Don’t do mobile orders here. This is what my taco looked like. There’s barely anything in it. Also they forgot something in my order. 0/10 don’t recommend and won’t come back here

They gave the smallest portion of food as if the facility was clean. I could not make out what the person taking the order was asking to the point where I just left and didn’t buy anything. All the tables were disgusting. I’m not going to an establishment to do someone else’s job especially not clean tables. This is by far the worse Chipotle I’ve been too. The food serving was poor, the service was poor, the staffs ability to communicate was poor and the cleanliness was poor. Just a poorly kept establishment overall.

Every time I come into this Chipotle, there’s one lady who always has an attitude for no reason. Today was the last straw — she literally threw my food into the bowl and gave me a whole block of white rice just clumped together. It’s not the first time she’s done something like this. I come here often and try to be respectful, but it’s always the same negative energy from her. Management really needs to address customer service here because it makes the whole experience unpleasant.

Poor customer service and very slow. Ive reached out to them about issues but it seems as if no one cares. For a $25 burrito i would at least expect a hello or a thank you not some grunting noises or entitled child behind the counter with a poor attitude. Save yourself some time and money by going to DIG

This location need to be shut down. The “MANAGERS” do not use gloves when handling the food. When I mentioned to the manager about touching my food without using gloves she was nonchalant, lack customer service, and she still didn’t put any gloves on. I asked for corporate number she lied and gave me a store number where no one answer the phone. I will also contacted the health department in New York State

Got chipotle with my coworker and he found a metal screw in his bowl!! He almost chipped a tooth when he bit into it… chipotle has fallen off and this is the icing on the cake.. way to lose a long term customer #Gross

Decided to give this chipotle another chance after a few months of not eating here and probably wont come back again. Their staff on the line didn’t seem happy working there and threw out a comment after I asked for extra cheese. Tables were all filthy, garbage full to the brim, soda machine not working. Chipotle is on a decline ..

I’m sorry to see a chipotle ranked so low and let go. I got here and they only accept online orders, there a huge line for this place. Seems like people have been having a terrible experience here and this definitely isn’t it. Edit: I get home and my meal is wrong too. Waited 40 min for chipotle and the order is wrong. I didn’t want rice and only black beans. I got no black beans and white rice. I only go to chipotle because 1) it’s quick and 2) it can be relatively healthy for my macros. Neither of those were accomplished

Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been in my life, super NASTY, counter is always dirty, tables are dirty, drink station messy. This is my second time here, first time I thought maybe they were busy but today only 3 people eating in and still everything was dirty. See pictures

It’s 2pm today and this place is disgusting and understaffed. All table are dirty and so is the kitchen. Staff is friendly though. 3 drinks dispensers out of 4 are empty

This place has gone down the drain. Its filthy. Garbage everywhere. They are only doing online ordering due to staffing but they can’t handle the online orders either. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 and im still here waiting at 8:24. This happened the other day too I waited 45 minutes. The staff is rude and have been joking and laughing with eachother while people are getting out of work and hungry. Do urself a favor and go to another location.
