At 12:14 New Year's Eve 2022 I came to wienerschnitzel with my son not only did the lady follow our crazy directions for sperate bags extra condiments ect. but the food was cooked amazingly the service was a nice it was very friendly hard to find in a fast food restaurant or food was fresh it's delicious it's portioned properly I just had a nice experience here I wish it wasn't raining so we can dine there and get refills but the lady did every single thing that we asked and the gentleman who's cooking our food was very kind and cook their food fresh and it was delicious thank you I hope you both get acknowledged for your service.

I love hot dogs. What can I say? This is a good Wienerschnitzel with good variety. Their ice cream is good too. Root beer floats are bomb.

Best Wienerschnitzel ive ever been too hands down. I’ve visited several times now and every time the staff is really nice and the food is always fresh with nice portions. For example this is the only place that actually fills up the box if you order chili cheese fries and the chili actually tastes good too.

I dont live in California but you know I've got to stop and get Wienerschnitzel when I'm here. Got 20 mini corn dogs here and ate every single one. So freaking good. Love it. This location is great, does the Wienerschnitzel name justice!

I like this weinerschnitzel because it has a retro feel. Only outdoor seating, decent amount of parking. The employees at this location are so nice they always have such big smiles it's contagious. The portions put other loctaions to shame.

I frequently order the Polish Sandwich and I always enjoy it. Keep in mind that this location of this Wienerschnitzel in Pomona does not have a drive through. You order outside. Just like the old Taco Bells from the 1970's.

I was surprised there is no drive through here. The waits are long, but the workers here were fairly friendly.

I Have to Disagree with Snow, coupons are to bring in business, don't take advantage of it. "1 coupon per customer" not per transaction. My only complaint would be homeless sitting on tables asking for handouts.

Love chili cheese dogs with extra onions always, especially chili cheese fries they always always always make the best chili cheese fries.. would not recommend eating alone at any of the weinerschnitzels restaurants period as seating is always outside and you cannot help the people walking by and giving you problems for eating food.. simply buy the person a quick hot dog or fries or mini corn dogs and you can enjoy an awesome meal from weinerschnitzel ... Yes I recommend anyone and everyone to literally ENJOY WEINERSCHNITZEL because they make the absolutely best chili cheese dogs and especially the chili cheese fries, I could eat the chili cheese fries everyday literally, but I cannot afford it.. if you like bratwurst dogs and carmelized onions this is definitely the hot dog/polish sausage place to go to.

Stopped to try new promo of chili cheese mini corn dogs. Was meh. Was hoping for a bitire chili n cheese. Mine was bit dry and not very much root beer float was good.

Went for a kraut dog, more mustard than anything very disappointed,threw it away, just threw away money. They need to train staff as to how to prepare food.

Went just for the nutter butter shakes, the chocolate and regular nutter butter taste the same other than the little pieces of chocolate at the bottom of the cup!

Years ago wasn't a big fan of hot dogs, but I can have a Wienerschnitzel once a month or every other month. This one is locate in Pomona, I went on a friday evening around dinner time and it was a bit crowded, it was a hot day so I don't know how the employees can stand high temperatures inside this place. The food was ok, I mean I was hungry and needed something quick. I just had a regular hotdog and a chili dog, fries were ok too.

WOW, NO Senior discounts, not even a first responder discount which almost every other WS participates in. Though I must admit the All-Beef Chili Dogs were quite tasty, the pricing is sky-high (especially for this 'distressed' area).

It's placed oddly, there is no drive thru and you have to park in the back then walk around the building to the entrance.

Did not come close to what I expected. The order took what seemed like all day and when we did get it it was wrong and not very good. I have been to other Wiener- schnitzels with a lot better service and food. Try to avoid this store

The lady at the counter handled money, then turned around a grabbed a bun, a slice of cheese and held it with her bare, long finger nailed, ungloved hand 🤢 , it hasn't been the same since the owner took a step back

I've been visiting regularly each Wednesday for the Special $1.99 Shake , Chocolate for me. The Ladies that know me as a regular, always greet me with the nicest smile and quick service. Highly recommend treating ones sweet tooth here. I'll have to try the Orange Vanilla Creme Soft serve very soon. I recently visited and didn't realize it was 950pm. The door slid open and I was asked if I needed something. I wanted a cheeseburger and fries but was told they didn't have burgers because they were closed. Boy was I disappointed and upset that I had walked there only to be denied.

I use the same card always and since my card said "checkings" instead of my last name (WF does that) they didn't accept it. They said to prove it was mine. How am I supposed to do that? They lost a loyal customer.

Me and my boyfriend decided to order the family pack with the 4 chilli fries 4 corn dogs and for chili dogs. We asked if we could exchange the corn dogs for chili dogs cuz we don't like corn dogs the employee said no because you couldn't exchange chili dogs for corn dogs we understood that because okay the cost of chili so we asked if we could exchange your corn dogs for just regular hot dogs she said yes we got the order and went home when we got home all of our hot dogs were regular hot dogs. So we took the order back so as we were explaining to her what was wrong with the order she was acting like she had no idea what we were trying to explain to her she cannot comprehend that the mistake that she had me she also doesn't remember that we had ask for the corn dogs to be exchanged for regular hot dogs. I have worked fast food restaurants for a long time different ones and for the way they handled this was very unprofessional and really didn't go above and beyond to make it right. Yes they finally gave us the regular hot dogs instead the corn dogs but when you work in that type of environment you're supposed to go above and beyond for your customers when you mess up an order especially when you have to go back after getting home and finding they mess up. This is getting a bad review because of the not going above and beyond for the customer yes they fixed it but but in my years of working the fast food environment the right thing to do would have been to give us the chili dogs instead of the regular hot dogs because that's what we initially asked to exchange in the first place which we understood because of the price of chili it would have added up to the cost of the corn dogs but because you messed up and gave us all hot dogs when the order was with four chili dogs four corn dogs four chili cheese fries and you give us all regular hot dogs and you play the part of you did no wrong didn't mess up a customer's order making them go back to fix it and the only thing you did was give them the regular hot dogs instead of the corn dogs is very bad bad customer service I will probably never go back to this wienerschnitzel again
