Firstly: Please use the QR to book ahead or call them up. They are super busy on weekends but they move fast too. When I booked I was #25 in the waiting but I was able to get a table in less than 25 mins. The food was amazing! I was supper impressed with the speed the team was serving. Guests were super happy and food was delicious. I loved my Hashbrown skillet. We also ordered Applewood Bacon and Eggs, Belgian Waffles, Biscuits with gravy and chicken and egg whites. Each of the food items was awesome. I will surely visit again and try some of the other stuff.

My husband and I love their brunch, and today I came with a friend. The staff was so considerate and asked if we were going to share the food. We thought they would just bring us extra plates, but they actually split the food into two portions for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and touching! Delicious food and excellent service!

This place is a jewel! I grew up in the Southbay but somehow never been to there locations. I passed the Pleasanton location several times headed to downtown but never ventured in. Well, I am soo glad I did! Full menu, breakfast, brunch and lunch! The portions are large and the food quality is top notch! I love the various drink options. The staff all are welcoming and smile , laugh and engage continuously! The owners definitely created a legacy of love and passion for community! I can on and on but you should try for yourself! 😍

We were spending the weekend in Pleasanton. Found this place on Yelp with great reviews. We went Saturday and Sunday for breakfast/brunch. Saturday we shared the Canadian bacon eggs Benedict with country potatoes. It was so delicious. Sunday I had the tri tip Benedict 1/2 order the bf had Crab Benedict. We both ordered a Michelada. Food and drinks were very tasty. This place has a very nice outdoor dining area that is well shaded. Doggy friendly. Don't be intimidated by a line of people waiting to be seated. This place does an awesome job of getting their clients seated. You may get a drink at the bar while waiting. The service is as good as their food. A little pricy but so worth it. Will definitely be back when in area.

Make sure making reservations before heading the restaurant. The food is fantastic, yummy and fresh. They have separate parking lot but it is usually packed, you can enjoy your free coffee while waiting for your seat. They have indoor and outdoor seating area. About the food, if you are planning to get pancakes as a side dish(what we did) keep in mind they are HUGE. Two to four people can share 1 pancake if it is not your main dish. We got the blubbery pancake which was so good. I got my veggie dish and really liked the mushroom🍄🍄, but I believe it could be better with avocados, next time I will definitely add avocados 🥑🥑🥑🥑

I have been to this restaurant several times this time was the first time I experienced a very large table full of several BOYS talking and carrying on very loudly. I mean the boys will be boys but not at the cost of having a nice quiet breakfast with my wife on a Sunday morning.

This place is usually slammed with a line out the door and a wait so long that we usually drive up and see the line and just keep driving. This morning however we were awake early enough we decided to see if we could beat the brunch rush. We got a table outside right away and enjoyed the pleasanton spring weather. Been a few years since we have come here but this morning I had a great Jalisco Scramble and optioned out the bread for a cinnamon roll pancake. It was a great way to break my fast and our server was a nice lady. Our server was very friendly and gave us good suggestions. The mimosa was fresh and came in a neat bowl cup thing. (See picture) The dishes we got were fairly good but not spectacular. They were improved a lot by the hot sauce that was on the table. That sauce was pretty flavorful. The menu is pretty large though so Imagine if we go there enough times we may find a dish that resonates with us a bit more. My Mexicali eggs benny was a bit more flavorful than my lady's crab one. Good portions for the price though.

Best dish was the tri tip Benedict. Bread pudding french toast was also quite good. The classic bills skillet was nothing special, but exactly as described. Skip the crispy chicken Cesar salad. The chicken was very subpar and the salad itself is just really simply put together. Everything tasted good but also standard. Come here for a good no frills solid brunch.

We aren't regulars by any means, we've come to Bill's Cafe maybe 2-3 times a year for the past 3-4 years. Already we have seen a downturn. The portions have decreased noticeably but at least the flavors and quality were still good. However, during our most recent visit, my typical order of blueberry pancakes was undercooked. The inside was gray and gummy, outside dark brown, basically burnt. I took one bite and it was clearly raw. I sent it back. Our server then told me something along the lines of "they weren't undercooked but because of the blueberries, the pancakes were more moist." They made me new ones (in retrospect I wish I just canceled it) and they were not much better. Burnt on the outside and thin/flat, barely fluffy, but at least not completely raw like the first order. I have had pancakes with blueberries from Bill's almost every time we've visited, and I'm super disappointed from this situation. My husband has begun making blueberry pancakes from home and each time they are fluffy and fully cooked. I don't know that we'll be back here again.

Basic breakfast place that is classic and Southbank and ptown, too expensive. More bank @commerical Bear Cafe infamous and larger portions. Very busy when open, servers and cooks wotk.hard underpaid and just too exp.for a basic breakfast. Keep in mind in 20.yrs it is our 12th time i even brought an az a d a SoCal man here. Over years. Breakfast is my favorite meal to eat out, so I may be a bit particular. Bill's is a small chain restaurant with OK food. Service was excellent and they sure kept the coffee topped up. I thought my scramble was fairly bland. I dont plan to return.
