Everytime I go to a Burger King I'm more than delighted by the majestic Mountain of a sammich they call the Whopper. It supplies all my hamburger needs and burger king makes em taste like they grilled em outside! And you can pick and choose all your toppings. It's my way. I like that.

Great people are working there. Clean dining area and clean bathroom.

I left a poor review a few years back, but I must say that the service has improved leaps and bounds. The workers at the drive through lane are friendly, accurate, and fill orders reasonably quickly. My only quibble is that the drive through speaker system could stand to be replaced so that customers don't have to yell so that the worker inside can hear the order.

This burger king staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always willing to help you with finding the right thing to eat or drink. The drive though is fast and very rarely backed up. They outside appeance leaves something to desire, but I do not think it is the stores fault. It is a slower volume location and just hasn't been given the updates they derseve.

Burger King Potsdam, we ordered at drive through, the employee was easy to understand and she had no trouble hearing us. I ordered the chicken crispy wrap. My husband had the whopper both were delicious.

Just went through the drive through on a snowy night and picked up a late dinner for my coworker a me. The gentleman who took our order was incredibly professional and the food was prepared well. Napkins and ketchup were already in the bag when it was gently passed to us through the service window.

Their fish is so good, crunchy not soggy like some other places. They forgot our fries, they have been the best I have found.

First time going inside since they renovated. It was really nice inside, with a bunch of TVs. The staff was nice and had our food ready quickly.

That black guy made my day. Ez was fun to talk to and he seemed to be very busy. But he greeted us as we came in helped my dad work the coke machine and checked to see if everything was ok. The food was ok and I like the new look. Really wish all employees enjoyed bein at work as much as ez! He made our dinning experience much better thanks ez. And if anyone knows him tell him my sister thinks he is cute lol

Customer service was subpar, but the burgers were good. The dining area was clean and bright.

Typical fast food place, employees are generally pleasant and helpful, interior looks great after the renovation. One of the better burger kings I've been too.

So they aren't as cheap as McDonald's and thier fries need work, in my opinion. However at least the burger fits the bun and the bun size hasn't shrunk like the aforementioned. Onion rings are great and so are the jalapeño cheddar bites.

Its a Burger King. I have a friend in Potsdam and hes never been there.

Service was kind of meh, but otherwise it's burger king, if you've been to one before you know what to expect. Burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries, soft drinks and shakes for a decent price.

It's a fast food restaurant so I don't expect too much in the first place, but sometimes employees seem oblivious to customers or to doing their jobs at all.

French fries were not quite as well made as Canton Burger king makes them, but the burger was delicious.

They continually mess up my drive thru order. 1 out 4 recent visits have been correct. Too bad to I love me a Whopper

Repeated issues with Order QA in the drive thru. Missing items constantly.

The cashier was very nice. The first worker on the line was also nice but stressed due to lack of help. Then 2 employees have a public argument in front of customers. 75% of the customer service there sucks. Whoever was in charge today failed .

Ordered in drive thru and watched an employee pull his jeans up with gloves on and instead of changing the gloves just proceeded to go back making the food🤢 nothing is clean about this place also food was cold…

BK is my favorite fast food burger but this trip was sad. The double whopper was barely warm and the bun was stale, the fries were cold too and the place wasn't even busy.

The service and food just keep getting worse there! Cold burgers, dried out Patties , cold fries and if you try and complain they absolutely don't care!

Fries are disgusting. Soggy is not a texture I desire in fries. That and mayo on my burger I just threw it away. I couldn't see mayo on the menu. Not wasting $17 dollars here again. I'm done with Burger King.

Very poor service. Overcharged by almost double after we asked multiple time about price. We were treated very poorly when we said to cancel order . Head man who would not give his name treated us like we were in the wrong. Very very poor service.

There is never a time that you come to this restaurant and the order is not screwed up. The canton Burger King is far better

Just ordered and paid for 2 double cheeseburgers and got two single cheese burgers. This is the second time in 2 months for the same screw up.

Drive through attendant was rude and the meal was WAY too expensive for what it was. I will make it a point not to return!

The Potsdam location should be closed down. Their staff is rude, can not take or fill an order at all. Why are these people getting paid so much to do nothing?

The Impossible Whopper is terrible! Burger King sells high fat, sodium and sugar foods that are unhealthy for children and adults.

Literally waited at the window after placing my order for more than ten minutes. No one acknowledged my presence, greeted me, took my card or anything. I finally just drove off. There appeared to be no one working the drive through at 9pm.

So tonight my husband and I went.. well TRIED to go to bk. It was around 11:30 and according to Google they close at 12. The doors were locked, I called the store, and we tried the drive through. Nothing. We saw three workers standing around. So tell me if you have a business that says you close your doors at 12, then don't lock your door 30 minutes before, refusing to answer the phone!!!!

Just got whoppers. They are now adding SALT and PEPPER to the burgers. OMG the salt was ungodly. We could not eat them. I called and told the manager about this. She of course didn't offer any resolution. Needless to say we won't go again if this is going to be the new thing.

We got to the driveway at 11:27pm they had their lights off, no employees around but two people cleaning up in the kitchen. One of them laughed and waved saying , “ We Can’t Hear You.” I’m appalled by the customer service because according to their website this location closes their drive thru At 12am. Such disrespect !

Wish I could give zero stars. Used the app for a whopper with cheese. Drive through. The meat was cool, not even slightly warm. Almost threw it up later. Wish I had as it wrecked havoc on my GI system. Ruined me from ever having BK again.

Horrible customer service. Manager is super rude and rolled her eyes at every customer before me and was yelling profanity gossiping, and complaining about work the ENTIRE time we were in the restaurant and there were only 2 people in line. Not a pleasant place to eat in any way shape or form. McDonald's please come back.

The lady taking orders over the counter had a very poor attitude, I felt like I was bothering her from her shanagagans in the back.. When I asked for salt/ ketchup she grabbed a hand full and half threw them at me.. Half went all over the floor. Very unprofessional, to say the least.

I’ve always went to McDonalds then started going to Burger King instead, until tonight. Can’t follow instructions that specified NO PICKLE. Cheeseburgers went into the garbage can and I ate cereal instead. Thank you.

Won’t be back after today that’s for sure. As someone who works in food service I’m not sure how this worker has her job to be honest. Forgot our French toast sticks, no biggy waited for them to come back to window. Asked for ham egg and cheese croissants gave us bacon (I don’t eat bacon).. so we let the lady know, and LET ME TELL YOU THIS GIRL had the audacity to SLAM THE WINDOW AND WALK AWAY. So my husband had to go in, and talk to someone else because when he walked in she walked away AGAIN. And sure enough there was another guy in there because they messed up his order also. Do better, I see why this is a 3 star business. What a shame though have never had a problem until today.

Not to mention I went back in for my sandwich got home and it was wrong sandwich had to go back a second time for them to give me the right sandwich. Nothing was fresh and they forgot my sauce.
