But if your in a big group, the place is small, I would say no more 6 people when going, if more than that, your looking at a 20-30 mins wait before you can get a table. Just ordered the Surf & Turf Ribeye from Chili’s and it was on point! Food came hot and fresh. The steak was cooked medium well just how I like it, tender and flavorful. The shrimp were juicy and seasoned perfectly. I swapped out the original sides and went with the garlic butter mushrooms and roasted asparagus instead, both were solid choices. The mushrooms were buttery and rich, and the asparagus had a nice roasted flavor with a little crunch. Everything was packed well and delivered with care. No complaints!definitely worth it.

First time at chilli's. The food was great . Unlimited chips and salsa was truly that . Plates are big and full of flavor . Kids menu was great as well .Service was perfect . The bathrooms were clean , only complaint is the men's urinal is so close to the stall that when someone comes to use it they come within inches of hitting the person on the urinal with the door of the stall as it closes , very awkward and uncomfortable set up . The restaurant has its own Parking lot which is huge .

A random date night out. We went around 6 and was home before 8. There was no wait but I think the hostess could've spread out the customers a little better. There was not a lot of servers so I guess I understand why I felt we were bundled together. The waitress was so nice and patient. She was definitely on top of her tables. We got a beer, blackberry lemonade, an app, chili, and 2 entres.

We go to Chili’s in a pinch. To be blunt, the hostess up front is nice but the piercings are a little much. We sat near the front and saw her touching the gigantic nose piercing thing over and over. Then she takes menus(with the same hands that were touching giant nose piercing) and seats tables. To me, that’s a little unsanitary.

The service and food were very good. Clean restaurant and was greeted right away. I would definitely go back. My party and I all ordered something different and we had no complaints except that it was a little cold inside. Bathrooms were spotless and well stocked with essentials, I hate when there is no paper products available, but this wasn't the case. We enjoyed our meal other than. Being a little cold.

We went in for a quick bite. Half expecting mediocre food. We both were happy with the service and atmosphere, but we were really surprised by the menu and quality of the food. I went to Chili's Grill & Bar per my Cousin's suggestion to meet up and have lunch there. I ordered a hamburger 🍔 and 🍟 fries. I asked for my burger to be well done and when the waitress brought out my order my food was cooked exactly the way I wanted it. Both the burger and french fries tasted delicious. Overall, I spent about $15.00 (including tax) for my meal and iced tea. The burger was delicious and so were the French fries. The waitress was friendly and did a good job. 👍 The menu has a good variety of meals to choose from so chances are most people would find something that they like to eat. There is also a bar inside this restaurant that of course serves alcoholic beverages. However, I did not order any. My Cousin told me that they make good mixed drinks. The bathroom was kept clean which is good to know because you never know when you might need to use it. There's handicapped parking and the entrance is handicapped accessible.

The food was good. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and busy on a Saturday night after the movies. We didn't realize we were the last people there until we got up and it was about 11:00pm. There is plenty of parking on the lot.

Fun place to have dinner. The service was very fast and friendly. My boys really enjoyed eating here, as we hadn’t been here in quite awhile. We will be back soon.

While In town decided to try this Chili's funny how one differs from the other. The chip dip was extremely watery & lacked spices. The street corn was so mushy the server did bring me another which was also bad. Did ask for water which was never brought to us, i must say they were very busy.

Food is always good here. Only complaint is the takeout system. They took away curbside and now you can only go inside the side door. But i stood in the pickup area for about 10-15 mins 4/28 2:25 ish before the staff member who i could see around the corner playing on her phone through the mirror realized anyone was there after she heard me setting my keys down. ( i’m not one to yell or be rude to get anyone’s attention as i work in food service management and figured i wasn’t in a rush) she hadn’t been there the whole time so initially i was waiting for someone until i saw her not come out and check the area upon arrival. but it’s the principal of initiative and customer interaction. she was friendly upon greeting me after but maybe management could work on making sure the staff is keeping busy to avoid this in the future with other customers who won’t be as forgiving.

Food was tasty. Service was very attentive. We all got the Three for Three, so the price was right. However, there were a few weird things with the menu. One, they don't serve decaf coffee. That's ridiculous in a legitimate restaurant. The other was they don't have milk for their coffee. Don't they have milk for kids? This was bizarre. What restaurant doesn't have milk? Are things so bad with the company, they need to cut out coffee and milk? My feeling is the manager needs to step up and have decaf and a container of milk in his restaurant. Another thing was they have a very limited three item desert menu. So, some minor things, but overall a pleasant experience.

I used to hate coming to Chilis because of their inconsistency and servers who just didn't seem to want to be at work. We came 2 days ago for the first time in months and our server Chester was amazing! He gave us recommendations, he gave us ample time to talk in between coming back to the table, he explained our options with substitutions, and even explains how to margarita specials work. The Nashville hot bone-in wings were amazing this time around! Would definitely return. Shark margarita was good, not strong, but definitely a little more juicy and sweet than I would personal prefer.

Went here for lunch and chose one of their lunch combos for $10.99 This consisted of a starter menu item and a soft drink. There were a few different combos that you could choose for $12.99 and $14.99 that contained higher priced options. I chose the loaded baked potato soup, the smash burger and a flavored ice tea for $10.99. Everything was good but not spectacularly delicious, hence the 4 star rating on the food. That said, the price was incredible for what you got. The waitress was excellent, cheerful and friendly. The atmosphere looked a little tired but really not bad. I remember Chili's from back in the TGIFriday's day where the place was hopping and the aroma of food in the air tempted your every taste bud. I think those days are long gone as society has moved on. Still, I'd recommend this place for what it is.

First time here. Mainly, I went for my kids to get something to eat. Service was decent. It was really busy.

Chili's tends to be a mixed bag for me, however I tend to have more decent experiences than lackluster ones. I've had TERRIBLE service, and service that was just right. I've had food that was fantastic, and food that was inedible. This location is unpredictable. You don't really know what kind of experience you'll have. Generally speaking, you'll have a better experience at lunch than at dinner. The restaurant seems to struggle when they are filled any more than half capacity, so bear that in mind. Overall though, the food is pretty good, the prices aren't bad (at least for today's market ), and the service tends to try its best.

The waitress was very nice very accommodating. she try to make up were the cook mess up. But the food was not good. Our appetizers was good our main course was not. Do not order the chicken quesadillas I found it to be too greasy. Ordered two pasta dishes (Cajun Chicken and Cajun Shrimp) To Go online and ended up waiting almost an hour while people with larger orders that came in after us got their orders and left. The place was admittedly crowded and normally we don't mind, but waiting so long while others after us got their larger orders first was irksome. And when we finally got our food, my pasta was dry and slightly overcooked, there was no pico de gallo (which comes with the pasta) and the chicken was also dry. This was the third strike at this place and we've decided to not come back for the foreseeable future. I don't particularly blame the staff but whomever is in charge of directing priority should really reevaluate. I wish everyone nothing but the best.

I must enjoy disappointment cause I keep going back, but this is the straw that broke this camel's back, apetacier was like something someone else leftover with temperatures in the 90 degrees a nice cold beer would taste great, well what I got was dish water, so why 5 stars for atmosphere if the place is empty the atmosphere is great but when no one cares I mean you don't even see a manager or even if there's one, sorry but this is it GOOD BY.

I enjoy freshly tossed spinach drizzled with the dressing and a side of the dressing if I need more. The steak was cooked to order which was medium rare. The tomato salsa was enjoyable and interesting but the serving side was too small. Parking: It gets busy and the parking gets packed. There is a lot of parking but sometimes it's easier to park either near the pharmacy or in the plaza's main lot. Recommendation: If you are looking for an affordable and good time in a relaxed environment, I would recommend here. Don't expect suberb.

This was the most disappointing time I had here with my family. The waitress was not good at all. She forgot to put our order in and when we got it, it was cold. My fault for not asking for the manager because I paid for bad food and poor service. Even my kids don't want to come back here. Update: I filed a complaint and no one reached out to me. Got an email with a $20 gift card. Meh.

I'm going to give Chili's the benefit of the doubt but as far as the experience it was not welcoming at all. We went there and half of the restaurant was empty. Was taking my mother out for mother's day and they didn't want to sit us at a booth that was not even far from other people eating because I know that servers usually get certain areas of the restaurant. I saw that one family was eating by themselves in the empty area. They did have a 5 star review from me but this experience definitely gave me the incentive to correct my review. I apologize for any of the people that run chili's and there are no issues of this sort but I have never experienced this situation before and the people on today were the ones that caused the issue.

Worst chicken sandwich I've ever been served

The waitress Brianna was very rude. We were a group and we agreed to split the bill evenly which Brianna even said was okay to do. when it was time to pay she overcharged us, so we told her. She tried to say we gave her less money than we had actually given her. When she realized her mistake she got hostile and rude with us, over HER mistake while we remained polite and calm because we didn’t think it was a big deal and that she could just fix it. She was offended over her own mistake. That was unnecessary. The food was cold and lacked flavor. The drinks tasted like a bunch of sugary juice with no alcohol. I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I went out to dinner at this restaurant last night. He ordered chicken fajitas and the plate look beautiful and everything was correct. I ordered the barbecue bacon burger without the onion or the pickles. When our plates were brought to the table the server put our plates down in front of us and promptly turned and started fast walking away. I yelled out that my burger was wrong. The server came back and I said that my burger was not supposed to have coleslaw on it. He said oh that’s lettuce. I said that is not the burger that I ordered off the menu. He took the plate back to the kitchen. A few minutes later the waitress came out carrying the same plate insisting that this was the burger I ordered. I told her that the burger I ordered was supposed to have two patties, not one. She brought the plate back to the kitchen came out a couple minutes later and said that the manager was making me a new burger. About 10 minutes later, she came out with a burger that was made correctly, except for the fact that I had asked for medium to medium rare, and this burger was quite well done. As she had already left, and I couldn’t see her to flag her down, I decided to just start eating the burger. When I was about halfway done she came over to ask me how everything was. I told her that the burger was well done. She offered to have the burger made again, but I really did want to get home before midnight. The restaurant was not busy. This is the first time that I have gone to a restaurant, had a problem with my order, and that the manager did not come over and apologize. I don’t think we will be going back to this particular Chili’s.

Chili's on RT 9 in Wappingers Falls, NY on Thursday, January 22, 2025

Really really disappointed in my visit today grilled chicken should be at least be warm the chicken in my salad was cold to the point I was unsure it was cooked. I asked my sever if this was normal and said that it’s cold due to it sitting around. Didnt ask to fix or replace it

First off there's no chill at Chili's! We had the worst service. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to throw us some utensils and say they will be back. Another five minutes she comes back with an attitude to ask us if we wanted anything to drink. We're ready to order everything since we have looked at the menu for 15 minutes. The drinks come and they are wrong. Food was mediocre. You didn't see anyone after your food arrived. I won't be back.

We've been to this location multiples times to pick up to go orders.. we NEVER find parking at the to go spots. They're always occupied by cars that are completely empty from ppl that are eating inside the restaurant
