched to another one that was terrible and then switched to ANOTHER DJ again that was great. Bathroom could use a good deep clean. Drinks were fantastic for the happy hour price.
Nice atmosphere! Very diverse crowd, the band was great. I loved the music selection of in between music….the Dj was on point. Crowd seemed to enjoy it all. Only thing I didn’t like was the food was way too expensive and serving were not good portions either. Drinks were watered down not the best!
This is a nice little spot came here for the live music. It wasn’t to packed. It has an inside and outside seating. Whether you coming for drinks or hookers they have it all. Lots of large screens if you choose to come in to watch the game or fights I did have a drink a non alcoholic drink it was refreshing I taste their “best Long Island” and I beg to differ 😟 I do feel the Sri is here are over priced a hookah cost 50$ while the Long Island ran you 19$ my non alcoholic drink was 9$
Went to Sambuca 360 last night (2/6) for dinner with friends. The food landed squarely at a 5 out of 10. Not bad, not memorable, just there. We started with chicken bites and calamari. The chicken bites were fresh and tasted fine, nothing offensive, nothing exciting. The calamari was actually good and probably the strongest item we ordered. I had the Caesar salad with shrimp. Portion size was solid, so points for that. However, the dressing situation was aggressive. Way too much. The lettuce got soggy fast, which is a rookie mistake for a Caesar. A lighter hand would have saved it. Atmosphere is where things went left. It was loud, and not in a fun Friday night buzz kind of way. There was clearly some sort of event happening, which we were never told about when I made the reservation. That led to confusion at the door. I was asked for tickets, which I obviously did not have because I had a dinner reservation, not front row seats to whatever surprise event was happening. Bottom line, Sambuca 360 feels like a place that wants to be upscale but forgets the basics, communication, balance, and execution. It is fine for a casual night out if you manage expectations, but I would not rush back. Capricorn verdict, potential is there, follow through needs work.
I have mixed feelings about this place. Easy parking since the garage is right behind the place. There is an entrance fee unless you were lucky enough to RSVP in advance. The food was very mediocre, and it made no sense why they didn’t think to bring silverware out with the dish??? Literally was waiting over 10 minutes to get the utensils. The service is VERY slow. We got there maybe 40 minutes after the place opened and it wasn’t crowded at all. The music however was good and kept everyone upbeat. The drinks I felt were very watered down. Just my experience, that’s all.
Live music was great and the crowd is mature. They also have a spacious dance floor. Unfortunately, the service was terrible, and gratuity is charged upfront. Our food arrived without silverware; after asking the runner and waiting, we had to flag down another waiter across the restaurant. Even then, one place setting was missing a knife, so we had to share until our waiter finally appeared several minutes later. Nearby tables had the same issue. We ordered chicken Parmesan, a calzone, and beer. The chicken was overcooked, though the pasta was good. They were also out of bread—for the second time—so it seems they no longer serve it. Don’t expect your waiter to come back.
Went here Saturday night nice atmosphere, music was awesome by DJ Big Daddy…. Did not get to explore the food. However did have two cocktails Casamigo Repo $45 …. Thanks for reminding me to stay home and get a bottle… but chill lil spot just get tipsy before you go….
Visited on 4/5/25 around 5:30 PM. I have to say, the atmosphere was great—live band, DJ was on point, really good vibes overall. However, the service at the bar was disappointing. We waited at least 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, and the bar wasn’t busy at all. Throughout our time there, the bartenders barely checked in, even when our drinks were clearly low. When our chips and dip came out, the chips were very stale. We asked them to take the chips back, and instead of just replacing them, they took the entire plate—including the dip—back to the kitchen. They seemed annoyed about it too, which definitely didn’t help the experience.
We attempted to schedule a reservation online for my husband and I for 5pm to eat dinner, none available. ( we arrived to only ten people in the place) Therefore, decided to call and spoke with a Tommy who says no problem, got you down for 5pm. We arrive to having to pay a $30 cover because live band, we like ok, no worries. We were sat at a counter bar table out of site from the stage not a table. (We were there for dinner) Nevertheless, ok we ordered drinks and food, bartender Hannah was nice, drinks not so much, we had to ask can we order dinner, hence not understanding why we would not have been seated at a table being that they had us down for dinner but ok, we ordered bar food, appetizers, pizza so forth as opposed to the salmon meal I was interested in due to seating. The band took two hours to come on while music played from an Apple Music screen; ($30) for a band. Nevertheless, we stayed and listened for band who played 30 minutes and then took a break. Lastly, we had to ask for water, at what restaurant establishment you have to ask for water only to be told it’s bottled and it’s $3 each…we were like ok, thinking it would be glassed bottled quality water but was brought some Great Value bottled water. (Plastic) Needless to say, this was our first and last time at your establishment. We don’t mind paying for quality if that’s what we are receiving but this is a club, not a restaurant and it should be labeled as such if this is what you are operating then maybe the expectation of deliverables would be lower.
Definitely not the same place. If you visited the Night life there a while back (Like we did 6pm -2am, please note that it has changed. Not the same crowd, not the same environment and not the same food. My wife and I have been sick all night from the food consumed there ie, shrimp scampi. It's over price, water down drinks and a younger crowd. Will not be returning. One positive, the first house band sounded amazing, the second....well.
This place used to be classy and thriving! I came here for a networking event and was shocked to see that their restroom was filthier than an off road gas station! I'm glad that I didn't order food. I only can imagine what the kitchen looks like! I had placed an order for a drink prior to going into the restroom so it would be ready when I came out. I tasted the drink and it was so watered down! I asked if it could be re-made. The server said I had to pay $15 for a shot to make the wrak drink stronger. That would have been $35 for one drink...Get out of here! Now, I see why this place is empty. Save yourself the gas...Go elsewhere!
We visited on Saturday night in October. It’s been a few years since we’ve been to Sambuca 360 and we always had great experience there in the past. We could not recognize the place. It was nearly empty on Saturday night and we quickly learned why… There was no service past a smily faced lady who was processing the cover charge.. We ordered first round of drinks at first bar and settled at our table. The waitresses passed by our table several times without stopping, totally ignoring us. We moved to a second bar and ordered second round there. The price for the SAME drinks was different!!!! Both bartenders automatically added 20% gratuity to our bill without letting us know; both saw us adding 20% gratuity ON THE TOP of that but neither had decency to mention something. We watched the restaurant staff set up a folding table on the stage and cover it with a table cloth to create a makeshift DJ booth. That was super odd and definitely value diminishing for the establishment. The DJ was totally fake, zero talent. The only worthy entertainment were two bartenders who were dancing and streaming, but the DJ was useless. We left right after we finished our second drink.
Worst service I ever experienced. No one knows what they’re doing. Tommy the owner is straight joke. Doesn’t know customer service. Straight up treated me like I was bothering him. The way he treats his business shows me how he treats his people he cares about. Mind you this why they’re slow and want to charge door covers to get in. Learn to understand the industry before you open a dysfunctional business. Don’t waste your time here
