We ordered online and our pizza and garlic knott's were ready within minutes. We checked in online and pizza pickup was contactless and quick. Food was good, but I think I would have been better ordering more pizzas (would have been cheaper than the one we bought) and having leftovers. My son and daughter wanted pizza and they were happy and that's all that matters. Seemed fairly busy for deliveries even though it was late on a Thursday night but employees were super nice.

We normally order from them, but lately the quality has really gone down hill. I just spent $80 with them and one of the pizzas, a Brooklyn, looks undercooked and must have been dropped at some point, it's totally inedible as a pizza at the moment, it'll have to get cold before we can pick it up and eat it. Very disappointed! I'd rather have something done right and takes a little longer, than it being RUSHED out the door and care not taken. I guess it's time to start buying from the local pizza guys that put more energy into their product and service!

Do not order from here! Do not order from here! Ordered Chicken Habanero Sandwich & Pasta Primavera.Had to search for spinach in the pasta.The sandwich is not that great either,had to search for chicken and it is like 6 inch or less. I use to order from dominos in the past, and their sandwiches were definitely good size and had generous toppings.Not sure if this location is like that or overall domino's quality and quantity changed over time.Not worth the money, I'd rather go to local business than this franchise going forward. Do yourself a favor and just go to any other pizza/sandwich location near by.You won't regret and will better quality and quantity for the same amount of money.

Passed to three different locations until they figured out which was closest to me. When asked to speak to a manager was put on hold and treated condescendingly and they wonder why you get upset. Domino's pizza eventually got very yucky tasting and substandard which is why most of us quit ordering it back in the day as they got more competition. this is not a way to try to get back your market share. Neither are those corny desperate commercials

This is the third straight horrible experience with this store. Cold old pizza once, second time, cold and driver would not deliver to door claiming company policy due to robberies. (Was obviously a lie) I called manager, Pizza was then Thrown on porch with aggressive knock on door, and I was given a middle finger when I opened door. Today I ordered at 2 pm for 5 pm delivery, pizza is still not here at 5:25, and it left the store at 4:59. When we called we were asked why we can’t be patient it’s a few minutes away by employee over the phone. I will be writing corporate, as this I am sure will be costing this franchise many important customers, and creating havoc for a good corporation that employs many good people, and provides a great service to others.

Don’t waste your time & money. Go to Pacific Pizza!! Ordered on the app at 5:35, app said the food was delivered at 6:25 but the food didn’t ACTUALLY arrive at my door until 7pm. (Super sketchy.) Barely any cheese & italian sausage on the half requested. Definitely not worth $50 for a large pizza & boneless chicken wings. Not ordering here again, would rather take the extra time to pick up something local.

Horrible customer service and you can tell it is due to the poor example from management. We pre-ordered for our business at 8:30 in the morning for a 12:30 delivery. At 12:30 it’s still did not even show as prepped. When I called, the person who answered the phone said well order times are not delivery times and I said well I ordered it at 8:30 in the morning to be delivered at 12:30 PM and I have confirmation. He literally said, well I can’t make it go any faster, they just put it in the oven. At that point I asked to speak to a manager because this person could not give me an estimated delivery time. When the manager got on the phone she lied to me and said that Pizza was out for delivery but then when I told her the other person told me it was just in the oven she said I see it now being taken out of the oven and we have to cut it. We had a huge order ahead of you, so it’s not our fault. The whole experience was ridiculous and unnecessary. It sounds like a new staff is necessary.

What's up with this location's pizza's? Everytime I order I get different stomach problems every time. Today the brown cashier with the middle part wouldnt speak up about the crust options so when I didnt understand for the second time he started to explain it to me like I'm a 5 yr old. When I came to pick it up he started talking to his coworker while laughing and looking at me. The pizzas was supposed to be pepperoni and sausage and I got one cheese and the other mostly sausage but 2 slices just cheese. That employee sealed it for me, I am NEVER buying from this location again.

FYI to everyone. I’m told it’s their policy to leave the pizza at the door and NOT KNOCK OR RING THE DOORBELL. You gotta watch for the delivery person or else your pizza will be cooling on your doorstep until you find it. Somehow it’s for our health….they can literally make your food and drive it over in their car but they can’t touch your doorbell or knock on your door

Terrible customer service. Called to talk to manager after a bad customer interaction. Worker demanded a reason to speak with manager and refused to give her name. I have a friend who works at this location and I wouldn’t have ever expected such unfriendly service. I will never forget “our manager can’t talk right now, she’s busy making pizzas “. I was literally just there and no one was making pizzas.

This place is finally in my I'm done with you category. They have hit the tri fecta. 1. They have demonstrated the non ability to read and order placed on line. 2. They have proven to be incompetent at taking phone orders. 3. They can't even listen correctly when you walk in to order. Even sadder than everything listed above is the fact that when confronted about their errors they don't apologize instead they place all the blame on you the customer. I for one will not ever be returning to this horrible Dominos pizza

The manager at this Domino’s Had a really bad attitude order the pizza Ordered some Parmesan bites cheese bread Said it would be out in 30 minutes it took them over an hour and five minutes if you like Domino’s don’t go to the one in Poway on Poway road Then the same manager not really under her breath said if we didn’t like the way or the amount oftime it was thinking we get our food then we should go to Costco and get pizza So I will never be going back to this Domino’s have second thoughts about eating at dominoes anywhere
