My experience was terrible didn't get what we asked ,for did get it it was cold grandson wanted bacon mayonnaise and ketchup on his hamburger never got the bacon but a couple mayonnaise after he had half of the hamburger.

OMG! 😳 the worst Mac-n- cheese everrrrr! Then the manager got made bc I said I didn’t like it. So he asked what I wanted him to do. I told him “ He can eat it or take it off my ticket”! He chose to take it off my ticket! GOOD JOB. I would’ve chose that option as well 🤣🤣

Big mistake coming back here. Chicken was dry and stale. There was hardly any sauce,and I was missing all of my ranch. I would not recommend at all. This is just pathetic.

Service was trash chisty with the cheese for the nachos. Usually come every other day never have an issue with getting ID'd for some reason they I need me pretty sure 50% of people didn't get id there

I usually love bdubs, actually we’re regulars on bogo days but my wings were drowned in sauce and leaked all over the other food and bag. I’m severely disappointed

I ordered a 10-piece boneless with two different flavors — one spicy and one not — because the meal was for two people. When I opened the box in the parking lot, both flavors were dumped together on one side. The box literally has a divider, and they still ignored it. That’s not a simple mistake — that’s straight-up incompetence and zero attention to detail. They also gave me one ranch for 10 wings and celery. One. How are two people supposed to split mixed-together wings and a single dip? I didn’t even bother going back in to have them fix it because they’d probably just mess it up again — and honestly, I’m not risking someone touching or tampering with my food. This location is consistently careless, lazy, and has zero quality control. It shouldn’t be this hard to follow basic instructions.

I ordered online it said my food would be ready at 410 pm. I got there 4 min early they said my order was waiting on stuffed tots. I sat down and waited until 417 finally a employee asked what I was waiting on then hands me my food that was sitting there. My wings and fries are cold. The only thing that is hot is the tots

Not only from me but maybe the low paid cooks in the kitchen dont know how to serve moist tender wings. Here customers are just to be fed and money taken. Each time dried up wings and never gets fixed. I talk to many that just stopped going to Buffalo Wild Wings and now so shall I. If want good wings go to Walk-ons Port Arthur.

I got seated by what seemed like a manager and not one person stopped by our table after 20 minutes of sitting there. No manager in sight and all the kids were talking and playing around in the to go area. I shouldn’t have to beg for service. Nice remodel but personnel sucks.

ZERO stars!! I had to put 1 star to post but ZERO stars! This was by far the worst service I have gotten. My waitress was none existent. Once I told her I got not gotten one thing I ordered and it had been an hour and a half she completely disappeared!! I spoke to TWO different managers and nothing was done. The only person who helped us out was the lady that seats people. Without her I wouldn’t have gotten any of my items. This is not ok!!!!!!! ZERO starts! Management needs to change so behavior like this is not tolerated!

Got in at 6:30 left at 10:30. Service was decent, but a lot of confusion. It took an hour to get drinks. Our wings came out about the 2 1/2 hour mark and was semi cold. All you can eat was a bust. I got charged the incorrect order, but I was so upset with the food, and people around us that I just paid whatever and left. I'm probably not going back for a while.

Totally disappointed and disrespected with this order! Made an online order for 3 orders of street tacos. I mean were you scared to put any meat on 9 tacos? You tell me would you accept this ? One looked like someone dropped it and didn’t care. HORRIBLE.

Worst experience ordering food at the memorial location. The food was completely cold as if given from the refrigerator. Didn’t taste fresh at all. We had to throw everything away. Also all the employees including the manager were drunk (order pick was at 1:45 am closing time),
