Very bad service. I ordered something through DoorDash and they called me back because they didn't have sugar-free iced tea. When I tried to explain that I wanted a different soda, they were very rude and sent me whatever they wanted. I will never go back to that restaurant.

I ordered three burgers and when I asked for mayo they gave my one package. When I asked for more cause we were 3 people that wanted condiments they denied. I asked to pay for it and they said no because they had to save them for tomorrow. Definitely never coming back to a store that I’m treated like this. Terrible and disgusting the way they spoke to me.

Buns on sandwiches only stale and hard, cold food, and got an attitude from a man I'm sure is the manager for trying to pick out my drink from a machine that has 100 options from behind the counter. Not what I'm used to from Burger King

I ordered 2 whopper Jr's and a chicken jr and for all three sandwiches they did it wrong even after repeating the order twice. Only because I ask them out of fryer and off the broiler. Would not recommend.

Been coming to this same Burger King for 15 years or more. Now it’s non English speaking workers, my order is usually undercooked or no toppings on my whopper, 3 nuggets instead of 4. The bathroom being “closed@ because it’s “clean”. 🤦🏾‍♀️

For a massive chain like Burger King, they need to do better when hiring people for customer service. Completely and utterly unacceptable behavior from the employees here. The manager also seems to be very rude and takes no part in helping customers resolve a simple issue such as asking for 1-2 extra sauce. Never brining my family to this restaurant again.

No one here really a) speaks English and b) even know that a Burger King app even exists. I was redeeming a coupon and the manager looked so confused. He was asking what it was and started speaking Spanish… could he not read? I read it to him and he begrudgingly figured it out, after throwing his hands up and walking away for a minute. Very rude. They need training on their own app AND customer service. Won’t come back.

I asked for no pickles in my sandwich and I still received pickles. Even my receipt said no pickles. I have an allergy for pickles where it upsets my stomach. Very upset over this. I went up to the counter and the guy whom looked like the shift manager told me that I didn’t say anything about no pickles. I showed him my receipt so he can stop arguing back. I would assume customer service would be better than this, very disappointed.

I went to Burger King all over the country in almost 37 states so far. Never have I ever had such a poor quality of customer service experience. The guy behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. He wanted to cause trouble just for sauces which usually comes with fast food. He kept saying sauces are only for chicken nuggets. What an absolute disgrace for a great food chain. Never coming here again.

Bought some tacos thinking great dollar tacos.. this is the first time I got my tacos with literally 10 pieces of shredded cheese.. Im positive did not make any special request. A refund would woild be nice but a satisfied stomach would be better. Next time I'll dine in soni can make sure my food is atleast to par.
