A fun tasting menu experience! This was our very first eight course tasting menu experience. The servers were kind and explained each dish, but a written explanation would have been even better as it can be difficult to understand exactly what is being spoken. The portion sizes were fine for a tasting menu, but the dishes didn't always hit the mark. I guess that's part of the tasting menu experience. The welcome cocktail had a very interesting flavor, but you can also order any other cocktail you like. Select wines were offered for additional cost, but we don't like many wines, so we didn't take that option. We were actually still hungry after this meal, so we enjoyed another restaurant afterwards, but the experience was one to remember! Normally, there's an evening performance just outside the restaurant but the outdoor venue was rented out for a private party on the night of our dinner so we cannot comment on the performance but we hope to return to view the performance in the future!

El sabor de los platillos es bueno pero no llega a ser lo "maravilloso" que se lee en algunos comentarios, si bien es de 11 tiempos la verdad es que no te quedas satisfecho. El ambiente termina siendo un poco aburrido porque literalmente no hay nada que ver y está en una zona del hotel muy poco concurrida.

Es un restaurante qué necesitas reservacion (y traer pantalón aunque en ningún lado diga eso) no hay menu a elegir. Es un menú de 11 platillos de degustacion. Son platillos sabrosos qué te van a sorprender por su emplatado. Tiene vista a l zona de espectáculo y esta ubicado en la planta baja de la casa de la música.

Probamos el famoso menú de tiempos de 1 estrella michellin. Para mí sorpresa casi todos fueron espectaculares, uno que otro termina por ser algo pretencioso y no tan especial en sabor, pero la calidad siempre es de lo mejor que te pueden dar. El menú de mixologia es bueno, pero no mejor que el taxhido. Recomiendo vivir una experiencia como está aún que sea una vez. El final si se la volaron,nos trajeron una pinche planta a la mesa con 2 gusanos de gelatina .

Restaurante por reservación. Los sabores de México están muy bien representados, la presentación me parece algo bastante pretenciosa pero en general bien. El mbiente era muy ruidoso ya que nos enviaron al fondo al lado de un grupo muy ruidoso de extranjeros.

Me gustó, no diría que fue la peor comida del mundo. Sin embargo no logré sentir nada especial en varios de los platillos. Aparte de que no soy fan del sabor limón en postres y comidas y hubo demasiado de eso en mi experiencia aquí. Las bebidas de bienvenida no fueron mis favoritas tampoco, pero pedimos vino y ese me gustó más. El lugar es bonito y tienen espectáculo cada noche. Mi platillo favorito fue el postre de chocolate y los gusanitos de malvavisco fueron muy lindos.

Fui con muchísimas expectativas y por eso fui tan detallista y exigente porque esperaba que todo fuera perfecto pero, no fue así … Comenzando con que estuve esperando 10 minutos para que me asignaran la mesa y el restaurante estaba a la mitad de lleno y luego 30 minutos para que comenzara mi experiencia y cuando lo reclamo, me dicen que así es el inicio y que siempre hay que esperar mucho para el 1er pase … sin palabras. Por cierto, en esa media hora, nadie se acercó a ofrecernos ni agua. Y a raíz de mi reclamo, la actitud del mesero cambió para mal … irónico y molesto. Con respecto a la comida, les puedo comentar que es bastante sabrosa y tiene sabores auténticos. Me gustó y lo recomiendo.

Cocina molecular, con platillos para comer con la mano y en pasos. Sabores mexicanos muy sabrosos, en pequeñas dosis pero súper sustancioso. Desde la primera vez que vine debo reconocer que ha bajado la calidad de los platos pero si es tu primera vez vas a sorprenderte gratamente. Las bebidas son un viaje aparte, recomiendo mucho el Blody Mary!!! Sorprende mucho! El mozo que nos atendió tenía absoluto conocimiento de los platos y de las bebidas.

Great setting, great drinks, and interesting food. There was certainly a high level of effort behind each dish, which was greatly appreciated, especially the ceviche tostada. The main taco dishes, however, left something to be desired. Maybe it’s my unsophisticated taste, but I was not as big a fan of the tortillas nor the beef as I am when getting a barbacoa or pastor taco from the truck in my hometown. There’s something you can’t beat about a FRESH tortilla that’s still deflating after removing it from the heat source that I just didn’t detect. Overall worth it for an intimate date with the all inclusive package.

It was good and definitely a must when at Xcaret Arte. But I feel like I expected to be whoa’d. Service was ok, felt rushed, dishes not super explained to us. Food presentation was all great, loved the main courses and desserts. We went to Chino Poblano the evening before and that was a 5 star experience through and through so maybe I am just comparing to that.

We came for the 6-7-8-9-10 course (mentioned differently depending on where you look) chef’s tasting menu We probably had 2 entrees we liked, 3 we tolerated, and 4 we didn't eat. One of the desserts, is basically smores without the graham crackers. A single marshmallow, dotted with chocolate (to look like a face), served as stuck-on an Aloe plant - I'm sorry, but that's nothing "special"

First of allá from the 8 courses 4 where unsalted and unflavored, later they give me a taco to eat in a plastic colorfully plate like a happy birthday. For the end I hope the chef makes a better me…

This experience completely changed my overall impression of Arte. The service here was nowhere near the standard I’ve come to expect from other parts of Arte. Very disappointing. The front desk’s attitude is way too bad. She can’t understand the point of the conversation. and she doesn’t know or doesn’t want to apologize for their mistakes. Waste my time. besides that, our server is good, food is just okay, don’t expect too much. A lot of restaurants in Arte are better than this. My worst experience during my two-time stays at Arte.

☆☆Worst service. It's a honeymoon and the worst experience.☆☆ I expected that it was a restaurant where I could see music performances at the Michelin Starchef store. I made a reservation at 7 o'clock, but they gave me the corner seat, so I asked them to change it three times. We also made a reservation, but other vacancies were reserved, and no one came until the meal was over. I was looking forward to the performance, but it didn't look like the picture, and the empty seats in the picture were as empty as they looked. This is the restaurant that gave me the worst experience of my honeymoon trip. Please note.
