I love Wendy's. Great fast food burgers, fries, chicken everything is better than the other chains. Right now they have a fish sandwich that's crazy good and only available during Lent!

It was actually a Classic Asiago Chicjen Club. Definitely delish. Wish the Ranch was more spicy ranch than creamy ranch. But very good. And I should have asked if it could have been grilled chicken instead of the breaded fried chicken.

Stopped by for a quick lunch with my daughter after an appointment. Her choice of place to eat. Obviously the place was recently renovated, clean and modern, super quick and friendly service, nice hot food, very, very yummy tasting, AND...They got my order exactly right! BRAVO Wendy's! Would definitely recommend people go there to eat.

Went during lunch rush but they still worked fast and got the orders right as we were a multi order car. Never have any issues when going to this Wendy's they always get it right. One order was a 4 for $4 special order cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, french fries and a Coke and the other was a large chocolate frosty.

The young Cashier was very pleasant and professional. Very welcoming especially when she put my name on the order. So personal. Different and Lovely. The Chicken was so so delicious.

Compared to other local take out restaurants, the food, the price and the wait time was unmatched! Keep up the great work!! 👍

Mike the manager there makes stopping at Wendy's enjoyable and the food is always good. Well, no more Mike.. and now stopping there takes forever. They're lucky the food is so tasty 😋!

Great place for good fast food. It always tastes good here, the service is great, and the new renovations for 2018 are beautiful. It's also easy to get in and out of this particular location in an otherwise difficult part of the town to navigate.

Wendy's! This has been a personal favorite of mine and my children for awhile. It's always clean and the food is consistent. The Biggie Bag is a nice money saver for families on the run, and don't forget to grab a Frosty to dip your fries in it! (if you know, you know!)

Food is quite good here, we love the chilli and visit this location several times a week. Fresh + Hot food is key! Nobody like cold fries! Have had some issues in the past with food not so great but that was rectified and has been great ever since! Staff is always friendly, polite, even throughout the busy hours! We enjoy coming to this restaurant!

The young lady at the counter, was so pleasant, you could tell she was new to the place but it didn't matter she did her job well.. customer doesn't really realize what the people at the front counter have to go through, they are told to slow down, because the cooks have so many orders, I say if a young person is working the register be thankful they're willing to work, and be patient

Over the years Wendy's has grown to be a high quality fast food establisment. Their burgers are fresh and garnished with good looking fresh veggies. Their sauces have gotten to be quite tasteful and smoothies are a nice nostalgic treat. They have added nice chicken options to the menu and the drive thru is fast and generally has a high degree of accuracy. Everything you'd want from fast drive thru food purveyor.

Fast service , decent for fast food and something quick . Only thing was 1 of the bathrooms did smell pretty awful, the other was very clean. I'm not sure if this was just a sewage issue or what but it was enough that the 2 ppl infront of me didn't use the bathroom either as the smell was to overwhelming to attempt to enter and could be smelt while in line waiting. Being that this may be something that can't be helped or maybe a town sewage issue I gave 3 stars for atmosphere.

We stopped at Wendy's for breakfast before going to appointments. We had the French toast sticks, bacon chicken bicuits, and potato wedges. The food was well prepared and delicious. If you are in the area, definitely check out Wendy's for a quality meal. The staff was professional and friendly 👌

It's Wendy's. I mean, good food, pretty much made to order (so you wait a while, but you're gonna wait at the other guys' places too), and reasonably priced. If you haven't tried any of the newer me u items, do so. They're quite good.

Best burgers hands down. Always helpful staff. Sometimes tables are unclean due to crowds. Great menu. A bit pricey for fast food but you always get what you pay for.

Clean. Food cooked well. Clerk was unable to answer the question of whether the "cheese" is real or food product. Did not respond (just looked at me)when I specifically asked them if they could ask a manager. They only said that their web site has nutritional information.

Love the place. Their caramel salt frosty is incredible, although I think it tastes more like butterscotch! Lol

It's always busy, popular with folks. The food is consistent and we'll made. The seating area is clean and tidy, the bathrooms could use more attention.

Wendy's has pretty good food for the most part. They seem like they're short stuffed currently, as most places are, but it takes them a long time just to take your order so when I am trying to hurry during the lunch rush, there is no hurrying. I like some of their food options such as the frosty and their fresh cut fries, but they can be a little bit pricey.

Service was friendly and quick. The Jr. Cheeseburger was fresh and juicy with crispy lettuce. Fries were light and crunchy...it may have been fast food but if tasted delicious.

Very clean. The tiny lady at the counter has been there for years and she's very nice. They never screw up my order and of course, the burgers are always great.

Not a fan. Long ago I wrote not a fan. Well, I would like to revise it. I went in tonight and saw a team of employees who cared about their jobs. Got along and stayed busy. The food was good and fresh the restaurant was clean and the whole atmosphere was pleasant. Who ever recruited and grew this team kudos. We just had a quick bite to eat bit it was nice:)

I almost never have a problem with missing food or not made the way I want. Staff on the other hand can definitely be friendlier. I am easily pleased, but often times, drive thru staff have an attitude from the get go and it can be frustrating.

The staff was cold, the food was hot. Typical fast food experience. Overall clean restaurant. Cashier was off-putting but finding anyone to work is difficult these days, so it's expected there's gonna be some not great employees anywhere.

Used to be awesome. but ever sense they remolded they have been run down and the food isn't that good anymore. It used to taste fresh from the kitchen but now the sandwiches are soggy and slop. Rubbery chicken. The burgers are OK. but the fries are inedible they are so nasty and cold. I keep coming back but sense September it hasn't surprised me yet. Its a little disappointing but i still have faith they will turn themselves around.

The food and staff were both good. Used the app to order, but there seemed to be a 3 or 4 minute delay for the order to make it to the location's system after checking in via the app in the parking lot. This lead to some confusion when I got inside and my order was not there yet.

Pretty slow and sometimes unkind service but the food is DELISH. Love just getting a normal burger from them and it tastes out of this world. Clean inside and decently maintained restrooms

Baconnater was delicious except for the mayo&muster. Had I known that they were on the burger& not an option I would have told the employee not to put them on. My fries were soggy soft&in need of freshness.

Good food, great place to get a quick bite to eat, and take it on the run. Or take time and dine in. Customer service is decent, normally very polite workers. Also serves late night, somedays until 12am, and normally Fridays and Saturdays till 1am.

The service was fair at best. Employees ignored people standing in line to place an order. Finally they decided who would take the order and it took 8 minutes to receive my food. It wasn't super hot or fresh but was edible. The dine in area was fairly clean.

Took forever to get my order then it all wasn’t there. I was on lunch so going back wasn’t an option. With only a half an hour to spare including driving, it would be nice to actually get fast food and the items you ordered

No issue with the staff or the facility. The staff we interacted with were friendly and the facility was clean. The issue was the food, specifically the burgers. All three burgers ordered were way over cooked, the buns were dry/stale, and they put way too much sauce on the burger... My guess was to try and mask the over cooked meat and dry buns. Not impressed at all given the cost of the meal.

Been a while since I'd visited a Wendy's. The wife and I we're on the road and needed a quick bite. We dined in and were treated to a nearly empty restaurant. Like a lot of fast food places, you could tell that the emphasis was on the drive through. Counter service seemed disorganized and slow. The food was good enough (I got a cheddar bacon chicken thing that was tasty) and the fries were as advertised, crispy and hot, but still not as good as the other place.

Staff could be more friendly, but the food was fresh.... this statement still applies... but we went inside the restaurant this time and it was an absolute mess, garbage everywhere, trays piled up, a spill just had a sign, somewhat by it, looked like all the mess has been sitting there for hrs... when we arrived there were 2 cars finishing up in drive thru and no one was in the lobby.. with the amount of workers they had, they had no excuse to no clean the lobby.. I was a shared employee for fast food, who worked 3 stores, cleaned them all, trained employees. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean! I didn't dare to look in the kitchen. I don't know if I'll be going back in there again. I should have taken pics.

Always better the. Mc Donald's! We had a large order, the attendant per each meal in their own bag. It made handing them out on the car a lot easier!!

I normally enjoy Wendy's but ordered on app threw drive threw thinking faster no, slower actually, and the line took 20 mins and went in and took another 15 ridiculous for one meal and people with long hair and beards .... deff shouldn't be like that in food service without a hair net ... over all decent tho just long wait more than normal.

Tried to ask the lady about It our cups to get our drinks and she p u t up a finger like I was a child. The burger was not fresh, nor juicy. I e always had good burgers at Wendy's. The in-dining is great though.

The food is great. Shame the workers all act miserable and can't offer proper change or customer service. Been going for years. Always the same.

The last time I was in Wendy's was 5 years ago. They switched to a cheaper cheese for their burgers and the taste is why I haven't been back. Don't fix the working parts.

Drive through order all wrong. By the time I noticed ; already on I 87. Check your order at this restaurant before you leave. Instead of fish sandwich I got some nuggets. Oh well. 10Apr2023

We went for dinner takeout the other night and the counter person did not know if buying the meal and not taking the soft drink was cheaper than getting the order separate items at a time. The food was luke warm and the fries were soggy. Don't believe we will go back.

There spicy chicken sandwich is amazing. Edit: dropping two stars came to eat here, dine in is supposed to be open till 10pm, however they have there doors locked at 7:30pm. They did leave there drive through open though. 3/

First had to wait credit machine wasn't working,had to take my card to drive thru window and it worked there, Then my whole time eating there is two managers talking to an employee about job performance,I thought very unprofessional ,That kind of conversation should be done in privacy as to not belittle the employees and certainly not to let customers eating have to hear it.Very discouraging.

Trying to get in line for the drive through is very difficult because when they’re busy the line extends out into the busiest intersection in town and trying to get around those in line to get a parking space is nearly impossible as nobody wants to let you pass between them. The quality of the food has taken a hit as well. The fries were old and cold and the chicken sandwich shrunk, but the cost sure didn’t!

I just went to Wendy's after not eating there in a long time. My cashier Crystal was amazing as always. My complaint is the rude bald lady behind the counter with tattoos on her neck telling Crystal that nobody likes her and just being all out disrespectful and rude to Crystal. You DO NOT do this in a business even if you don't like someone! Crystal has been there for years and I love how wonderful she is. Do something about the rude bald lady though!

The Mobil app pick up area has no point to it. If you order on the app and want to go pick up in the store they still make you wait in line to “check in” and get your receipt. They consistently forget one of my sauces. I’ve had more negative than positive experiences.

During the day theres no reason why old patties are bein sold to consumers when they should be tossed.

Food was good. Service was poor, wrong order and had to get refunded. At least, an employee wad experience with the cash register. As for the rest, washrooms were very dirty as for the tables and the floor in the eating area. Didn't enjoy our meal..

First, I must say that Wendy’s was and still is my favorite fast food restaurant chain. I have been going to different Wendy’s for many many years. However, this specific Wendy’s struck me as not very welcoming and accommodating. The elderly lady that took our order kept on telling us what she can do and what she can’t, even though we always order the same thing from every Wendy’s restaurant we go. My husband could not get what he wanted and he was forced to order his burger from Five Guys located nearby. I ordered my favorite Caesar Parmesan salad. I must say that the portions here were significantly smaller. The chicken was dry. The salad was probably a day old. We did not have a good experience at this Wendy’s, unfortunately.

Wouldn't use Samsung pay on my phone said that the system was not equipped for it have paid with it before. Man at window and in drive through sounded like he wanted to be anywhere but there. Huffing and puffing while I was choosing what I wanted and being sharp and dare I say sassy with his responses.

The blonde presenter at the drive through window was not nice and was mad at ME for them making the drink wrong and she gave attitude when I asked if I could have a second straw for my second drink that I bought just a good thing I’m not a secret shopper

Well I tried to call to find out about a specific food allergy and the employee on the phone was very rude and unprofessional about it. Refused to tell me if things were made with nut oil or anything. Last I knew it was illegal for a restaurant to not give that kind of information.

Thanks Plattsburgh Wendy's for my drive thru order that was completely screwed up. Asked for no mayo, got mayo. Ordered a baked potato, no untensils to eat with. & thanks for the burnt bacon. And gave us the wrong drinks! Never had a drive thru order so messed up!

Just experienced the worst thing that could happen to me for customer service. I pulled to order breakfast this morning and ordered a baconnator meal and they told me to park my car because they were waiting on potatoes so I parked my car. The person behind me pulled up and they said you can wait here we’re waiting on potatoes. Person in drive thru got their order before us and we didn’t get ours yet so I told my husband to go inside and get our order and he came out I checked the food before I left and sure enough of they gave me the wrong sandwich so I went inside and said I didn’t get the right sandwich I don’t mind waiting for the right one. They said oh we def gave you the right one proceeded to claim they made it and gave my husband the correct order. I was so appalled because I’ve never been accused by fast food restaurant of stealing a sandwich. So I spoke to the manager on staff and I also got my refund. Absolutley disgusted with how me and my husband were treated. Do better Wendy’s that was Absolutley unnecessary with your customer service. No need to argue with a customer and accuse of them of stealing!!!

The food is decent not the greatest but not the worst but the lack of attention the staff has is out of control. The amount of money I have lost because of things left off of my order it not ok. Literally everytime I go something is forgotten from my order, double check everything! Whoever the owner is please contact me this needs to be resolved ASAP and nothing has changed at all. There needs to be something changed because the workers ABSOLUTELY lack any sort of accountability for their mistakes.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. Staff is very unhappy but that doesn’t mean the order should be wrong when I get it. Wasted a whole trip out just to find out our whole order was wrong other than the drinks and fries. How do I order a nacho burger and get a regular bacon burger?!?! Just fed up with every single place out here getting my order wrong.

Why are the doors locked on a Thursday night at 8:30 pm. When the sign on the door states dining area closes at 10 pm. Doesn't seem to be good for business. Then we were ignored at the counter.

1100 on a Friday. My jr bacon was ice cold. Not safe to eat. Prices went up, that tiny burger for $2.80 and inedible. Never again.

There is one short older lady who is soooo rude! I truly don't know why they keep her. I did complain to the manager to no avail. I do like their fast food choices and other than this miserable person who clearly hates her job. I do avoid this place now because of her and will be happy to get my chicken sandwiches when Chik fil A opens this fall.

Would have considered eating here until I watched a staff member come out and do trash with her kitchen apron on that she very well. Could go back in and wipe her hands on then prepare my food no thankyou. That's gross and I will not be heading inside to eat glad there are other places in Plattsburgh NY to eat

The cashier was VERY RUDE. TOLD ME OFF AND IGNORED ME FOR 5 MINUTES upon getting there. The manager took care of the problem but by the time I got my food I was so upset I wasn't hungry anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE.

Employee wouldn’t listen that we had allergies to spices had to go back and forth to explain to them they gave us the wrong order. Staff had lots of attitudes until the manager came to solve the issue. Thankful for the awesome manager.

Went through the drive-thru today and got my usual triple. I've been eating triples for 50 years and this was the worst one I've ever had. They've either changed the brand of ketchup they use or what I got was rancid. Could not eat it past the second bite and threw it away. What a waste of money. French fries were awesome as usual. The Sprite zero I had was good too.

This is normally my favorite wendys, however today was beyond aweful. Good was terrible, service was worse Employees were in s horrible mood, mean, and down right nasty to customers. The new guy washing tables was complaining of a stomach bug... so I'm sure we will all be sick as he was in near the food also.

Last night we went to Wendy's hoping for a quick bite ..we waited for over 1 hours to receive our food... Place was not busy... Workers were untrained... No one was at the register taking orders... Horrible service! We went there and we were the only ones in line but the old lady behind the cash register never acknowledged our presence. She just waited for a previous order to be ready to put in the bag. We waited 10 mins like that without anyone acknowledging us even though we said hello. We ended up leaving and went to eat at Taco Bell where the service was excellent. The old lady at Wendy's needs to learn how to do her job from the young man at Taco Bell...or just retire if she cannot be bothered to do her job properly.

Drive thru line moved fairly quickly, but the food was awful! Everything was cold and I only ate 2 bites of the Dave’s single I got. The other person with me got spicy nuggets and a jr cheese burger. It was cold but she hadn’t eaten most of the day so she ate it anyways and less than 2hrs later she was really sick from food poisoning! Will never eat Wendy’s again! I should have learned my lesson after getting a cold burger in the middle of rush hour about a month ago at this location, that again I only ate 2 bites of before throwing it out!

Plattsburgh location is hit or miss. When they're bad they are awful. Use drive through. On line ordering didn't work. No kids toys (big deal with little ones) no utensils, missing straws, no sour cream for potato, classic bacon burger had sour taste and was trashed. By time we were home for dinner, I wasn't returning. WHEN THEY'RE BAD THEY'RE AWFUL

Burghers were dry, no flavor and put together very poorly. So messy. The whole experience was lousy and I live in this town. I’d rather go to McDonald’s or burgher king. I haven’t been here in a year. Used to be really good food.

Visiting the area today and stopped in about 11:30AM. We ordered chicken and a breakfast sandwich. Took our meal and sat down only to discover the breakfast sandwich hat turned into something else. My wife returned to the counter and was briskly informed that breakfast ended at 11:00. She asked 1. Why was the breakfast sandwich on the board and 2. Why wasn't it mentioned when we placed our order? The manager came forward an VERY rudely dismissed C's questions.. kind of that's "just the way it is, we're busy and move on". Absolutely the worst Wendy's experience ever..

Check your order before you leave the drive thru. Seriously for the price people pay for this food the least the place could do is get the orders correct. What is going on that fast food places have gotten worse in terms of the service provided. The workers think that they should be getting paid a premium wage but yet they provide below sub par service. The food service industry is ridiculous. I'm totally mad and I paid 25 bucks for that. Just go buy a bag of beef jerky you'll be way more satisfied with the end result.

I've never walked in and then walked right out. This Wendy's is a mess. Dirty tables and dirty floor. A queue of customers waiting for food looking impatient. Some sort of "We're out of that" at the register. I understand minimum wage and the Great Resignation so it's hard to get good employees. This was dismal.
