Tea Zen Tea Pleasanton Reviews
Cute place with very nice, cordial employees. Open later than other tea/ coffee shops on Main Street which is why I ended up coming here. I explained to the young lady making the drinks that I don't like my drinks sweet and she custom made mine.
Cute, clean shop with many drink options and plenty of seating. As older folks, we compromise with sugar… 25% sugar is the lowest.
Love the new look and more choices for food and tea!
Moment when I walked in, the baristas greeted me with a warm welcome! Upon ordering, the ladies helped me out with suggestions and made things very easy for me. The drink came quick, however only downside was I was sick and found out it costed $1 for less ice :( nonetheless, their service and atmosphere were both exceeding expectations, and would definitely come back in the future!
This tea shop is super cute and has a ton of delicious options! I love the matcha strawberry drink with lychee jelly. My new favorite boba tea spot in Pleasanton!
Delicious tea! Highly recommend the Passion Fruit Summer and Snow White.
The brown sugar milk was the best and the ube waffles were delicious I can't wait to try next time
Definitely worth a visit. Delicious drinks and I look forward to returning for more.
Yummy Boba tea 🧋🧋!! Fresh tea and soft/chewy boba. 😋

Yummy Boba tea 🧋🧋!! Fresh tea and soft/chewy boba. 😋
The boba here is delicious! I especially loved the Thai tea w/ crème brûlée! Will return!! 🧋
So sorry forgot to ask the names of the employees there, boy and a girl they were the most sweet and empathetic beings there, my boy spilled it and they said they are going to make one over for a free, they made boys day, thank you so much❤️
I got a Viet coffee and it was really good :) Also super cute store with a nice environment!!
The menu on Google is not 100% updated, btw. We ordered the Pandan Cloud Coffee and Thai Milk Tea. The Cloud refers to their version of cheese foam. The pandan flavoring of the foam was well balanced. The coffee was bold and flavorful. May be my new favorite drink. The honey boba was fresh and soft. The Thai Milk Tea was tasty, though I recommend 25% sweetness because 50% was pretty sweet. They ran out of boba at around 2:15pm on a Saturday. Either they sold a bunch or not enough was prepared for the day. We got the last two scoops. Lucky us.
teazentea is so freaking good and i love their ube waffles. also the workers are super nice
I brought my daughter to the grand opening!! It was an overall excellent experience. The staff were very friendly as they provided free delicious samples as we waited in line. The DJ Kev was a big hit, as was the photo booth. The vibe was real cool. All the patrons were socializing and anxious to sample the offerings. Nicole, the owner welcomed us like we were family, as she eagerly answered our questions and was so polite. I dropped by today to let her know how much we appreciated her hospitality. She sets the tone for providing excellent customer service. The drinks were really delicious along with the ube and pandan waffles. We had a real nice time and can't wait to return to try many more drink options. Thank you Nicole and staff!! Sincerely, Kevin
Sunset passion Butterfly pea drink and pandan waffle. Drink was excellent and the space is super clean and modern. The best thing for me was the Pandan Waffle! This has always been my favorite but some places do this item too soft, it was perfect here! I took half home and re-toasted for a couple minutes and crisp again! Customer service was great also. Definitely will be back !
I’ve had a few different drinks from them now and have enjoyed all but one. My favorites have been the tiger creme brûlée and Pink Dragon. The tiger crème brûlée tea was so deliciously decadent. The Pink Dragon was tasty and refreshing. The only one that wasn’t my personal jam was the Strawberry Matcha Latte but my friends enjoyed it! All of my drinks have been 50% sweetness and I think that is the move here.

I love a smoothie joint that let's me decide how much sweetner goes into my drink. TEAZENTEA is one of those joints😁 great atmosphere, very friendly helpful staff. I'd give 5 stars, but the young man who waited on me was new ,and my bobba ended up on top of my smoothie because he forgot to put it in first. I will definitely come back again.

First time visiting and tried the classic milk tea and I have never had a more bland drink. There was no taste of tea in the drink. Maybe it was an off day for them.
I wish they would take customer requests more seriously. I ordered a teazentea coffee zero sweet, yet it was sweet. It could cause me serious complications or a medical emergency as I am diabetic. I had to throw away the drink. I also had a coconut coffee and they made it 25% sweet, despite asking for 0 sweet.
