Uno de los mejores restaurantes que he pisado en Pontevedra. La ubicación es magnífica y el cuidado de la cocina excepcional, con un buen equilibrio entre lo tradicional y lo moderno. El trato del personal, que me aconsejó la cantidad que pedir así como ofrecerme pedir medidas raciones de algunos platos, ya que fui solo, es de agradecer. Las navajas tenían un sabor muy fresco y la croqueta de pulpo, de las mejores que he probado. Después pedí un arroz negro con calamares, que tenían una buena cantidad de estos, lo cual me sorprendió. Hasta la empanada que me pusieron de tapa estaba muy buena. Pienso recomendar este sitio a cualquier persona que venga a Pontevedra.

Las navajas y las almejas, lo mejores que he probado en mi vida, se nota que son frescos, las especias en su punto, sin pasarse ni quedarse corto. El trato excepcional, servicio impecable. Desde luego se merecen ser Michelin. Volveremos.

Fuimos a comer a Loaira por recomendación y nos soprendió gratamente por la rapidez del servicio, la calidad de la comida, el ambiente y el buen trato hacia el cliente. Pedimos croquetas de pulpo, canciño de pulpo, arroz negro y de postres brownie y tarta de queso de pistacho, todo exquisito! De todo ello, me gustaría hacer una mención especial tanto a las croquetas de pulpo como al brownie de chocolate, las mejores croquetas y postre que he probado nunca!

La verdad que con mi pareja no sabíamos muy bien dónde comer en Pontevedra y este sitio fue un acierto. Aunque los platos parezcan pequeños, si sois dos personas y os pedís unos 3 platos para compartir, es más que suficiente. Nosotros nos pedimos 4 platos y un postre. La presentación fue excelente y la comida era de calidad. Además, el camarero estuvo atento en todo momento y nos aconsejó sobre cuántos platos pedir. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Can't say enough good things. This restaurant is definitely meant to go to with others, however I was there on a solo trip when I walked my Camino. They did an amazing job of pairing down some of their dishes so I could still try some tapas without overdoing it. I had a croquette and a scallop, both of which were superb, but the real star of the show was the tuna- definitely the best I've ever had. Perfectly seared, melt in your mouth. I will think about that tuna for the rest of my life. Definitely go eat here.

We loved this place so much we went two nights in a row. The food was delicious— everything was great but we especially loved the pulpo and the arroz negro— and the service was friendly and attentive. Great wines by the glass. Highly recommend.

One of the best places to eat in Pontevedra. Good quality fresh food and the waiters gave us great explanations about the different wines. They really made a difference. We ate in many places in Pontevedra and this is the best so far. Also prices are very decent considering the quality.

This place has a Michelin Star and after eating there I understood why. The flavors were exquisite and the service was prompt and friendly. Located in the Old Town area of Pontevedra in Praza de La Leña, it has a charming atmosphere as well. Cinco estrellas seguro!

After a lovely walk in Pontevedra, we ended up on the terrace of this restaurant for lunch. What a stunning place with delightful dishes and unique combinations. The octopus was delicious and perfectly presented. The Mexican tortilla was an explosion of flavors. Truly a top-notch restaurant worthy of a Michelin star!

La verdad que me lo recomendó una amiga una noche entre semana que no sabía donde podría cenar, y oye todo un acierto, el establecimiento digamos que es pequeño pero tiene una terraza muy chula y abrigada en una plaza de Pontevedra antigua y de piedras que mola mucho, el personal de 10, muy atento, siempre con una sonrisa y te recomiendas de manera genial, me quedé encantado 👏🏻👏🏻. La comida digamos que es sencilla pero está muy muy buena, a mí las croquetas de pulpo me chiflaron, lo recomiendo y volveré seguro.

Good food in the old town. We ate pulpo and croquets and merluza. Everything was good quality, fresh and cooked with love and care. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was unbeatable.

The Pulpo was very chewy but I accepted it but when they brang me a raw steak and served it as Medium it was over for me. No apologies nothing. They made me pay even tho I didnt eat it. Sad restaurant.

La verdad que muy descontentos con el servicio. Tardaron 20 minutos en tomarnos nota de la bebida y unos 5 minutos más de la comida (porque hay camareros q toman nota de bebida y otros de comida) un sistema que no entiendo y que en mi opinión no hace más que retrasar el servicio. En sacar un plato de los 4 que pedimos tardaron otros 20 minutos más y prácticamente frío aunque estaba bueno y tierno (pulpo). Mientras veíamos como sacaban platos a las mesas vecinas porque teníamos mucho tiempo para eso ya que no nos servían los demás platos, se les preguntó si había algún problema con la comanda o por que tardaban tanto y la respuesta fue que "cada plato se saca de uno en uno y para compartir" aunque vaya ser un plato para cada persona. En lo que nos sacaron el siguiente plato hubo mesas que ya iban 2 o 3 platos servidos y a nosotros nada, tal vez por una mala organización de cocina o por la poca perspectiva de los camareros al no darse cuenta de los tiempos... El segundo que nos sirvieron, casi a la hora de haber llegado, era unos tacos de bonito a la plancha macerado en soja. Voy a pasar por alto la discusión con una persona del personal, la cual parecía tratarme como si fuera tonto diciéndome que el bonito era un tataki (lo cual no viene reflejado en carta). Cuando le dije que se lo llevara y lo hiciera más lo hizo de mala gana y con malos gestos. Luego volvió a acercarse diciéndome que era al estilo japonés, y en mitad de la conversación y tras decirle que estaba crudo y frío por dentro me dió la espalda y se fue. Después de más de una hora sin apenas comer y con esos fallos preferimos pagar la cuenta de lo consumido e irnos. Entendemos que hay momentos como la feira franca que el volumen de trabajo haga que sea más lentorr el servicio o la atención al cliente pero que tarden más de una hora en servirte dos platos de comida para compartir no es de recibo. Dejo una foto de la carta y otra del ticket, ya que nos cobraron el pulpo a un precio distinto del que ponía en carta.

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to try the food again as we got delayed by a child falling asleep. We were 20 minutes late for our booking, but the rudeness of the waitor was not warranted. So would not recommend at all, given the choices around.
