I stopped by to take dinner to my friend at his new place. After working all day and then moving after work, I decided to stop and get pizza and wings. The staff was very friendly and the food was HOT and fresh! I would definitely go back to the Poway location because I had such great service and amazing food. I recommend this location.
5.99 for a pizza- can't complain. It was pretty good too- employees working were very friendly and quick to respond, and the pizza was done pretty much instantly. Located conveniently off Poway Road, and did I mention the fact that it was only 5.99 for a pizza that could easily fill two?
The best!!!! I was surprised at how delicious my online order for pickup was. The cheesy bread sticks melted in my mouth and the stuffed cheese crusted pepperoni pizza was just to die for. And the hot wings were spicy with plenty of sauce. I got all my favorites at one place and at a great price. Little Caesar's is my new hot spot for my weekend cravings.

Couldn't use a gift card to order online, but they still honored the free breadstick coupon when I called in to order and then pay at the counter. Every time I order at this location the staff is helpful.

They seem short staffed but even then... The employees were able to dish out a 50+ pizza order before having my order ready in a somewhat timely manner. Gotta give em props for sure. I put a 4 instead of a 5 star cuz the owner or general manager seem to be lacking
Pizza was good but I had to buy parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for $1 each. I guess they don't have the free packets anymore because of the Corona virus but that really doesn't make sense because I don't see how giving out the free packets would spread the virus in any way....
Food was on time, but my email show only 1 portal and my food was in 2 portal, but only one portal showed up on my email. The person working there said I made the mistake and I need to pay more attenion next time. I don't think there will be a next time.
The girl working there with a dark hair and orange hair is absolutely terrible and depressing. You can tell she hates her job. She hates customers and she has no business working customer service. Super unhelpful, super rude, I feel like she gets off on purposely not helping people. I won’t come back because of her. One bad seed can ruin a business and this disgusting human being needs some direction and serious help. She sucks at this job. Aside from that, the pizza was not very good, the wait time was way off, worst part was the customer service. What made me think Little Caesars in Poway would be a good idea?
Last time I ordered online, they didn't put it in the pizza portal. After waiting 25 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, I went in and asked about it, and they had it in the wrong warmer. He questioned me about not receiving an email and asked what I ordered before he'd give me my pizza. No apologies for their screw up or anything. Now, trying to order again today, they aren't taking online orders or phone orders. If they fix these things, I'll update my review.
I ordered 3 pizzas but they forgot to add sauce. I called to let them know and they just said, "what"? After some ackward silence they asked me to call back for a refund. I never got my refund.
The *fresh* pizza they make is wonderful, and they make 100's of pizzas so people can have a pizza right when they order... but some days they don't have as many customers as they expected, so then an unfortunate customer ends up getting the "shaft" and receives a dry pizza. When you go to this place, or any other Little Caesars, it's either "take w/e pizza we give you" regardless of it's quality... or go somewhere else. I know a business can be costly but . . . there needs to be improvement. It's not unreasonable to give the customer a pizza worthy of the quality you advertise. This doesn't mean picky things such as bubbles or not enough cheese, this means at the very least . . . if a pizza is dry, don't sell it please! soon as that happens I'll gladly feel like this place is a 5 star again :)
Food is always the same, no complaints there. But the young man working the counter the evening of january 18th has no customer service skills at all. He had a look on his face like he was being forced at gunpoint to be here... I swear it would've physically hurt him to smile or be decent acting by his attitude and look on his face. I'm sure hes a nice guy but this is not the job for him. Maybe he could try stocking in the back so hes not forced to see customers.

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I ordered online at 3:05pm with a 5:30pm pickup time. They didn't put my pizza in the oven until 5:43 and I received it at 5:53pm. That's an excessive wait for for putting in a pickup time hours prior. It was only one pizza.

The consistency is all over the place and there are new staff every week. Simple things like breadsticks are all over the place is quality. Pretty obvious it's just a bunch of poorly trained kids, who are not managed, put in charge of running the shop. You can blame the kids and make excuses all day about It's an easy job, but let's be real, it's management. You trolls out there that don't respect workers, this is "what you pay for".

Well it's little Caesars, There were no lights on in the lobby the staff was clueless and unable to preform the simple task of making a pizza something that im sure is almost natural after working there for more then a day definitely won't go back to this location or any other little Caesars (definitely would like a refund). 0 stars
Serious Health Code Violations: I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and crazy bread and sat waiting. I began to notice the guy who took my money at the register began prepping the toppings for the pizza along with 2 other employees. I didn't recall seeing him wash his hands before touching the food so I sat and observed many violations of restaurant health code violations i've ever seen in a restaurant. The same guy went over to the sink and only washed with water, took a paper towel and dried his hands slightly, then wiped his shirt and pants with his hands. Then he put on his coat and for a moment began working on prep again, then went over to the register and counted 20 dollar bills and wrapped them in a tape and asked the blonde prep cook to come over and verify the count of 20s, she counted the 20s and went right back to the prep area and began prepping again without washing her hands. NONE OF THEM USED SOAP. Employee 3 an older man only used water and went back to prepping again. NASTY! When I confronted him about it he denied it and said he has an "A" rating, and lied about the blonde prep touching the money. Then claimed he knew what he has been doing because he's been doing it for 15 years. I replied, "Your getting lazy"... Read the reviews on other boards. 2 stars!
this place is dirty. i would never order from here again. i ordered pizza and wings from this location and got food poisoning after a few hours of eating. would never recommend them
I was not happy at all tried to order two topping and u wanted to charge $ 5.00 extra . I'll never buy another pizza from there again. That's just wrong
Had the worst customer service ever, and the so-called manager refused to help me put blame on everybody but herself. It’s not my responsibility to get it to you on time she says. Or to make sure that it’s hot. There’s nothing I can do for you she says. SHe lost a good customer.
Horrible customer service. Worst ever. I never write reviews but i was treated so horrible today I had to post. Ordered two pizzas and crazy bread w/ sauce. And since the workers don’t actually interact with you and you do the portal, but there was no sauce with the portal order. When I asked for the sauce the high school girl rolled her eyes and decided to give it to me. But it was less than half full, so I asked for a full sauce just like in the picture and she told me no, it’s not an exact science how full they are. And I told her “ well it should be, it’s not rocket science, would you expect a soda half full and except that? ”. Again she rolled her eyes and gave me a different sauce that was maybe 2/3rds full. I eat here once every two weeks with my fam. but will not come back again due to her attitude. It’s fast food pizza, I don’t expect to be blown away, but at least respect what you do and how you treat others. Lots of other pizza In Town. So….. bye bye.
I've been buying pizza here for many years. But very young guys have been working here for the last year. They have terrible dirt in the kitchen! They don't wash their hands!!! I myself saw how the guy went out into the street, blow his nose, wiped his snot with his hand and went back to cook !!!! Disgusting place!!!! I am no longer a customer of this place!!!!
840pm they closed at 9pm and they didnt take any others , theyre out of product. , they were cleaning already. Why they have in the app that they closed at 9pm if you guys didnt made pizza.
I got here first before 4 people and they got their order first, I have been waiting for at least 40 minutes, I'll definitely not be coming here ever again! I asked for light sauce, they did not put light sauce..

Food is fine but service is absolutely terrible. Place is understaffed and workers are overwhelmed. Ordered on the app and pizza was still not done 40 mins after the estimated time. This has happened multiple times.
The pizza I got today tasted beyond disgusting. I paid $20.00 for a Supreme Pizza and cheezy garlic bread. I said in clear English I don't want pizza overdone...so what did the girl do she completely burnt the pizza and it was cut in slices all different sizes...a few slices 1 inch wide and some slices 8 inches wide! The one half of pizza was paper thin and the other half was 6 inches thick. How can the base not be the same all the way round??? How can it be hard to cut slices in even portions???? U don't need brain cells for that. Secondly the italian cheesybread tasted so sweet...like a plate of sugar had been poured over the top of it...we threw the whole thing away... it was so bad indescribable in words. We have had littlexaesers for years but it was that bad I'm put off permanently... ihave tried calling for 3 hours and no answer.... disgusting place avoid this location!!
Bad experience, daughter chipped tooth, second molar on crust, pizza is normally good but this time around too much sauce. Management is aware of the chipped tooth and still haven’t heard from the owner. Needless to say after this incident we will not be eating at little caesars again.
My mom went in to get a cheese stuff crust. She gets it goes to the car and opens it to check, she got 2 regular pepperoni pizzas instead. She goes back and tells this guy, tall and black, that this isn’t what she ordered. Dude gave an attitude and made a huge fuzz about it. This is the outcome of the pizza. What is this 😭💀

Maybe I’m not hip but this place is always playing loud inappropriate club music. I thought this place was good but the attitude is awful and the atmosphere is uninviting. Let me add that the breadsticks weren’t cooked all the way and made my family sick.

Got there to pick it up and had to wait for an addition 30 minutes while one staff member stood around taking to another employee about personal relationship. This used to be a really good place to go but it sucks now. The sausage on the pizza was burned. Never going back after going there every week for years.
Unprofessional very rude and dismissive same issues as the comments below it seems to the same curly headed young man. One gentle showed up around 6 and had proper customer service etiquette.but everyone else in that store needs some proper training
I feel bad writing this review but where is management? The two kids there are doing the best they can but they are SOOOO overworked!!! We got a undercooked pizza and although I didn't want to make a scene I did go back to let them know. I could literally see how sad they got and they still had 8 people waiting for pizza. I decided to just get a refund but I felt so bad. They need more workers and an actual manager who is going to HELP them, and clean the place because it looks so so dirty (dust all over the counter where the dips are🤮). Sadly I wouldn't go back or recommend. I just wish those two boys the best and a better job, no one deserves to be stressed 24/7 and not be given support or help. Remember to always be kind, it's not the workers fault.

I've been to this Little Caesars probably a dozen times at this point and it seems like for some reason always at lunch it's 11:30 right now they never have any pizzas ready there's never any hot and ready there's never anything ready to just pick up and go with Little Caesars whole thing is that they're you know ready to go this place is never ready
Did an order ahead for an order of 10 pizzas for a party. They confirmed the delivery on the day of the party. Instead of delivering the pizza at the delivery time they sent a text canceling my order stating to call the phone number for more information. They dont answer their phones.

There’s a guy who works here, I’m not sure if he’s a manager. He has curly brown hair, when I’ve seen him he has worn an all black uniform. He is extremely RUDE. I never take the time to go out of my way and leave reviews for businesses, but this guy needs to be talked to for his behavior. A few weeks ago I placed a mobile order to pick up a pizza, I go to pick it up, he is at the counter and asks for my name, I tell him my name. He says my order is ready and it’s inside some kind of machine they place the mobile orders in. He told me I had to use my phone to scan a QR code to get it out of the machine, I spent like 2 minutes trying to figure it out, I was confused. This guy is still just rudely standing there while I’m struggling to get my order out. I finally ask him “could you just hand it to me?” And he grabs it and hands it to me without saying anything. How rude, like he couldn’t be bothered to just take 2 seconds to hand it to me even though he was doing absolutely nothing. I was irritated by that interaction, and didn’t ever want to go back to this location again, but I work right next door to here and getting food from here on my lunch break is just convenient. I decided to go back yesterday, I again placed a mobile order, I go in a few minutes early to pick it up, so I just walk in and sit down and am waiting. He helped another lady first, then he looks at me and asked what my name was for the pick up, he says my order is still in the oven. I say okay cool. So I’m sitting and waiting, I was drinking an energy drink and then I finished it, I get up to walk outside to throw my can in the trash, he literally yells to me “I have your order right here!” Like not in a friendly way either, like he was actually yelling at me. This guy has no people skills whatsoever, I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed him greeting anyone or being pleasant in any way. If he is in a position of management he should be demoted or put in the back where he doesn’t have to talk to people.
This place is unbelievably bad, 3 kids working here under 20 years old forsure, blaring hip hop music and screaming arguing with eachother and cussing loudly and complaining about there manager all while I’m sitting here waiting for them to start my order, instead they’re all hanging out like it’s a hangout and not their job.
