Good pizzas but they won’t pick up the phone and my Uber Eats order is taking them a million hours. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Also, they don’t even put a good amount of cinnamon on the cinnamon dessert things.. used to be better

Make sure to check the app and they are sending you to a different dominos. Food was cold and had to be reheated. And honestly the Hyde park one covers these in cinnamon, they actually make the pizzas half and half so our small children don’t have to split a slice. Also paid for EXTRA cheese. Where do you see that? Definitely go to the Hyde park one

I attempted to contact customer service to resolve an issue, but the phone line was busy for most of the time. When I eventually got through on my second attempt, the call was picked up but never answered. I could hear background activity, including a gentleman calling for a young lady named Ava or Eva. I understand that weather conditions, such as a snowstorm, can cause a high volume of orders and inquiries. However, adequate staffing and call handling should be anticipated and managed to ensure consistent customer service. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve the overall customer experience.

I placed an order for delivery and my order came but the delivery driver put my order on the ground. Ringed the door bell and drove off. I didn’t sign the paper either cause I paid by card. Unacceptable, then I called to tell the store the issue and the guy told me “ hold on let me see what I can do.” Guy never returned to the phone.

My food was good and that’s all that I have positive to say. The delivery man was super disrespectful and I find it funny how he got mad because I wasn’t answering my phone. However I told him and put it very clearly in the instructions to leave at my door on the table with the two chairs. I’m a single mom of two babies and I’m unable to just leave my apartment to grab the pizza right away. It takes me a few minutes to get them situated. As a young woman I felt very uncomfortable and will never order from dominoes again at this location and I hope he is dealt with. I will be contacting management and personally making a complaint to hr. This is totally unacceptable and people should have some damn respect!!!! 🤏🏼

Ordered takeout. Customer service was quite poor, seemed annoyed about the Tip. Got back to the hotel and had the pizza and pasta. Easily the worst dominos I’ve had. No sauce hardly, somehow burnt crust and undercooked middle, barely any topping. It was the only place open, but next time, I’d choose a gas station over this shop. save your $$

Pizza took over an hour and a half to get here. It was ice cold and the cheese was hard. Tried to call and got no answer on the phone. Delivery driver was nice and I don't blame him.

I had place an order online for pick up & it was very disappointing. The guarantee for Domino’s says if it not made right you can replace or get refunded. What happens to the toppings or the pizza sauce. What is a pizza without no sauce I ask for my pizza to be well done & not even that was done. Also I got an oven back sandwich & hardly no meat like was there a shortage on ingredients. I pay for my food I never beg free meal to deprive of necessary of a hearty meal. Disgusted & disappointed & will never order from here again.

I first ordered at lunch time, around 12 or so. Immediately received a call from dominos telling me that there was only one driver, and that driver wouldn't arrive until after 3 pm, and did I want to wait or cancel. I cancelled the order (have to wait 48 hours for refund) and resubmitted another online order at 2:50 pm. I used Tracker to keep track of my order, well, it took 45 minutes to "quality check" my order. Food finally arrived around 4:30 pm. Food arrived cold and cheese was congealed, my cheese sticks were hard as a rock. To add insult to injury, driver hung up on me after I told him someone was downstairs to pick up the order. I won't be pre-tipping anymore.

Pizza was supposed to be ready by 4. Wasn’t even started until 4:15. Was shown as being done but was never brought out for curbside pickup. Eventually went inside, pizza wasn’t even boxed. Just sitting there getting cold. The staff argued about boxing it for a bit then cut and boxed it up. I’ve never seen a pizza this uneven… one piece was so small it couldn’t even fit a pepperoni. Oh, and it was missing two toppings. The garlic butter wasn’t spread on the crust, just in a single line. And I had included a tip when placing the order…. Never again.
