There are better Chipotles in Contra Costa County. The food tastes good and like most other locations but my first experience here was unfortunately unpleasant. In my bowl my guac had a full end slice of unripe avocado that still had some skin on it. The napkins and utensils were not replenished despite several waves of customers coming in for dinner. All tables were dirty with crumbs and streaks of dirty hands. The lighting only makes it more noticeable. Go to another Chipotle if you want a better experience.

I generally like the chain and the food they offer but was confused/disgusted by what seemed to be a grape vine in my food? Like come on people? That’s messed up!! This is either a negligent mistake or something worse.

I bought from apps a chicken burrito and burrito bowl, both NO chicken and lettuce! The worst thing is they said they refunded but nothing!!

10.23.2025 early afternoon the line is not clean. It’s clear the items are not placed in a clean dish when added to the line.

Yesterday we had one of the worst experience ever.. May I add we were trying to give them another chance since we had a lot of bad experiences there before. Upon arriving there was a person opening the bags of chips with bare hands. She should of been using gloves since she was touching the register. Ordering there were no issues the young man was sweet. He must have been new he couldn't answer our questions we asked if we could eat inside and he said I do not know ask the cashier. Once we're ready to pay the girl that was opening the bags of chips with her bare hands went to go stock up the napkins and made us wait for 5 minutes she came back and threw the extra box of merchandise on the counter very hard. You could tell she was in a bad mood, we asked her if there were chips and she said there were not any, but we could see the bags of chips behind her. We didn't want to ask her any more questions since she just lie in front of our faces. Anyhow we proceeded to go outside to go eat. Our food was lukewarm and the only table that was left was dirty. I went ahead and cleaned it. When we were almost done with our food a nasty disgusting smell started coming up. It smell so foul that I couldn't finish my food. It started to get stronger. We looked under our table and noticed there was a sewer vent on the ground. We were shocked why would they place A darn table on top of a nasty vent. Immediately we got up and threw our food away. This was definitely the worst Chipotle we have ever gone to. They have just lost two customers, we will never go back.

The staff at this location were surprisingly rude, and the service felt very dismissive almost as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this has been the worst experience I’ve had at any location. Definitely disappointed.

Location has failed to fulfill my order twice due to the restaurant not having cheese!!!...not sure who's responsible for that but that should probably get fixed..

The individual making my bowl, spilled the bowl, then proceeded to scoop it back up with her hand from the counter. She then laughed and said it’s deconstructed, then mushed the stuff back in and closed the top to the bowl

I normally love chipotle and their portion. I go often. In Pittsburgh California has the best fair portion and staff. But this chipotle has to be the worst portion I got at a chipotle ever! Many chipotle in central contra costa has an issue with management and staff being stingy and rude toward people who try to get good portion? Like yes I need extra if you give me that much.
