Today, Gofri!!! This is the sign you see on the highway, inviting you to eat them all! There are no words to describe them, it's become a must-go, a must-go for years, both winter and summer! Maybe I prefer them in winter, hot, delicious, with an excellent mulled wine on the side!! What do I order? Usually one savory and one sweet, pancetta and toma and one with Nutella, accompanied by mulled wine in winter, in summer I order beer. The owners are very kind and excellent. Usually the wait is short, but be careful during the Christmas and holiday periods; this year we waited up to 45 minutes, obviously during lunch time. Finale: show, show, and more show, well done, keep it up!

For us, it's become a regular stop every time we come to Pragelato, both in the winter and summer (when they're only open on weekends). We love the savory Gofri, but the sweet ones are delicious too. If it's cold, they sometimes offer mulled wine... and that makes things really interesting! ;-)

I goffri più buoni che abbia mai mangiato. Ho provato quello alla nutella ed era strepitoso. Servizio veloce e fantastica saletta riscaldata.

Good waffles, but nothing special. A little sparse in filling, the dough is good and the baking is soft enough for all tastes. I personally prefer them crispier, as tradition dictates. Very kind and helpful staff. The place is self-service but clean. €6 per waffle. We'll be back! 💪😋
